I did think about this and you are right. Really sorry for this happened. My friend did break it not me, not that it makes a difference. And now I am putting another $350 out of pocket for it. But I definitely see your point and why someone could be angry.
Once again sorry guys, now I just feel horrible

I either want a stemless 65mm Shower Matrix or just a regular Matrix bubbler.
Not sure why but I am not such a fan of the stemless bubblers they now produce.

It's been a full week since I first received the Cloud and my current impressions are even better than my first impressions. The VXC has really taught me to be patient with my vaporizing experience and that it doesn't take much to get me medicated.
For the first few days I treated my sessions like a race because I was incredibly excited to be trying the cutting edge of vaporization technology. Those first few days are a blur because I was absolutely blasted!
Patience is the key to efficiency and I am glad the VXC is extremely efficient!

There is a sweet side by side shot of both on page 26. The sgw look slightly bigger but I think the perc on the in house look beefier.

I'm not sure, but I think they are very close in size. The HC is 9x2". IIRC there's a pic early in this thread showing them side by side.
Re the case, a number of posts here and previous thread about cases, you can find them with Search. The 1200 will at ~9x7x4 ID handle a Cloud, an HT, and stash. One FC'er recommended the Seahorse 520F which is ~13x10x6 and so more roomy, probably fit a second HT; Seahorse is a budget alternative to Pelican, runs ~2/3 of the price. Personally, I was going for a Nanuck 920 ~15x10.5x6, which is Pelican price but IMO a friendlier case. But IAmKrazy2 has a pic posted of his case holding his Cloud + 3 HT's (one is an inline), I think it's a 1500 which is ~17x11. The equivalent Nanuck is the 925, and for an extra few bucks I sprung for the 18x13x7 930 which provides yet another 1x2; it is a bit big though. One annoyance that's been mentioned is the power cord; with my case I can store the cord beneath the Cloud, plus it can handle my planned 3 HT's plus I've got a little extra room for a differently shaped HT, e.g., an inline.

In my excitement of finally being able to actually order a cloud I just went ahead and picked up the Pelican 1200 from Amazon . Guess I can always pick up a beefier case if I'm able to expand my hydratube collection in the future.

Don't get the 1200, get something bigger. Very hard to deal with the power cord in the 1200. My original post warning people about this is below. Since posting that I have kind of come up with solutions for how to pack the cord in there, but it isn't pretty.

Dang ok thanks for warning, guess I might have to return to amazon as it looks like its already shipped =(. Can you elaborate on how you got the cord to fit or why its not pretty? Just doesn't layout well?

Yeah, there is just really no place to put it. I tried wrapping it around the cloud at first, but then the cloud becomes almost too thick for the case (the foam gets very compressed). Now what I do is I took out the row of foam on the side the cord comes out of and I try to coil it next to the Cloud, and end with the plug at the base of the unit. If I did again I would probably try to pull out a square section to shove the plug into so it was not just resting against the base of my Cloud. With the way I have setup right now there is only 2 rows of foam between the Cloud and the Hydratube, and there is some foam up near the GONG joint on the top....otherwise the rest is pulled out to get it to fit in there. I will post a photo in a bit.

IAmKrazy2 just coils his cord laying on top of the Cloud and HT's. That's works OK, but between that alternative and your comments re the cord, that's why I went with the slightly larger/deeper case. My 930 has 2 layers of the pick-n-pluck foam in addition to the solid layer at the shell.

Based on earlier recommendations, I got the Nanuk 920 (with cubed foam insert) and while I had to immediately run out of town on business, it seems extremely well made at first blush. I'll add a pic this weekend once I've had a chance to um, pluck it.
