Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

@ johndeere > Don't wanna get too off topic but will mention to hpi when I see him. Keep in mind BM is a glass site and though the rules may seem arbitrary they're in place to protect the site from real and perceived threats.
Hey Pappy don't try to do me any favors I already told HPI what I thought of him, his management of the site and his mods....but in more colorful language then I would use in an open forum.

And again, explain to me how its covering their butts when they are selling products that you can't even use legally in the Netherlands (Honey Oil Extractors)...Chemical Hash Extraction is about on par with processing poppies for Heroine across the world. A heat source for "aromatherapy" made out of glass for use through glass is less appropriate than a butane torch?

Can't wait for the cloud, too bad I couldn't sell my VHW's on BM when I got my VXC Store Registration Email. That's alright 9 more posts and I can get rid of them here.

It's nice and sunny outside, but it's about to get real cloudy in here!

THANKS TO EVERYONE AT VAPEXHALE LABS!!!

Oh man my dream... My new 2nd cloud with vertigo and my Mobius Matrix bubbler will be here 4/19 / 4/20, and I am thinking about the 65mm vs the 60mm Mobius stereo matrix right now.... You beat me to it :p

Can I ask if your tube is 60 or 65mm?

Also, I got the smaller of the two bubbler sizes. Not sure of what the names of the different sizes are. Which do you have if you don't mind me asking?

It was my dream too, fortunately it all came true!

My bub is the Ion and it works really well with the cloud. Match made in heaven IMO. the positioning is a little awkward cause you'll have the cloud right in your face but you'll get over it as soon as you get a taste of that vapor.
My tube is the 65t. Fucking looooooooooooooove it. Hands down the best piece of glass I've ever used. I have not used a Peyote Pillar though!

The Cloud is absolutely legendary. I have no complaints. For me this is the absolute perfect vape. I love it. If I could impregnate it I would.
So happy to finally have my Cloud. Thank you stonemonkey!

Unhappy cloud customer here. My hydracirc leaks. They cut one of the cuts on the perc too deep and it pisses water out until it's unusable. There was no quality control testing to check if it leaks. I sent an email and a tech-support ticket in with a video that shows the intact hydratube leaking very clearly explaining how I did not want to mail the tube from here in Canada. I got a copy pasta 'how to mail back vapexhale parts' email from Phil not apologizing for the screwed up tube, or even acknowledging that I had a video that clearly shows it's defective. I was at least hoping for maybe some personal customer support, maybe just even a sorry we fudged your tube but no; just instructions on how to mail a bong I handled with weedy fingers into the states. When my arizer solo had chipping, there was no questions asked a replacement was sent out. The bloody thing worked it just had arguable cosmetic damage; yet here was a big vaporizer company sending out a personal apology and replacing it for me. I honestly expected something similar but instead I'm going to waste 30$ shipping out a piece of trash and have to wait at least a month for this package to get there and the new one to come this way. Apparently a couple ELBs are supposed to make this all better. This is the video I sent to them if anyone cares

As for the cloud itself even, it did not quite meet the hype I was expecting. I only got to use it without a hydratube. Stirring is absolutely necessary to get a completely finished product and the 'Easy load bowls' are more like burning hot hard to separate weed sarcophagi. I hope another type of bowl is found eventually. The unit itself smelled like a solo when I first heated it up; though the airpath IS clearly removed from this. I am very sensitive to vape sound. The clicking sound on this vape bugs me much like the high pitch squeal of one of my solos. It also did not deliver as thick of clouds I was expecting until I tried choking the hole on the bottom; then I got combustion and a very dirty ELB. Combustion is still possible and there is still some technique involved. Lastly, the glass on glass joint 'wiggles' in all of my water pieces back and forth a millimeter and feels much sketchier than I expected. The unit does get very hot to hold, some of the screws on the side uncomfortably so.

I know my disappointment is mainly a product of buying into too much hype, but damn; this didn't go how I'd expected it to go. I guess I have to mail in my hydracirc, I'm very reluctant to waste time and money mailing garbage. I'm not sure if I'm even going to keep this thing at this point or stick to the trusty Buddha Solo and Mflb.

damn dude sorry to hear about your troubles. :( that f'n blows. I agree with you about having to mail back a broken tube. can it be repaired, or are they gonna just toss it? I am a little surprised to hear this too. I would have expected you to get better customer service. your video is evidence enough i would have thought? please keep us updated on how this plays out.

Add me to the list of those e-mailed yesterday but not able to order as they ran out of stock. I sure hope the SGW tubes get in for this next shipment or I can get an in house circ that isn't crooked and/or leaking.

Also sounds like I should order a set of extra bowls so that if I'm vaping with friends they can load up a room temperature bowl rather than playing hot potato with one just having been used. I can't complain too much as even a Volcano's plunger piece is super hot after use though (singed my fingertips enough times to know).

It's tough to read about all these issues and still not have one. Fingers crossed I get one without issues, and I feel for those who didn't but hopefully the VXL team gets it sorted out for everyone.

.

That seems a little harsh - they're using an automated system (salesforce.com if I'm guessing) to generate responses. Once those are sent, they seem to follow up in person - either Phil or Bryan, sometimes even SM himself. How long has it been since you logged your ticket?

If your unit is truly defective, by all means send it back. If its not, I'll take it off your hands in lieu of waiting my turn.

Off topic but I used to sell all kinds of stuff on BM, 521 personally gave me permission to sell vhw 3.0's on the site all the way back in 2010, and I sold bunches of them there threw 2011 with no complaints (beyond the usual fragility issues VHW's inherently come with)until I stopped selling them due to those fragility issues (to be clear no one ever gave me any negative feedback or complained, even with fragility issues I always facilitated the warranty process with Vriptech)...

So I tried to sell a couple I had found in a box I had forgotten about a few weeks ago (so that I could buy the cloud I had been emailed about in March) and HPI and his slew of new mods told me I could not sell on the Accessories F/S even though VHW's are made to use exclusively with Boro (not stand-alone) and are actually MADE OUT OF BORO. Meanwhile butane torches and honey oil extractors and the like are all-good. Total BS...

So now that I think about it, Along with PayPal and Ebay...Screw HPI & BM for keeping me from ordering my cloud before they ran out.

I had the same problem yesterday. I tried to list my back-up, pretty much new VHW 3.0 yesterday and got shut down. I didn't get it because like you said, you and others have sold them in the past.....

infinite512,
I would recommend calling the number listed on the bottom of their site if you haven't already. Sorry to hear about your leaky HT...I'm in the midst of dealing with a similar situation.

That was a long 71 pages (took 2 weeks lol), I feel sorry for the people who have waited so long and ended up with leaking Hydra Tubes. I just don't understand why the Hydra Tubes haven't been tested, if you aren't going to test the glass it makes you think are the Cloud's themselves being tested?

A few pages back there is someone who received a HydraTube where the inside parts are leaning to the left instead of being completely vertical, the person didn't make a big deal about it but eventually at a later date had leaks, so that means when the parcel was sent, the glass hasn't even been looked at to make sure it was 100% the way they designed it to be, they just sent it off as quick as possible (of course to satisfy all the people that have been waiting patiently these years), maybe that's why another user didn't receive his elbs to load the cloud with. I don't go to work and put up fences at angles or leave splodges of paint for people to notice, I always take time to make sure the job I am doing is a quality job so I don't have to go back to the persons house again to fix what I haven't done properly as I dont want to feel shame or look bad to the person I am doing the job for or my site managers as well as making my company look bad too.

For the amount of money people are paying you would expect tests to be made, it would save VapeXhale and their customers time and money, not to mention less money for UPS! It's the same with everything in life, before you give milk to your child, you taste & smell to make sure it's not off...

If your a plumber and apply and solder fresh pipe work you have put in someone's house, you wouldn't leave their propety without testing making sure there are no leaks. I bought a brand new washing machine, it had errors straight away due to a fault with the machine, it's not my fault that there was something wrong with it so the company had to deal with the shipping, I couldn't justify having to pay shipping as if I sold a product to someone and it was fault the person would come back knocking on my door asking for their money back. Funny how I ended up not buying the same washing machine and bought a dfferent one instead.

All these great reviews about the Cloud have really got me sold, I just feel disappointed after so many compliments about this vape being the king of vapes. I guess only time will tell.

Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to put down the VapeXhale crew, it's no easy task doing what they are doing. I really hope their vaporizer is successful and lives up to the hype for all their customers and users. It is still the vaporizer I want, since I just pre ordered recently the Cloud should be perfect by the time I receive it. :) I guess that's the benefit of being last haha! (I hope)

So we are gonna have the same bubbler, correct? The smaller one (Ion?)?

I'm having the hardest time deciding between the 65 and 60 shower matrix. Do you use it for cloud or combustion or what?

Guys this is way off-topic but regarding the whole BM not allowing you to sell VHWs thing: IDK for sure but maybe it actually has something to do with the VHW specifically? I know Mark (VripTech) is very particular about making sure VHWs are sold with his proprietary upper-lower bowl system (VCB). I know for a fact that he has contacted other resellers and asked them to take down or alter listings that were VHW only (listings that did not include a VCB). Maybe something similar happened and BM is just trying to save themselves the hassle? I have no clue, but if they are specifically taking down VHW 3.0 listings there must be a reason...BTW in case y'all are wondering I believe the desire to sell VHWs and VCBs in one package has something to do with warranty claims...can't remember for sure but I think Mark explained it that way once! It makes sense too really because the VHW and the VCBs together make the vaporizer; unless you have a Blazemaster bowl or some other "after-market" piece there's really no good way to use the VHW other than mating it with a VCB.

Yup, I believe we will have the same one. Did you snag the one on BM? I thought I recognized the name.

My stereo matrix came in from ALT today...delivered with the cloud haha. I've been using it with the cloud but will use it for dabs too. I don't enjoy combustion at all. Vapor and dabs all day for me.

I can get MONSTER rips with my 65mm. Flavor is great and it's fun to use. Makes a cool sound haha!
imagine the 60mm is equally as awesome, just a bit smaller. Can't go wrong either way.

My VXC arrived today, unboxed it, filled up my hydracirc and...... drip drip drip.... FUCK. This thing leaks really bad, it empties of water within a few seconds. There was obviously zero quality control done on these, they were blown then boxed.

I will be filing a support ticket as soon as my warranty registration is confirmed. This is really disapointing. I am also shocked that VXH ran out of stock, thats a pretty big logistical error IMHO.

I understand and empathize with the both of you. We are implementing new processes so that this doesn't occur in the future.

@willeh - This is a public apology from the VXL team. We appreciate that you were able to video tape the leak and I can empathize why you may think it is troublesome to send back the HydraCirc. The deal that we have in place with TAFKAGM requires us to physically hand over the malfunctioning tubes in order for us to get re-credited. We understand that it will cost you money to send the HydraTube back to us so we would re-credit you with the monetary equivalent in ELBs. I will have Phil/Troi reach out to you with a good workaround shortly.

RE - wiggly male joint, this has been covered before but the wiggle is intentional. The previous versions of the Cloud would get stuck to the HydraTube if someone used to much force when joining them together. It made pulling the pieces apart extremely difficult. We decided to shave down a side so that when the Cloud is full inserted, it would still make an airtight seal but allows for a slight wiggle so it would be easy to decouple. That is not to say that if you pushed both joints together, they wouldn't stick, but the possibility of that is now greatly reduced.

@thcmuscle - TAFKAGM is now aware of the mistake that was made. I had consulted with a few other glass manufacturers and they did not water test their pieces, they just did a visual inspection which is what we did. Needless to say, we will begin testing the next batch of HydraTubes that we receive to make sure that each one is functioning as it should.

While this wasn't exactly the news I was hoping to read today, in the long run, it will make VapeXhale a better company. While I like to minimize our mistakes as much as I can, I also know that there are things that only experience can teach. We will continue to refine our business processes based on user feedback and will remain committed to taking care of all of our early adopters. Thanks again for your business, we appreciate it.

Just a friendly reminder that if anyone has an issue, please log a support ticket on our website so that we can make sure that everyone is responded to. We've tried to be as responsive as possible on the forums, Twitter, email, etc etc and we began to find that it was hard to keep track of who was who and what the problem was due to the amount of email handles, Twitter handles, FC handles, etc etc. If everyone can direct their inquiries to http://www.vapexhale.com/support/ or call (484) 453-8236 - we will be sure to get back to you in a timely manner.
