so I've been dealing with clogs by either just applying .5 second button push and light suction. For more stubborn beasts, sticking a paper clip down there to try to remove the blockage and rubbing what comes up on it onto a rolling paper to minimize loss works well - but lately I've been kind of twisting a small .25" by ~6" rectangular piece of paper towel into spike and using that as a sort of mini pipe cleaner for the air path, i like this method less though because I lose oil that comes up on the paper towel.
I don't know if my method is ill advised or not but both my carts are going strong after several ~.5 refills each - that is until today. It was either going too rough on my cart with PG with the freshly charged 7.4v/8.whatever v batts, or leaving my case in the hot hot car - I suspect the latter, especially with a runny oil like PG. In the end it leaked a few tenths of a gram. Luckily it was in a small joint tube I got a dispensary that I use as a holder for it, and it just collected in the bottom. I used some rolling papers to wipe of the oil from the threads of the cart and the bottom area in general, so none of that oil went to waste. Now i just have to figure out how to get the rest out of that damn plastic tube, but the best part is the cart is working better than ever, maybe because any wall stacked oils or air voids have been eliminated, maybe its placebo - the world may never know.
I saw dank420d's clog method but didn't really understand it. Which is fine, I found what works for me. Unless someone here in the thread is like "STOP what you're doing NOW" lol. Then someone please explain this to me.

ok so good news just got off the skype with my engineer in Australia and we have 3 working herb chambers in the mail to get here soon.
finally he did it. Now he cant use herbs with it so he needs me to try these puppies out with all different types of herbs.

Yes there is a lot of guys that do have opinions and i do trust them, but since you will be coming im sure we can get you to test it out. I also would love for a few people to test it.
Everyone on FC is welcome to see it and if we can test it we are welcome to test it out. Not sure about the smoking policy.
But if we can get it to the show and have it out we can test the danm thing till it breaks.
This all depends on us doing the paperwork. Remember guys this is a hand made unit and for testing purposes only, its not the best looking unit.
