According to my email my new vape is at the po box waiting for me. That is awesome, I ordered it Thursday. Too bad I broke my JBD trying to put in a gong downstem yesterday. Gonna have to get that fixed.

I just made my first order with piu. Ordered the mflb combo 2 and according to the tracking numbershould have it hopefully tomorow. But it has been a great first experience so far with piu. Got my mflb today! Im completly new to this..and I watched all fhe videos that I could..and oh boy it paid off..lol. This is great! I made my order over the phone..and the guys at piu were awesome and fast. I even got a txt from ramdy telling me it was shipped. Now as a newbee to the vape world..that makes a guy feel prEtty good about his purchase. The only thing I didnt receive was a whip..but thats no B iggie to me. with all the fun stuff shipped with the box..im still way ahead of the game. after searching around the web i came across fc who seems to have a very knowlegable community. im new to vaping and needed all the info i could get and i came to the right place.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for a while now, have some questions before I get a new vape from them, so have tried mailing a few times and have not had any response. Anyone have any news about them? In the past, Randy has been the most helpful vendor around to me and usually responded everytime. Are they holidaying or something?

There are festivals (music).. and other meetings/happenings, that drag vape industry professionals out into the world for a few days here and there.
I spoke with Randy a week ago I think... Just give it until Later today-

Hello all! I've been lurking on FC for a while now, it's strange to finally be posting... I never did because I've only used vaporizers friends owned or were available in commercial locations (I was studying in Amsterdam for a year, so by 'commercial locations' I mean the famed coffee-shops, many of which offer free use of the Volcano as I'm sure some members know). Now though, I feel like it's finally time to start contributing, mainly because after recovering from the tuberculosis I contracted last year, I'm proud to say I've kicked the butt completely and have decided to invest in a vape myself. After thorough research (and evaluation of my budget... by which I mean that as much as I'd love a Da Vinci I can't afford one), I've decided to go with the trusty MFLB.
PuffItUp seemed a natural choice because of their 'Free2TheWorld' code (I live in India) and excellent customer service record. After much deliberation, I decided to go with the Combo 4 over the Combo 2, mainly because I've read everywhere that the Magic Flight 2-part nano grinder is the real way to vape with the Launch Box. I was on live chat with a rep today, who was helpful (albeit slow to reply) and assured me that I'd get a full refund if my MFLB got caught up in customs (it's a HUGE investment for me, especially with the current dollar-rupee exchange rate), so I started breathing easy, given your reputation to hold up more than your end of the bargain. While lurking a little more, however, I came across this exclusive combo - my heart leapt, but only for a moment - the link is 'no longer available'.
PuffItUp, I've only heard good things about you, but if you've taken this combo down I'd be a very sad man. I've got my heart set on that bong attachment but there's no way in hell I can afford it otherwise. Could you please let me know if there's some way I can avail this combo? Also, is the 2 part grinder you've mentioned here the nano grinder? I understand you're busy, but I hope you revert as soon as you can, my birthday's coming up in less than two weeks and I'd like to order immediately! Also, I wanted to ask Randy himself - do you think it'd be a bad idea getting it shipped to India? I sure as heck hope not.

Well, at least you did not buy it anyhow, as I did yesterday to receive an email some hours later saying the product I bought was "no longer available". I can guarantee I am much more very sad man than you

I just thought I'd pipe in and say that PuffItUp really came through! That direct email to Randy was definitely a good idea... he told me the Combo #7 was taken off due to legal problems, but made me a custom invoice for it and even exchanged the aluminum grinder for the nano grinder like I wanted for no extra cost! I'm just waiting for the money to be transferred from one of my bank accounts (that my parents have access to and can therefore see transaction details in) to another (they don't have access to ). Hopefully this'll come through by tomorrow and I can order asap... and although I probably won't see that MFLB for at least a couple weeks, if what everyone says about customs and international shipping is true, I can't help being excited as fuck!
