Greyhound Safety?

Is it safe to travel with a small amount maybe 2-3 grams ground up and a CLEAN thermovape do you think? Greyhound switching buses a few times. I've read some search some don't but I don't know how safe of an idea it would be to travel with it on my person as opposed to in a bag that is IMO more likely to be searched?

Any thoughts? Perhaps it is time for a forced tolerance break?

my brother went through orlando recently and when he got back on the driver searched his bag. he was too late as it got smoked on the break!

I just took a greyhound from Indiana to North Carolina. Switched buses 3 times. I would never want to put anyone in danger or whatnot, but they didn't give shit about me or my bags. They just throw the shit on, go and toss it off. That being said, I guess you never really know. There was even a dude smoking a cig in the bathroom, the driver came over the intercom and said, "if you don't want to go to jail I suggest you quit smoking in the bathroom." Riding the bus fucking sucks, but it takes you where you want to go. The worst part is sitting in the terminals for layovers, I was stuck in Nashville for 4 hours from 9:00pm to 1:00am. It was interesting.

I really don't know if I should take an 8th and a TV or leave it at home but that could be pretty rough :/

Even though I could have gotten away with it, there is always gonna be that risk. Someone at the bus depot could just lie and say you have something for no reason at all, slim chances but still. Some shady mofo's hanging around some of the depots. Gotta think of everything dude. To me it's not worth the risk, but that's just me. You could probably get away with it 999 times out of a thousand, but you still NEVER know for sure. I know I can't predict the future.

The worst part of the Greyhound is your fellow passengers; some real f***ing animals use it, IME. I'd be more worried about the guy next to me than the driver in front of me.

If you're taking a tiny amount like an 8th, I'd just keep it on my person in an airtight container at all times. You could always go for a walk and vape during a long layover, but keep in mind that greyhound stations tend to be in shitty areas - which is also why vaping in their bathrooms is probably a bad idea. Greyhound employees probably bust people doing pernicious, addictive drugs in those bathrooms all day, so I'd stay well clear.

I guess the best option is to take a 1 week tbreak. I don't want to risk breaking FEDERAL law. That sucks big time though.

You have a right to be secure in your person, this isn't the fucking airport so as long as you keep it in your pocket and it's not smelling everything should be fine. If somebody at the bus station told me to empty my pockets I'd tell them to go fuck themselves.


Nevermind I take that back it looks like TSA has done searches on Greyhound passengers before, though Im pretty sure its rare and mainly in large cities. I took a qp in a bright yellow pelican on the greyhound from Austin to Houston and got on fine at the last second before the bus left I got on so that might have been part of it. I had to have a friend drive me back though because I did see them checking bags for people boarding in Houston. It seemed to me like they are checking bags though, not people, but I could be wrong.

Greyhound drivers can search passengers?

I only rode greyhound once, 10 hour ride and I had herb on me. No issues, but I also never thought of getting high on the bus or at the station. Like everything, you are taking a risk due to the uncertainties. I had all my herb stuffed into a thick winter glove just in case of a search, but if they look hard enough nothing will hide it.

Even the tsa would need a reasonable cause to search on a bus. I didn't even know there was tsa at the bus depot. You can always do the stick it in your undies thing or mail it where you are going and just carry the vape. Good luck darkroom and be safe.
