i've been eyeing that Walnut/Oak/Zebrawood King, really great looking piece. they will perform differently from each other due to variables such as types of wood, wood density, etc.

I know this is hard to answer but maybe other people can help me out. Looking for the one that will milk the best.

For some reason the queen one just seems like it hits harder. Maybe because it is just darker wood. It is so hard to choose LOL.

I like the Queen and King the most. So out of those two which do people think hits the best and thickest?

I am wondering if there is much of a different though between those two shapes and wood types.

I can also load the bowl closer or futher away from the heat source and vary the speed i inhale to help vary the temp.

it is so hard to decide I like the looks of both of them.

BTW if I get one I will write that comment for you. ;) hope your case goes well.

Well :) I on the same voltage i expect the bigger piece to deliver cooler hits and to need more heat up time.. but that can be compensated with VV supply. Anyway the zebra king wins the beauty contest between both IMO but the queen might be more durable since it is made off one solid piece ?

I plan on running it through my water pipe. I think the king might be easier to hold up to the water pipe. The queen might balance better on the desk if I do a long hose to the water pipe. They both look like they would preform well.

I will probably go with the King. Durability wise once the wood is glued it is pretty sturdy.

If you want milky rips you should get a twig. They tend to run hotter I believe. My experience with my twig is that its HOT. I am probably going to have to get something to LOWER the power to the twig for long rides it's so hot at the higher voltages.

That is a nice looking twig for sure. I think a twig is more what you are after than a larger piece IMO.

@darkrom the setup you have on page 40 looks amazing. The king with the aquavape. I think I might get the king and get that aquavape eventually.

I have been spending the day reading though all the previous posts.

I also really like the one with the paw. That is super cute.

so tonight i was enjoying using my Dog with my glass stem. then suddenly i dropped my glass stem and my stomach dropped along with it. but when i looked down i saw that it was perfectly fine. no cracks. nothing. i think it did fall on the silicon part first but still im pretty impressed. i thought if i ever dropped it on hard floor it would have imploded into pieces. not that i would try that again but quality stuff over here :tup:

@ HES - the glass stems are surprisingly durable huh? I drop mine on the hardwood floor all the time and the only one I've broken was one I stepped on lol.

@ Slightly Medicated - thanks for the order dude and welcome to the pack, I sent you an email answering some of your questions a bit ago let me know if you have more.

Alright peeps I know I just got here but I'm gonna split for a bit and go get some rest and relaxation, I think I've earned at least an hour break, yes? ;)

Before I go though I'll leave you with a lineup of the pieces that came in with me from the shop this evening, give you all something to look at while I'm gone. I'll have these, plus 5-10 more for next Fridays refresh. I've also got a couple real high-end pieces in the pipe but not sure if they'll make the cut-off for Friday. :peace:
