Can't stop the head rush!
I feel like if both are available, people should be getting invites based on preorders. Not if u ordered a vertigo u can get whatever u want. How was I supposed to know I shoulda ordered a vertigo? :S

now, now. the sgw setback was unfortunate. personally i dont think it would have been my turn to order if the sgws were ready to roll out as planned. and to be fair everyone has a choice to change the ht when its their turn to order. but yeah, i get what you're saying... and what i think you really meant to say was "How was I supposed to know I shoulda ordered a sovereignty?"

No as far as I know u are the only one with an invite to get one so far....maybe tomorrow....

i hope you're in soon Smoke No More. i know you have been waiting long as hell, and when i went back and ready early beta thread, mentally noted some of your posts. I am looking forward to your feedback and am sure you're up very soon. i am looking forward to some of these OG'S to get theirs almost as much as i wanted mine.

Many of the questions being asked are better posed to the company itself. They have a support email alias set up for this reason. I sent a couple of questions and received a reply from Troi within 48 hours. And considering this is a pretty small operation (5 guys, right?) and I'm not yet an official customer (wait listed like most of you guys), that's pretty legit turn-around time.

Otherwise we (myself included) just get all balled up speculating. As always, my :2c:

Yeah, kicking myself a little bit that I didn't go with the Vertigo because I would have my Cloud by now. When I look at my old posts I was debating quite a bit also. Just have to keep telling myself "keep being patient...keep being patient...keep being patient"

My pre-order date was 2010-11-17. Received Vertigo package order link yesterday at 7:30PM. Hoping for a cloudy weekend here in sunny San Diego if shipping works out in my favor! Woo Hoo! Gotta go stock up on different cloud flavors :)

Peace.

It's getting closer! Just got the notification that my Cloud has arrived in Illinois after a long journey from California. Estimated delivery says Thursday, but that seems a bit long based on how close it is now...hopefully they are faster than their projected delivery. :D

By the end of the week I shall be in the clouds!
How long did it take to get to Illinois? Im still waiting for it to update.. Hasn't moved since 12:01 am Saturday morning.

my schedule flexs a bit, i might work at 6am, i might not be in till 1pm or later. I am on salary, so excluding bonuses i make the same in a 35 hour week as i do in a 60 hour week. Yesterday worked about noon till 9:30pm but then hit the bar to meet a lady friend. I was actually fairly drunk last night when i had my sudden sympathy for you. Not just you, there is others id like to see with a vxc soon too. almost no negative feedback, after this long a wait? wow.

I'm guessing yours is one day behind mine based on what you've said thus far. Mine left CA at 1:36 AM on Friday, so based on that yours should hopefully be hitting IL today around 8 PM if it's on the same schedule mine was. :) Good luck playing the waiting game! It's terrible. :p

Greetings everybody! I have a quick update that I am sure will please most of the people still waiting in line for their Cloud. We had been working hard to figure out a way to make sure people got the HydraTube that they pre-ordered. This is why we sent out all of the invites for the HydraTube with Sovereignty perc out first, then the Vertigo's, etc etc. We found that this was actually a bottleneck as we had been giving people at least 48 hours to order their unit before sending out the next batch of invites.

In order to get through the list in an expedited manner, we will begin sending out invites to folks that pre-ordered in chronological order and you can choose whatever HydraTube is available. If you order within a 24 hour window, you will have a really good chance of getting the HydraTube of your choice. If you wait beyond the 24 hour window, you can still order but there will be a chance that your HydraTube may be out of stock and at that point, you can either buy an alternative tube or keep checking until we have inventory of the HydraTube you want.

I will update this thread and as well as my Twitter feed @stonemonkey55 as we get new inventory of HydraTubes so if you are waiting on a HydraTube, you can periodically check this thread or my Twitter feed.

@Mr Smoke No More - I think weather forecast is going to get Cloudy up north really soon ;)

I reserved on 3/4/11 and ordered one on 8/26/11 (payment returned). Does anyone know if I'll get a chance to order one anytime soon?

Has anyone attempted to use the Cloud in a car? SM suggested using at least a 200 watt inverter, so to be safe I got a 400 watt one. Well, I tried it last night and after 30 min the Cloud still failed to turn green. Any suggestions? How much power does this vape use? I'm worried that my electric bill is going to be through the roof. I've used every other vape I've owned (Volcano, VHW, etc) in a car using only a 120 watt inverter. So is the Cloud like a fridge when it comes to energy? Something to take into consideration if the Cloud is going to cost monthly via high electric bills.

My one complaint :). Well, one of two. I'll get to the other whenever I post my review (would have been sooner, but the car troubles have delayed me).

You might need a pure sine wave inverter.

Hmm what's the difference? Haha. I'll admit I know nothing when it comes to inverters. I just googled it really quick but it's all jargon that I don't understand. The apparent difference is price, but I'll pay what it costs to get this Cloud running on the go :)

according to sm55 it uses 80 watts of power and from some of the posts they vape in the car and actually blew up a beta cloud by having connected to an inverter and starting the car. support questions should be directed to the support email address. http://www.donrowe.com/inverters/inverter_faq.html#size
might give you some answers.:)
