Usually when I fill it with about 2-3 drops it lasts like 15 pulls maybe before it gets funky, is this normal? how many pulls are you guys getting.

im used to using an ego with a mega cart that you can fill with a shit ton of liquid and never fill up again for a while. I love the taste on this atomizer just not sure how many drags i should be getting.

Hey Everybody,

Just a quick note that we are not ignoring you. I want to discuss everything but it's beyond crazy busy and we are doing everything to keep up with orders both large and small, and the next generation of devices. We care about you, your input, and your concerns, and we are currently busy working on New Technology and ThermoVape accessories specifically requested by forum users.

If anybody has any pressing issues please email us so that we can address your concerns more quickly.

Just as an aside, to further our machining time optimization, we just received the one of the gnarliest internally cooled and replaceable tip drill bits ever.

I love this!

Have you guys seen this? RES system This reservoir replaces your atomizer interface, and allows you to vape for many sessions in between dripping as it holds about 2ml of liquid that feeds into your atomizer. Their take on a "tank" system, if you will. I really like mine :D

I just hope it doesn't become solo 2.0, a vape I LOVE at first then grow to hate lol.

You hate your Solo? That thing hits hard as hell, I love it. What's wrong with it? Can anyone compare the extraction capabilities between these two units?

I refuse to get into the solo or I'll be called an Underdog shill again LOL. Yet here I am proclaiming how much I enjoyed my TV in the 1 day I've had it for.... funny how that works.

Anyway the TV was really fantastic for me. You guys underwhelmed me if anything. I got significantly better results than all other portables to date. That doesn't mean much other than SO FAR it is the best portable FOR ME.

Pros:

Flavor when fresh seems good so far...but in the back of my mind I'm thinking of plastic tastes now that I've read this forum :uhoh: but I don't think there has been any plastic smells at all.

Extracts very well, easy to use (for me, could be because I've used many style vapes so nothing really seems too new and different), indestructible for all intents and purposes I can ever see myself in, easy as hell to swap in new batteries.

Cons:

I want better battery life like everyone else, but that is like asking for a magic genie who can change the laws of science lol. I'll just buy more and keep in my car and it won't be an issue.

The flavor when it gets darker ABV is more disgusting than the same level of cooked ABV in a different vape. Basically it seems to taste great when theres lots to vape and get much worse when the session is almost over. I expect it to get worse, but this is gross when its really dark and you take 1 too many hits.

I'm sure I'll have more to add over time but I really do love it based on that one day. My batteries seem to take at least an hour to charge at home, and even longer in the car. I'd really like to charge more than 2 at once for sure, but I definitely need to get some more batts once I decide I'm keeping it for the long haul (so far YES!)

Are these batteries ok to leave out in a cold car overnight? I know with my MFLB batteries that would make them suck quite bad. Hopefully that is not the case with these, but if it is I can work around it.

Hey Dark,
Good to see this vape is treating you better....The batts will suffer by leaving them out in a cold
environment. That is not to say they won't work. Mine seem to revive easily by letting them warm up.

After about 3 years smoking cigs, I stopped 5 weeks ago, thanks to an e-cig.

Although, truthfully, this things is more like a e-cigar to me, I can't handle that much vapor that it puts out. Plus - I found 36mg juice, and that amount in this thing is WAY TOO MUCH nicotine.

I stick to a smaller e-cig that gets the job done. I would think this is for more serious e-cig users, especially since the makers of ThermoVape already make some awesome professional e-cigs.

good for you sess :)

ive also quit smoking, but cold turkey it sucked, wish i had an ecig back then.

i dont even care about smoking nic anymore, id just love a tasty e juice to sip on :) or to practice bong rips with. (first few days on a tripple perc with an ash cetcher has an learnin curve you dont wana waste meds on!) white walls easy and just looks cool :) smoking(the action of doing it) in itself is just a time waster\pastime that lots of people enjoy with friends. i might pick some up and get some like cotton candy ejuice with no nic in it :D

LOL, yes 36mg sounds like overkill, i have mixed my juice to be 6mg, and it is more than enough for me ;)

I've tried a ton of flavors like Pizza(!), Soda, Peanut Butter, Mint Chocolate, Frappuchino, Licorice, on and on..some of my favorite tastes in real life.

I tried a few tobacco flavors, but I've never actually liked the taste of tobacco, just the "bite" of the nicotine.

After buying and trying like 50 flavors..I'm down to only two that I like: Strawberry and "EctoPlasm" (tastes like Kool-Aid).

So now I have TONS of juice that I don't know what to do with! :/

i think this hold true to all current types of batteries doesn't it?

and yes it applies to the TV LiFePO batteries too! As a Canadian i want to tell you this is confirmed! :p

You say you dont feel safe vaporizing PG, you feel the same about VG?
Even more so, despite the scary sounding name there is at least some reseach showing that inhalation of PG vapor is safe over smaller periods of time, VG has damn near no research at all into the effects of inhalation and despite it's relatively safe sounding name has tons of variation in how and of what it is made of, some is just a byproduct of biodiesel manufacture, pharma grade PG as is used with most eliquid is heavily regulated in how it is produced and packaged to avoid contamination, VG not so much

I think it might be from the nature of the device itself.. you really taste what you're vaping. So when it's "gone", you'll definitely taste that too. That being said, I personally dont think a spent bowl out of this tastes any worse than any other vape. When it's gone, it's gone :p I suppose if you get too carried away (i.e. heat up too much) with a nearly spent bowl and begin to char it you will notice an unpleasant taste, but that's hardly the devices fault - the TV can be an awesome tool in a vaporists arsenal if the techniques are learned.

Peloton,

The times I've had unpleasant taste is when I'm at the end of the bowl but want to get every last bit I will warm it up and if I don't wait long enough I get the end of the bowl not warm enough yet taste which is unpleasant. Once it is hot I don't get that taste any more and can continue getting some hits but it is really warm in the back of the mouth / throat.

Also, if I remember correctly Apex Alpha ECigs is a sister company hence why it looks the same because it is the same.

Yep, discussed a ways back -- Apex is the sister company of TV

The UltraMax seems to be the same size as the revolution. I'm assuming the battery threadings are the same too? Reason asking is I kind of want that RES adapter for the UltraMax on my revolution, already have a HR atty.

Yup, the RES works on the thermovape/ultramax (base piece is identical save for the delrin sleeve). Vaping with mine right now actually. Make sure you get the one with the switch. link

Wha???
Where in the world did you find some of those flavors?? That sounds crazy!! I'd dig trying some of those... :ninja: We also quit smoking it's been three years now, so I am always walking around with some kind of an e-cig. I don't use nicotine (anymore) but I love having something to puff on in the car, after a meal, etc. Plus the more people get used to seeing people and their robot smokes the more stealthy the THC devices become. :brow: I am doing it to benefit MANKIND!! :o

Put up a link to the source of some of those crazy juices Sessnet! I for one am interested!!

Has the Pizza and EctoPlasm.

I bought a bunch of different ones from different places, was just on a google search/shopping spree. So, that's not the only place I have tried.

The crazy shit is - the Pizza tastes EXACTLY like pizza. It grossed out a bunch of my friends because it messes with your brain "smoking pizza"? I thought it was awesome!!

I thought it would be cool to smoke "Pizza" and "Cola" flavors, to curb any pizza craving I might have :p

Then I tried the pizza again after a couple of weeks, and I agree - it's sort of weird/gross to be vaping something that tastes like pizza....but worth trying at least once in your life :p

The EctoPlasm was my favorite, it tastes like Kool-Aid, but then after trying Strawberry from another place, that became my favorite.

Just noticing your signature now so that makes sense, d Decided to buy the base unit at $179 with 20%, 80 bucks for an extra battery body so I can have both around is nice and I kind of really like how the body tarnishes without the Derlin sleeve. Extra charger with 6 batteries from amazon and the extra powerpax case as well and I think I am content lol.

BudBuddy,
Spoke to people at tv once again.........amazing customer service once again. After doing a few tests I have realized that there are a couple of dead batteries that were registering as fully charged but not working at all. These charged batts just kept getting put into my rotation and made it seem like the device wasn't working at all. I still think that my first issue was a core problem (my original core I received before replacement) just because none of the batteries worked in the device at all, no matter how many different combinations I tried. I love this device and support it 100%. It probably gets around 4 or 5 uses a day. The one thing I have noticed however is that the batteries deteriorate much quicker than I anticipated. When I first used the batteries brand new out of the wrapping for the first time the device gave me the biggest clouds I have ever seen. There is one set of batteries that I have That works about 5 times better than the other set. With one set of batteries I can vape a bowl and a half but with another I can't even Finish a bowl. Thermovape has been great in supplying me with replacements. I would definitely buy the device through them if I were a prospective customer just because they are so great on replacing parts. I feel like a pain in the ass seing as I have been through about 4 sets of battery replacements so far and a charger replacement, but the replacements were definetly needed. With a great set of batteries I would rank this 11/10 and with a decent set of batteries I would give it an 8. Great device thermovape.... I can only see the device improving as battery technology improves. If you are going to get this device I would highly recommend and extra few sets of batteries and an extra charger. If you have those it basically gives you unlimited usage without the battery charging downtime.
