That's more or less my experience too, though I think to be totally sure you should try a few more bowls and see... haha. :p

IME a slower draw will yield denser hits with the log vapes. This is just been my experience. Either way, my UD will fog up glass with the best of em....

Edit: After further research, I think I was drawing too slow. Hard rips are getting me some really foggy doggy glass now. It has actually made watching Survivor intersting. :lol: As they widdle by the campfire, I'm widdling away at a stem to make for the perfect fit for a 14mm downstem.

I find draw speed doesn't matter that much if I set it hot and use a little more herb (0,1ish). You'll need a variable PSU for this though. Although, my 14,3V may not even be that much more than 12,5V is to most dogs, so perhaps you won't even need one.

Hi Dave, I have had a problem with my UD for the last 2 days. Indeed, it does not seem to heat up as effectively as it used to. I could barely get vapor yesterday whereas the unit itself was nice & warm. I think it comes from the power supply.. but I hope its not the device's connecter. In order to avoid to send my UD back, I brought this : http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B001R5RCZ8/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00

Please tell me it's compatible^^ I respected the fact its 12V output, but I hope it's a standard connector when we deal with only 12v.

Hey Muut - sorry to hear of your problems, if the UD is warm but not vaping hot then it usually is the power supply. The one you linked to looks like it would work, I can't tell what size the tip connector is but the UD is designed for the most common: 2.1mm, though 2.5mm ones usually fit too. Hope it works for you!

what should i do if i accidentally got essential oil on the wood around the heat port and possibly on the heat port itself?

i left the aromatherapy cup on my UD before heading to class and found the cup tipped over on top of it when i got back. im assuming one of my roommates accidentally bumped into it and ran away from the crime scene. it was a decent amount too i think, probably about a quarter full in the aromacup when it spilled.

for now im leaving it plugged in to hopefully 'burn off' any essential oil that is left. just not sure if there is anything else i should or shouldn't be doing.

Hey HES - your best bet is to let it 'burn off' as you've already started doing.. I've done this a few times myself and it will eventually (for the most part) dissipate. Could take anywhere from a few hours to a few days or even more depending on the oil. On the bright side at least your Dog probably smells nice now.. :brow:

ahhh alright thanks Dave. and yes my Dog smells very nice and lemony :lol: guess this almost works out in a way since i need to hit the books for a few more hours than usual and study for my finals. now i won't have my Dog teasing and distracting me out of the corner of my eye:dog:

That's why I've never actually used any of my vapes for aromatherapy. I've had friends mess up other vapes that way. On a side note I've found I can use the little aroma cup on my electric stove on a really low setting.

Been a busy day here, first shipping shipping shipping out the last of the orders put in for Abysmal plus a stack of international orders plus a couple other custom jobs. Pretty much caught up again! :cheers:

I like it! You need to make a cream colored one with a blue ring on the stem and a brown base like it is growing in a cow pattie, for us southeastern shroom heads.

Haha yeah I guess its a similar color blue eh? I guess you can tell I like blues and purple colors.

Oh, hopefully you haven't passed away since that means dying.. :uhoh: zombie Abysmal isn't something I want to see. Passed out is the phrase for sleeping or fogging/drinking/etc yourself unconscious. :spliff:

Hey ya,

So, after some waiting I finally received my aqua vape.
I'll do a detailed report in a few days as it requests a more extensive use to clearly see how well it suits me, I just tested it for the first time 10 minuts ago and that was absolutely delicious (and I'm already flying :ko:) .

I'm pissed! I just bought the black leaf nautilus yesterday, because I wasn't able to find such a thing as the aquavape. Please give a feedback when you have tested it :)! Maybe a little video of your piece in action ?? that would be awsome.. Anyways, this piece looks very nice and gives even more serious pros to the UD!
