Any suggestions?

I like these two at the moment:

300$+ EFS

&
$280 Leisure http://www.aqualabtechnologies.com/leisure-glass-15-arm-bubbler-rasta-label.html

I would prefer tube style, I will use this to combust/vape while my robinhood bubbler is only for vaping...

High priority glass is having a 10% off sale thru feb 14, so if you're spending hundreds might want to check it out.

They have an advanced search where you can do things like, tubes--> $100-$300

:2c: warning and considering use with an SSV

the sgw i'd recommend over all of the others, but its been sold out almost every online shop for a while

For the price, I don't really recommend a custom ehle or worked (basic beaker) illadelph simply because it doesn't have anything "going for it" besides brand recognition. There's nothing innovative about the diffusion, the glass isn't particularly thick, and the workings are real basic and simple.

The only possibly bad thing about that b. wilson is, sometimes when blowers use single-colored glass sections like that, it can be an outsourced part and subsequently not as quality glass or as thick. In the picture it looks a little thin at the top compared to the top of a totally clear b. wilson tube.
I want to make clear that only SOME blowers do that, and I have no confirmation that is true for b. wilson, but it that is a trend and it looks a little thin to my eyes.

And one thing about the euphoria piece, its an inline tube but it only has 6 slits in that inline. HOPS, the inventor of the inline, makes an inline tube defaulted with 12 slits. And the b. wilson has 11. To me that just shows me he might not be as experienced at making inlines as hops, wilsons, and headford to name the big dogs

I would say if you're spending hundreds you want a lot of function.
You really can't go wrong function-wise with a well made inline, 6arm+, or showerhead diffusions styles. If you want a tube that just has your basic downstem, there's plenty of great choices well under $100-150

Past that basic form decision, which for vapor isn't hugely significant, (and since you're buying from reputable blowers they're all going to be durable), its 100% aesthetic preference.

In case you dont have this source too, for $300 price range SSFG has a handful of tubes and bubblers with great diffusion. In that range showerheads, inlines, stemlines.

woooo
EFS donut or stemline
Philpot
2012bc bacon bub
POM has beakers for like 100 if you want to use a downstem
A mini 60mm Sovereignty stemline would also be a good choice if you're able to pay a bit more
Vertigo also has some cool stuff on ALT, I havent heard much about the quality of his pieces though. Im assuming it's good ;)

All those pieces are nice. That said I would have to recommend some type of stemline perc.

I just picked up a 2012bc netline and I fucking love it, smoothest waterpipe I have ever hit.

My favorite piece before the 2012bc was an eight arm zob bubbler, which is now my dedicated errl machine.

Good luck with your decision.

Gonna walk down to my local glass store and see what they have in stock. Illuzion glass in Denver.

not trying to hijack your thread at all or anything but i'm looking for similarly priced pieces.

anyone know good spots to pick up Mobius other than Kulture and ALT? only online places I can find with Mobius but they don't have any good ones right now.

For under 400 though a Sovereignty stemline seems almost unmatched.

I ended up getting a MGW with a reversed per, showerhead and splash guard yesterday at a local headshop. It looks pretty sick and it was 380$.

I'll post some pics up later.

sounds nice; cant wait to see the pics! what size is it, diameter/height. A smaller diameter is preferred these days correct?

..I am also looking for a good quality tube(or bubb), since my SYN mini stemless will not work w/ the cloud(not enough room; I should have gotten the 'full size'). Problem is that there are many headshops in the ATL area, but none that I know of sell ANY good glass..all cheap knockoffs. Which sucks. They typically don't even know what a proper ashcatcher is. Finding the piece you want online is so frustrating(you find it, but then cant get it..cause they don't have any left!). I really only know of ALT, and glasscity(gross), anyone care to direct me to a good retailer? Also I don't have much experience with diff. perculators. I stopped combusting 6yrs ago, due to asthma, & found vaporizing about 1.5 yrs ago. So I missed the whole glass-revolution when all these new 'inventions' were hitting the market. My friends aren't into HQ glass, so they are of no help either! I don't even know where to begin..as far as what type of perculator to get, size(height+diameter), & are downstem-style tubes not worth purchasing anymore? I was thinking about trying a SG gridded DS on my 18inch Jerome Baker. Its kinda large, but maybe the new downstem would reduce the drag significantly? Where can you pick up those sweet Toro's[7/13], or SG[not above $500], heck..anything that is nice(I occasionally might see one on ALT, but maybe I don't check often enough?). Thanks friends, have a 'cloudy' day & enjoy your beautiful glass... :peace: ;)

ps-thanks for putting up with my rambling & lack of knowledge/exp. with "new" HQ glass.

What I would suggest Grateful is find out what you want. A sg stemline, bc netline, toro 7/13/ sg stem-8, and so on and so on.

Then I would contact glass stores that are known to carry hq products and see about getting the piece you want shipped. There are 2 glass stores nearby me that carry really nice stuff, Illuzion Glass and Madhatters Smoke Shop. Both located in Denver. Give them a call and see whats up.

When I used to live in an area that didn't have nice glass shops, that's what I would do, call them and ask. The two I mentioned will ship out to most states.
