Discontinued Vapor Blunt

Queer in a high haze
I didn't get to use it, but the Vapor Spot out here had a demo model on display to play with a bit. Size is a bit large for my taste, but the weight is good, and so was the build, but I guess will have to see how it holds up in the long run. They said they had a long session with the item, but there is a learning curve to using it pull after pull. I think they said it will cost around 200+, but I could have heard it wrong.

I think the learning curve that they are talking about has to do with the bowl. The vaporblunt works best when the bowl is fully packed. It is a pretty small bowl so we intended for it to be completely full, as noted in our instruction manual. Also keep in mind that the unit has an auto shut off after 15 minutes, if you want to continue your session you only need to press the on button once more to power the vape on again. I would be happy to go to the vapor spot and give a tutorial if they need any help.

As for Canada, I think it will be another 3 weeks before you see units in stores. I will ask my Canadian distributor how you can get retailer info.

now this has caught my interest. let down by product delays, so i've gotta get a new vape for christmas! please you blokes who've tried it... a bit more detail if you can! a pic of it in your hand would be a good start so as to gauge size.
battery type?
exterior get hot?
recharge how long?
easy or restricted draw?
more detail on the stirrer?
to name a few and lots more questions too i reckon.

i'd appreciate it if you could take the time.
I wouldn't hold my breath mate.It's a scam and a sham!
Ok now it's time for me eat my humble pie and apologise for my dispicable accusations.Sorry vaporblunt dudes for doubting you .Good luck with your project.

Maybe the guy in the picture had small hands!! Lexington Steel made me laugh out loud. All joking aside, I was faced with a difficult decision during the design on this product. The question was, was stealth more important than how it worked? I think ultimately the consumer wants something to work above all else, and work is what the vaporblunt does. I would love to hear feedback from whomever owns that vaporblunt in the picture. P.s. The size is almost identical to a comparable battery powered vape on the market now. I am working on a video, I don't just want to throw it together so it may take me little bit to get it posted. Again, thank you for this discussion, all feedback (even the penis jokes) is very important to me.

Glad to be of assistance :D

Seriously though, hope it all works out mate - it sure ain't easy to design, release and successfully sell your own product, so good luck to you.

Hopefully most people won't be as immature as me - but I could just imagine rather too many cock-jokes being made if my friends and I had a session with one.

That way you'd need to grip the shaft, before putting the tip in your mouth... :ninja:

[ I don't take a hit off the design...and I am glad the OP is back and ready to talk...I always feel so bad when someone breezes through and leaves a bit shell-shocked after being called on the carpet for mis-steps they aren't fully aware of.]

Today I gave a demo to the guys at vapornation, maybe they can give a review. I can summarize by saying all (3 guys) liked it, 1 really liked it and commented on how "we nailed the taste", another said he preferred the solo vape by far at that price point, and the third guy was hard to read. Overall I think everyone enjoyed it. It stung to hear the guy say the solo was his fav, but the solo is a really great vape so I completely understand. I was happy to get the feedback. I hope I didn't break any rules with this post!!!

IMO one of the most objective comments I have ever heard made by a company rep. I have a Solo and I know how important the taste is to a large majority of the FC owners, so positive feedback about the taste is really encouraging. Maybe looking at an early Christmas present :)

I agree with CaptainQ, very encouraging post. I am quite interested at this point. Looks to be a suitable replacement for my No2.

looks interesting, but my mflb is way more stealthy..........I feel as if though I would look like I was sucking on a dildo..... :2c:

Sorry not trying to come off sounding rude. I like the look I just wish it was 30-40% smaller. I want to hear some actual member reviews of how this things vaps. As of now we can only all really comment on aesthetics.

Haha that made me imagine some sort of suppository vape... :uhoh: You would have to like fart out the vapour! Too far...? Probably. Sorry.

But yep I agree with the above posters - much respect to the Vapor Blunt guy for being honest with his posts! Very nice to see.

1) Any plans to use a smaller battery pack (say for 2x 20 minute session)?
The feature for a removable battery which can be swapped while the other is charging.

2) Overall any plans to make this product smaller and more concealable?

I wont deny this this awesome but its rather large :brow:
Interesting usage of the flavor tips, that could be a positive for people who prefer a change now and again.

Goodluck with your product.

I would 100% get this if I could say conceal it in a shirt sleeve for a walk.
(Still having to use a combustion device for this :( and based on MFLB reviews in not sure that is for me)

I agree, that post was so honest it made me want to support the creators of the Vapor Blunt.

I was set on the Solo, to fill the gap between my EQ and my MFLB, but I'll hold my decision for a FC review of the Vapor Blunt.

X-mas really is a great excuse to buy another vaporizer :brow:

Dang, I never imagined that this thing would be so big. It kind of takes away the "coolness" of it for me with the size, but it still seems like a good contender for a portable vaporizer.

No, I wouldn't feel comfortable with the lesser battery unless I had proof it wouldn't effect the heat up time or the "Bounce back" of the vape. By bounce back I mean the Vaporblunt can hit back-to-back-to back... It doesn't have that annoying pause in between rips. I am currently working on a new idea, and i am taking all of this feedback, including the "stealthiness" into consideration, but it won't be out for at least 6 months. I am currently trying to get a unit to a fc member, our schedules are conflicting. I am trying to meet him/her today, stay tuned....

Thanks for stopping by yesterday. We really enjoyed your visit.

Overall, I was very impressed with the Vapor Blunt. It was simple to use and very effective. It was a little bigger than I initially expected, about 8 inches in length. But it has a great "feel" to it. It seems very durable and well constructed. No cheap parts. I like how one button controls everything on the unit...it makes things very simple. The "blend mixer" is absolutely genius. You can stir your blend after each rip without having to open the bowl. For me personally, I like to stir after each rip because I feel most Vaporizers perform better and this little feature makes it much easier to do that.

The Vapor Blunt heats up in about 60 seconds and you can start ripping on it about 30 seconds after that (the herbs need about 30 seconds to warm up). The bottom half of the unit gets a little warm after about 5 minutes of use, but nothing to be worried about. I was really suprised by the taste. I was expecting that typical plastic taste you get from many portable vapes (Iolite, Vapir NO2, etc.), but the Vapor Blunt tasted great. No plastic taste at all. That's one of the things I love about my Arizer Solo...the glass draw tube that doesn't put off a foul taste. With the Vapor Blunt, all I tasted were the wonderful herbs.

The vapor production was also quite impressive. It's rather difficult to produce large clouds of vapor with most of the Portable Vapes on the market today. But the Vapor Blunt is different. I was able to produce HUGE clouds of vapor. I felt very satisfied. It also has a 15-minute auto shut-off feature which is pretty nice for those people who tend to foget where the time has gone (me). If you want more, the Vapor Blunt has a "turbo" heat setting that provides more heat if you prefer thicker and more robust clouds of vapor. They also offer "flavor tips", but for me personally, I like to taste the flavor of my dank herb.

This vape has a lot going for it. I'm not going to say it's better than the Arizer Solo (I love my Solo), but its definitely right up there with it. A lot of Vaporizer Manufacturer's are soley in it for the money and don't understand (or care) what us Vaporizer Enthusiasts really want. Many of them don't even use Vapes. But these guys at Vapor Blunt are different. They really have their shit together. They know vapes and they know what vapor enthusiasts want. Thanks guys!

Here are a few pics of this cool new Vape:

thx for the review.
glad to hear of the quick warm up and the taste factor.
how would you describe the ease or difficulty of cleaning this unit?
do the pieces easily come apart to a point you can clean everything including the vapor path?
would you care to comment on what the solo does better in comparison?

Sorry, but that picture makes it look unappealingly dirty! Is thing thing able to be cleaned.....like 100% clean for ANY part or area that touches herb and also 100% of the vapor path?
