I tried purchasing the shisha water pipe when someone posted a link to another store that was selling it. I think it was Vito?

Anyway...a few hours after I paid the....$4 total.... I got a notice from paypal that my account had been locked & restricted.
Took about 4 months and a half dozen emails to get it re-instated

I know paypal has a beef with paraphernalia, but it even said shisha in the title -__-
Wow that's mad. So did they say why it caught their attention? They surely don't check every < $4 transaction.

Update on the EFS Donut perc:
If you have the cash, get an EFS tube.
You won't regret it.
The build quality is perfect:bowdown: . Nice, thick glass, with no noticeable imperfections.
I love the functionality of the donut perc, it outstacks my Sov Stemline (and has been getting more attention than the stemline).
There is very little drag, and if you can't tell by now, I :luv: how it hits.
The overall size of the piece is really nice, and I really like the bent neck (it suits my sitting down style better than a straight neck).

Take all that functionality and workmanship, and throw on some kick-ass mayan calendar sandblasting, and you're left with one sexy-ass piece which gets the inaugural Frederick McGuire Seal of Approval

Dude... that's a clown. The tube?

OK, my 2nd only partly lame attempt at a video. Focus, could be a lot better and yeah... not smokin' but I'm certainly tokin'. :ko:

Here's the new MiO Micro. As the description says, the downstem that came with it, is a little short for my taste (though it works beautifully). I prefer using the larger volume of the bottom part of the tube, than up higher. The downstem also has two very, very small marks. One looks like a scratch, the other a crack. Luckily, I have a nice 18 hole "RooR" downstem, that's longer and fires beautifully. I'm planning on going back down there, next week, as I get 20% off any purchase for 7 days after my last. Hopefully, I'll have some $$$, can get this downstem replaced and a new piece.

Pardon the puny hits. I was already pretty well medicated and the end of a trench.

I shot in 720p, so you can go full screen.
(might get nuked, because of the audio copyright, view fast. lol)

Damn bigdaddy, those were some fat hits off the LB and through a tube! Very nice
I really like that tube youve got there too.

And maybe I cant see it as clearly but the downstem seems like its at the perfect position in that piece ...:science:

That's a different 18 hole perc stem I have. I wrapped and put away the original and am going to take it back to see if they'll replace it. Though, as you noted... I really think this is a better position for the stem. More vapor volume and it hits even smoother. Maybe I'll see if they'll swap my original for a longer MiO tube.

Great piece. Been thinking about picking up one just like it. How high did you have the power adapter during this?

So far, I've found I can crank it up, with this piece. I'm probably sitting at about 55-60%, thru the entire trench (no joke) and I've yet to combust a single one. Only adjustment I make, is when I pick it up to make sure its still set, where I want it. With the MiO, I can milk it to dust.

I think Frederick was onto something, when he says he thinks this is about the perfect size for vapor. The feedback and smoothness is incredible. I was considering adding an additional perc, but there really isn't any need. I used to blow off, what I called the "glass snobs"... but I get it now. There's just something about ripping on a piece of glass that had some thought put into it. The vapor flow is better, the percolation is better and of course the comfort effect of your lips on a HQ piece of glass, make a world of difference.

That video isn't to bad at all Daddy. I still have to post my first vape video here. I have been practicing a bit, but so far nothing I've produced looked as good as yours

Liking the tube to. If I wasn't set on getting a bubbler first I'd go after the one in the classifieds.

YEE HAW! (excuse the inner-Okie) My MiO Micro, 8-arm tree w/ dewarr joint, 2' whip.

Needed a 14mm whip adapter and have some oil on the way, to the local co-op. So I picked up one of these also.

No respect for Krusty Eh?:suspicious:

I posted some pics of the EFS a few pages ago, and I'll be sure to snap a few more soon...
I'm thinking of taking a few comparison shots between the stacking abilities of the EFS and my Sov KingStem... :brow:

Also, This didn't really belong anywhere else, so check out one of my recently acquired carry cases:

Inside that, I keep
  1. GonGn0me WPA
  2. GonGn0me Heat Exchanger
  3. GonGn0me Mouthpiece Modded to act as a Supreme V2. Stem/Base
  4. Straight Solo Stem
  5. GonG Solo Stem (not in Pic)
  6. 18-14mm Low Profile Reducer
  7. 14mm GonG Stopper
  8. 7th Floor Glass Pick
  9. Double Ended Dental Paddle Tool
  10. Dental Pick Tool
Its my go-to case for portables

OK, Just to give you a little glass porn, I give you my 7th Floor Chilled Toro Microverter:

EDIT:
Some more Pics:
A Luke Wilson Slide I picked up from BM (for friends who combust...)

This actually mates up to the LSV without much trouble... If I broke a WPA, it'd do in a pinch

Oh, OK. I remember the EFS now. Sorry. Memory doesn't always work how I want it to.

I used that Eclipse vape on some gooey hash I had collected and in anticipation of some Pure Gold oil, I'm waiting to arrive at the local co-op. It works good, actually. Though, I was reminded of a very valuable lesson about glass and torches. They're @#$%ing hot!

Dropped the whip on my MiO. Mostly use my 8-arm (which I'm looking to replace with something smaller/lighter) and the WPA. I really like the WPA, its so easy to clear/stir and measure your draws and a lot less drag, than a whip.

:D thanks.
I've noticed that the vapor tamer seems to lose its cooling effect if it's before the water filtration... I assume the water is doing the same thing as how it cools hot vapor, just the other way. It's always sorta confused me when I see someone's setup that involved a tamer in there before the water... As far as I can tell, it does very little there...
But that setup gave me some nice, frosty water filtered hits.

I have a UD Red Oak Twig coming my way and I can’t wait till it gets to my door :D. Out of all this excitement I wanted to buy a glass piece specifically for my UD Twig so I went on to search. I went to and checked out two local places today and have looked at the inventory at ALT & BFG. I want a dewaar wubbler/bubbler and can’t decide which would be the best for a UD rig. Suggestions and recommendations are welcome but my budget is $300.

At $300 you coul get a möbius matrix ion bubbler :brow:
If you can find one in stock that is
I have a LW 15 arm, and it is a very nice piece of glass.
I personally think Sheldon black is a bit overpriced for what you get, but I've never really heard anything bad about the brand, so I'd say either of those 2 should make for a fine piece to own.

Also, I'm gonna le the cat outa the bag (unless you've read my sig in the last week or so:lol:) on my newest piece.
I got myself a worked custom bubbler made for me by an artist (fishbone) on boromarket.
:D
He sent me a couple of pix of it, it's due to be posted on Monday or Tuesday:D
Anybody want to see the preview pics?

I have been looking for one for the longest time but seems like they are sold before they are even made lol. I came to cope by telling myself that its too much diffusion for vapor but I am madely in love with the bubble stackage. I have been looking around I really like the small mouth piece on the SB and just the overall design whereas functionality wise think the LW is going to be the winner. Its quite difficult to get access to BM but if you do find a matrix ion lmk via PM thanks.

OK, here we go, the preview pics of my new custom worked bubbler:
fishbonespace3.jpg

:luv:
It has an 18mm dewaar joint, and it is designed to accept a 5.5 inch downstem, so I can use my Alex K showerhead, or my Sov 180 gridded D/S. (or one of the other 2 5.5' downstems I have )
The work is space themed, its got some honeycomb work on the base, and I got 2 matching space worked slide holders - 1 14mm and 1 18mm. (primarily for holding my LSV WPA :D)
I wanted the gap in the neck there, so I can still see how thick vapor I'm getting.
I was also torn between getting a big stable base, like straight tubes have, and the little glass nub feet. I'm glad I went with the nubs... They give it that little bit more personality ;)

Bought me one of these this morning. To replace the downstem on my MiO. I love the MiO's stem, but I've always preferred the showerheads. I asked him to make it, between 3 1/2" and 3 3/4" (he measures from the bottom of the male joint, to the bottom of the perc). I can go as long as 4", but because of the slits being towards the bottom, it would lower my water level, to like 1/4" total. Too low, imo for proper percolation. Even at 3 1/2", same as the MiO stem, I should be able to lower the water level slightly, which is what I want... just not too much.
