"Omicron vaporizer with Cartomizer's by THC Scientific

301522_291102887582780_121518841207853_1189536_2051775958_n.jpg

Contents:
2 omicron battery units (the main half of the vape)
1 Cartomizer *EDIT with the price reduction, it is now 1 cartomizer instead of the: (1 box of 5 cartomizers
a carrying case
1 usb charging cord, and a wall adapter to plug it in to as well
1 heat shield for to cover the cartomizer base
1 white box with a cool logo on it for the THC Scientific company.

Initial thoughts:
When I heard that there was an e-cig that I can use to vape pure oil extracts and not have to add any "additives" (glycerine or alcohol etc...) I was pumped! Once I got it and fired it up for the first time, I was equally impressed with the performance compared to the hype. I also really liked that this looked like a fat pen. it doesn't look like some hardcore druggie device. it's elegant and doesn't look intimidating. Any concentrate that will melt down into a liquid form when heated will work, oil, wax, budder, taffy etc. Oils that are very runny or poorly purged perform less desirably

Filling:
*Before filling a cartomizer I recommend you make sure it is not a dud. plug it in and fire it up and look into the airway. so you see a glowing light? if you do that's good, you know it works. Now you are ready to fill it! There are 3 methods that I like:

Funnel method:
1. Insert a toothpick into the central air tube to prevent any oil from going down in there.
2. Place the funnel(Wilton #10 cake frosting tip) down onto the cart with the toothpick running up through it.
3. Preheat the top 1/4 of the cartomizer and funnel gently.
4. Pour in your oil then heat the funnel and top 1/4 of the cartomizer to make the oil run down into it. Do this in small runs until you have loaded in your desired amount. Anywhere from 0.5-1.0 grams will work nicely.

Solid consistency concentrates:
when you can handle the concentrate you can just put pieces into the top of the cartomizer and work it down. Then just heat it directly.

Dropper method:
If you oil is already in a glass vial then another method that is very easy is:
1. Insert a toothpick into the central air tube to prevent any oil from going down in there.
2. heat up the vial with a lighter to make the oil more runny.
3. Heat up the cartomizer making sure only to heat the top 1/4 of the cartomizer.
4. using a glass eyedropper suck up a good quantity of oil and transfer to a preheated cartomizer.

WARNING!
i used a blow torch to heat the cart up the first time. This was a mistake, it had a funky taste after. You will burn the seals inside if you overheat the cartomizer.

First Use:
To get the oil flowing into the wick and vapoizing, I have found fluting the vape most effective. This is never heating the unit for more than 3 seconds to prevent from burning out the unlubricated element (this is until you have oil flowing though it, then you can do the full 6-7 seconds time) Gently hit the unit while doing 3 seconds on power, 3 off... keep going until it breathes sweet sweet vapor! Takes me between 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

When using the vape for the first time that day: Press and wait 3 seconds (This is called "priming" the unit), then release and wait for the light to go off. Re-press and hit it for up to 6 seconds. When you hit it, breathe very very softly. This vape uses tiny airways. When you see the light flashing at you you need to stop holding the battery button it has a 7 second max time limit. Basically when it's flashing that's the auto shutoff feature taking over and disconnecting power.

It tastes the same as how the oil tastes as if you did it off of a curve or a nail. I don't notice any other tastes coming though. (when you are priming and getting the cartomizer there is a noticeable taste then. but once the oil is flowing that disappears.

Battery Charging:
It takes between 3-3.5 hours to recharge the battery, and I get about 4 days of solid use out of it before I need to recharge. I really like having the 2nd battery for when the first one dies. how disappointing to have the battery go on you mid session! when you plug it in the light should go red and it will turn green when it is charged and ready!

Conclusion:

This is one hell of an oil vape! It give you very tasty tiny hoots but they are potent! In the course of a minute i think you could probably get 5-6 hits off it! Going from 0 start time to one min i would be feeling good off 5 hits on this! You can expect 300-600 hits off of a gram of oil using this thing. then you have used up a cartomizer it may not be dead! I have been loading more oils into them after they are spent and they are still going! the flavours are mixed of course when you do this, but why not keep using it right?

This vape is totally filling a niche that i couldn't really do as easily before. It looks like an e cig so I can use it in public without looking like a drug user. It's portability is also very handy. Last ngiht I was walking down main street hitting my Omicron. :) Now while I love my Ti swing there is but no way I would try to use it outdoors, in my car etc. Also you gotta be careful who you use it around it looks hardcore. Omicron doesn't look scary at all. With this i feel a lot more portable. Also this way I don't have to worry about looking like I'm smoking meth or something if i want to use this in public. (My eclipse pipe looks ghetto in use and I would get funny looks trying to use it if someone didn't know what was going on.) I feel the eclipse's days are numbered now that i have this thing!

Remember: primo oil in = primo taste coming out

Final Summary:
This is a fantastic product that I have been very happy with since i started using it nearly 2 months ago. It is portable, heavy hitting, approachable (as in not intimidating) and lasts a long time before you need to top up or replace the cartomizer. Every once I have showed it to has been impressed!

Magic Flight Launch Box Review:

I have been using my MFLB for over a year and have found it to be an incredible portable vaporizer. It is extremely efficient in addition to being durable and discrete.

Pros:
-Efficient: One trench holds about .11 grams of material and it only takes me about 1/5 of a trench to get me where I want to be
-Durable: My box has survived multiple drops to hard surfaces and due to the lack of moving parts still works like a champ; also no material even spilled out because of the plexiglass cover
-Stealthy: The small size allows it to easily fit in the palm of my hands and produces very little visible vapor or smell (many have used it in crowded movie theaters or in buildings)
-Control: Since your breathing controls the temperature, with some practice you can get up to as high or low a temperature as you want which is not an option for other fixed-temperature vaporizers
-Fast: 3-5 seconds for vapor makes it incredibly easy to have vapor whenever and wherever you please
-Portable: Uses rechargeable AA batteries which each last around 2-3 trenches; the two supplied are more than enough for a full day but I have extras for when using with friends
-Taste: Incredible taste; I actually savor the taste as opposed to the disgusting flavor of smoke
-Warranty: Magic Flight offers an astounding lifetime warranty so if anything goes wrong with your box they will send you a new one free of charges
-Power Adapter: An A/C power adapter can be purchased so that you don't need to worry about using or charging batteries; it has an adjustable temperature dial to give maximum control of the temperature and allows for maximum power for every hit
-Water-Pipe Adapter: Magic Flight has recently come out with a water-pipe adapter so that you can run your MFLB through water for increased comfort
-Customizability: There are many skins or different types of stems you can put on your box to suit your preference
-Cheap: It is very inexpensive compared to other vaporizers and with the warranty it will be a lifetime vaporizer

Cons:
-Learning Curve: There is a very steep learning curve especially for people new to vaporization; it will take new people many uses before they get the hang of it and it is very possible that some people will accidentally combust in your box but this risk and learning curve can be diminished greatly by using the power adapter
-Combustion: Since the temperature is controlled by pull speed it is very possible to combust in these boxes; I have never combusted but my (former) friend did on his first use with it
-Groups: This is designed to be a personal vaporizer so it can be an issue to use with groups especially if not everyone knows how to use it; if you have extra batteries or ideally the power adapter it can be used with groups with much more ease

The Magic Flight Launch Box is a truly wonderful vaporizer. It provides reliable vapor wherever and whenever you want it. The very few and minimal drawbacks are diminished greatly by the addition of the power adapter. If you are in the market for a portable vaporizer this is definitely the one to get. And the Magic Flight company is the greatest company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. You can't go wrong with Magic Flight.

missed the boat on member ship & contest, but not on the Omicron.

This thing rocks ! Lasts for days and is discrete, loading the cartridge is the time consuming part.

I truly believe that the Omicron is the latest premium medicating device of choice!:)

Magic Flight Launch box review:

Size: no matter how many times you've heard people talk about how small the Magic Flight Launch Box is or if you've watched YouTube videos of it in action, it will still make you say wow, when actually holding it in your hand. It's quite close to the size of a pack of tic-tacs, allowing it to honestly be a "fit in your pocket vaporizer" without it being parachute pants.

Durability: With the Magic Flight Launch Box being made of wood, it can withstand the falls to the floor caused by clumsy hands or mere accident. Also the lid does not feel flimsy in anyway and I am not scared to just push it right open. The only real durability issues are with the screen in the "trench" as it is delicate but it should not be an issue unless you're being careless, the second issue being the glass stem as it is glass it can break but as suggested by the manufacturer it is best to use the Magic Flight Launch Box without the glass stem web you're on the go.

Warranty: The Magic Flight Launch Box is covered by a lifetime warranty and the manufacturer will accept almost any reason under the sun to replace your box, unless you happen to smash it with a hammer or if it was clearly done intentionally. Modifying your Magic Flight Launch Box whether your doing it for greater performance or to have it be more artistic the manufacturer completely supports these habits. The Magic Flight Launch Box is truly second to none when it comes to warranty.

Cost: Although some may look at the price of $119.00 and say "$119.00 for a little box of wood that I can make myself??!" The Magic Flight Launch Box truly does warrant its price point considering the lifetime warranty, and compared to other portable vaporizers it's truly near the bottom of the spectrum for cost.

Accessories: The accessories available are nearly limitless with the Magic Flight Launch Box. The manufacturer has made available a power adapter essentially turning your Magic Flight Launch Box into a desktop vape, they also have made available a Water Pipe Adapter which really allows for endless possibilities as far as what water tool you would like to use to moisture condition your vapor. The manufacturer has also made available whip tubing in various lengths if you prefer to use a whip, there are also beautiful exotic wood stems available.

Versatility: With the power adapter and water pipe adapter the Magic Flight Launch Box is truly versatile because it can now be used virtually like any desktop, whip style vaporizer, Heck there's even videos of people making vapor bags with the Magic Flight Launch Box, the versatility of this product is only really limited to your imagination.

Use: There is a "learning curve" to get the optimal use of a Magic Flight Launch Box but this process is drastically cut down if you watch JDSupreme's hitting technique videos on YouTube. I found that it is easier to start off using the "long slow draw technique" as it is easier to grasp and once it is understood and perfected the "micro-hitting" technique almost comes natural. The Magic Flight Launch Box does a great job at extracting whatever particular substance you are in need of and it's overall use is very simple, and quick (it takes about 3-5 seconds for it to begin producing vapor).

Efficiency: The Magic Flight Launch Box really is efficient as far as getting the most from your herbal mixture. With your draw speed being your temperature controller, slow draws can take the temperature to near the point of combustion maximizing your extraction.

Batteries: I find the batteries really to be hassle free, just leave one battery in the charger fully charged and swap when necessary (usually after one "trench" it's a good time to get a fresh battery").

Stealth: The Magic Flight Launch Box with its size and inconspicuous looks allows for use virtually anywhere you want to go, it's quite easy to conseal and many people have found ways to hit the Magic Flight Launch Box while using common hand gestures around the face (scratching nose, etc.) as the Magic Flight Launch Box is easily completely hidden in ones hand.

All in all: The Magic Flight Launch Box is truly a great vaporizer especially at its cost and second to none customer service. It also performs very well and like stated before the versatility of the vaporizer is truly unbelievable. The Magic Flight Launch Box really provides a lot of bang for your buck and should be in everyone's collection.

Pcpvapors,
Thanks for having another awesome contest, Planetvape!!!
Here's my review of the Eclipse H20. I wonder how it compares to the Omicron!

--

After having tried many swings and other methods, I find the Eclipse H20 to be best. The design is highly modular, and includes every connection commonly available with it: 14mm and 19mm gong, and 9 and 14mm slides. All of these are high quality glass connections which connect to the Eclipse body via a high temperature O-ring, replacements for which are included. The included connections are all very cool as they can all pull double duty waterpipe adapters for whip vaporizers, such as the Da Buddha - this greatly increases the real value of the kit, as you are getting 4 awesome adapters included in the price of a highly versatile vape.

Why is it better than a swing? Because you're actually vaporizing. You start at a very low temperature and only ramp up exactly as much as you want through the careful application of flame to the outside of the vial. This is completely unlike a swing, where the the pad is heated rocket hot and then a combustion/vaporization hybrid occurs all at once. With the eclipse there is only the slow gradual increase in temperature if you do it properly, allowing you to get the most out of your material, as far as flavor, efficiency and simply enjoyability. The only breakable components are the vials, which are easily purchased by the box load for little money.

You might find a simple swing for a little less, but consider the awesome bonus addition of four waterpipe adapters to your arsenal, the high build quality of the Eclipse, the superiority of it over a swing, and the fact it's made right in the US. AND you get a great, tough, foam-lined carry-around to store it all in, which can just fit a 7th floor poker. You can take your little package to anyone's pad and know you can connect to their water pipe whatever type it may be, which makes it more versatile than most vapes that come to mind.

I give the whole thing a 8.8 for 10, and a place of honor in my collection.

[h]Some excellent reviews![/h]
Still a week left to post your reviews and get entered to win a full Omicron Kit

PlanetHaze,
I have owned plenty of vaporizers and for some reason no model has worked as good as the Supreme Vaporizer.

My first vape was the MFLB and the hits just werent consistent enough for me and the batteries died so often. I then bought the Extreme Q and the Essential hand Vape. The EQ made great clouds but ate all of my weed and i saw myself vaping more than i used to smoke.

The essential vape was so easy to mess up with and i saw myself coughing up a lung for long periods of time.
I sold all of my first vapes and bought the supreme vaporizer. I wanted a portable vape that could milk my glass pieces and could also be used on the go. I looked on youtube and came across a video of this guy hitting this awkward looking contraption and blowing out plumes of vapor. I knew i had to have it so i ordered it and it was here within the week. Since i got it i cannot put it down.

To get it to work you have to heat it with a torch to the temperature you would like. there is a simple led screen with a light up button. It may take a little while to heat but MAN DOES IT DELIVER. No other vape could stretch out your supply and also delivery thick delicious plumes of tasty vapor.

Thanks for the awesome contest guys.

The Machinist
Awesome contest! Here is my review of the Magic Flight Launch Box.

-------

Although the Magic Flight Launch Box has a moderate learning curve because of its conduction based design, make no mistake, it is still an ultra portable, efficient and very stealthy vaporizer that out performs most portable vapes and conventional methods on the market today. It has a simple, yet sturdy design that can be dropped safely from table heights and it features a lifetime warranty on everything except the usage light bulb. It utilizes a rechargeable AA battery system, and depending on the length of your draw, can get anywhere from 12-15 good hits. Each bowl, more commonly referred to as a trench after which it is designed, only holds around 0.2g of medicine. Efficiency is really good because 0.6g or 3 trenches gets me properly medicated. In comparison I have to smoke around 2-3 ~0.5 bowls to receive the same feeling. I quickly found I was medicated faster, stealthier, and more efficiently than previous methods I had tried. To add to the versatility of this little device you can pick up a home power adapter and a water pipe adapter. The home adapter is great when you just want a quick instant session at your favorite power outlet without sacrificing battery time. The adapter also has a power level resistor to dial in the heat setting which best works for your application. The water pipe adapter lets you connect your Launch Box to any water pipe with a 14mm gong connection with an option for an adapter to 19mm. When all three of these items are used in conjunction with each other it creates a highly efficient delivery system that is very tough to beat.

EDIT: Just re-read the rules. I do not qualify... oh well, my review still stands.

Vapo-Bowl review
Vapo-bowl is a flame powered vaporizer that is made to be used with Bong, bubblers, hookahs, etc. It is one of the best vaporizers for starters and low budget vaporists. Can be used at both home and outdoor and does not require any cords,powerplugs,batteries..
I recommend this vaporizer to be used only with torch lighter and with filtered butane because you are going to inhale the hot air from the torch's beam and you don't wanna any nasties there..Also blaze the unit prior its first use with the torch excpecially the screen on bottom and on the cap in order to burn off any production chemicals or else.To achieve vaporization keep the end of the flame 3-5 cm away from the top hole and inhale the hot air stream which follows the vector of the flame.Don't keep torch too close and inhale the flame because combustion may occur rapidly. First vapor clouds can be seen 2-4 seconds after you start inhaling, heat for maximum of 10-15 seconds to avoid combustion.Once you got the hang of it you can easily finish a bowl in 2-3 lungfulls leaving the herb well extracted and golden brown.
This vaporizer has very short learing curve and it is hard to combust if you keep the flame on distance.
Vapo-bowl is also very good for concentrates, because of its ability to produce massive amount of heat power without combusting the material. Temperature can be controled in several ways : 1)The distance between the flame and cap's top hole
2)Power of the flame . 3) Screen position inside of the bowl 4)Rate of inhalation.
Attention!!! The cap gets very hot, so don't you even try to handle it with bare hands. Use pincers, tweezers or protection glove.
There are 2 versions of the vapo-bowl :
Metal Vapo-bowl is half the price and thousand times the durability of the Glass Vapo-bowl.
5193wh.jpg
2qd7dk4.jpg
2lb047l.jpg

It can be screwed on any acrylic bong or metal pipe. It is great for ourdoor use because it is very hard to brake. If it gets too hot to put it in your pocket you can place it on the ground,it cools very fast that way.

The Glass Vapo-bowl has glass on glass connection which offers smoother and cleaner vaporization than the metal version. It has a screen that is held on 4 glass bumps inside the bowl and comes in two sizes which can contain same amount of load:

14mm - suitable for small travel bongs/bubblers/sherlocks
huf7l2.jpg
28unr81.jpg

18mm -suitable for large bongs generally for home use.
2lb03g1.jpg
rutd34.jpg

*There is a third option - Some of the sellers sell the cap only for half the price of metal vapo bowl. It is good for replacement if you loose your cap and if you have any 18" bowl, connector, carbon chamber it makes a perfect fit. I use my metal vapo-bowl's cap with a glass 18" adapter and with hookah cyclon bowl with a screen in it .
jv198l.jpg

It can be concluded that vapo bowl is a healthier alternative to smoking, heats fast,is portable, can be used with water filtration, extracts well and it is very durable. On the other side it is not very stealth because of torch,it gets very hot and requires the need of pincers , it is possible to combust if you suck the flame or heat too long and lack of accurate temperature read.

Loving the contests!

The MFLB is the best vape in stealth and portability. As long as you keep a pair of batteries on you (included, and not a hassle), you can vape anywhere. From theaters to public bathrooms, I've heard of somebody using it or personally used it there.
Pros:
- This thing is tiny. You can hide it in your hands cupped together, and I don't even have to ask how small your hands are.
- Efficient. Of course--it's a vape. It is also technically adjustable temp, so you can get your herb as dark as you would like once you get used to it.
- Flavor. Probably one of the tastiest vapes I've used.
- Hits. Not big, not small, unless you want them to be. You can customize the heat and hit size with some practice, and it hasn't let me down.
Cons:
- Probably a harder learning curve of the vapes. It is hard to quickly perfect your draw entirely on your own, but there are videos by the manufacturer that show some tips and tricks for use. Those serve as a better starting point for how to get good hits in a style you like, in my opinion.
- Batteries. Battery = trench, in my experience. If you are a heavy user, this may be a problem because you may end up needing a bunch of batteries. If you are smoking a bunch of trenches at once, you cannot charge a battery in the time it takes to use a battery, so you will need to buy more if you do that.
- Groups. It isn't a group vape, obviously, but it can be a pain to explain how to use to friends if they haven't before or don't know what it is. I've used it with 3 people with amazing results, but after much explaining, trial, and error.
Other thoughts:
- The power adapter has received great reviews, to the degree that it "transforms the vape into a whole new device" (paraphrasing). If you want portability and a heavier hitter, this may be able to fill both roles with the PA and cost less than 2 separate vapes.

The Iolite Vaporizer
vaporizers-iolite-vaporizer.jpg

Price-199.99

Contents
-the unit itself
-bowl piece
-2 plastic stems
-vapour condenser(small metal thing in the picture)
-extra screen
-screen changing tool
-pipe cleaner

Use
1. Fill device with butane: use only high quality butane, when using low quality it is almost certain that you vaporizer will clog over time.
2. Grind herb, the finer the grind the better the extraction so a fine grind is recommended.
3. Fill the bowl: fill bowl chamber full for best results and then place into the device.
4. Turn on the device: flip the switch on the side to the 1 position then press the button once. If successful a small orange light will turn on, on the vent side of the device. If the light does not turn on, press the button again, and so on until the device works.
5. Wait 3-4 minutes, waiting longer produces a thicker first hit, but after 4 minutes the difference is negligible.
6. Inhale and enjoy
7. When finished turn the switch to the 0 position.

Tips

When filling the bowl place the herb into the heating chamber instead of the removable bowl piece. This is because when a large bowl is packed in the removable piece, when inserting the bowl the heating pin pushes the herb into the screen and damages it.

Use only high quality butane, calibre and vector are brands that have had very a lot of success over extended use.

Using the Iolite with a bong: The device can easily be attached to a bong, this moisturizes the vapor and makes it easier to handle a large session. I have personally found that the vaporizer makes my eyes very dry without a bong.

Pros
-good for portability, requires no electricity
-good for many people as well and beginners
-small and compact

Cons
-the device is notoriously unreliable: only high quality butane can be used
-early devices also had problems with the bowl stems breaking after use
-there is no temperature control, however the device is set to 190 C which is a good mid range temperature

Overall Impression
The Iolite is an excellent portable vaporizer. For a mid to heavy user using this vape as a main unit it doesn't pack much of a punch but as a portable or secondary unit it is very good. For a beginner it would work well as a main unit. Where it truly excels is in situations with no plugs, such as outdoor concerts or camping trips. I would recommend this vape to anyone wanting a portable or a discrete home unit.

PlanetHaze,

OhTheAgony

here for the chicks
I guess my Vapocane arrived just in time for this contest then, I wish I had a little more time to include some pictures though. Here's another first impression I just wrote in the Vapocane thread:

OhTheAgony said:
My Vapocane arrived today. It's an original and it was made in Austria according to the box. It looks nice, good quality glass & joints as far as I can judge as a glass-noob. Perhaps we should both post a picture to compare the regular & the B-version @ CDS?

It's taller then I thought & the glass is thicker then I expected. Luckily, because hopefully it will not break as easy as I feared now *knocks on wood*

I played around with it for a while to get familiar with it. Inserted a brass screen just to try it out which was doable, then a SS screen which was a bitch to get in place. The SS screens I have are a little smaller than the brass screens that come with it plus it doesn't bend as easily so it was really hard to get it where I want. Not sure how deep it's suppose to be in, I made mine to fit about half a centimeter below the point the cane insert will go in the GG bowl for a small bowl size to start with. I have to say this is a shitty & lazy design imo. For how it's priced it should have had a nice flat bowl with some pinches to hold the screen like the GVB bowl. If this is a keeper I'll definitely look in to having someone make me a custom bowl for it. After I was done playing I took the screen out to give it the torch treatment & then I soaked everything in my bong cleaning solution with hot water. I guess it's off to the coffeeshop now to make sure I don't run out of weed during my test session & then hit, I'll be back :brow:

Part two:

K, got me some really nice Diesel Haze, a little White Widow, and my regular fav miss Angel Dust, lets get steaming :brow:

I started with the Diesel, the only one of the three I've never had before. The first two hits were tasty, but practically without visible vapor. I got it going on the third one though, wow! The glass wasn't even red hot yet, but I got clouds so thick I feared for combustion. The 0,1 gram I loaded is starting to turn from green to a light gold/brown without any darker spots, so I guess I could have pushed it a little further if I wanted to, nice to know.

Did anyone ever combust with this thing just using the heat-the-glass-method?

K, I need way more practice so i"m gonna finish this bowl now & start another one, later guyz :D

edit: Urm, I guess I'm not going anywhere

I'm really loving this so far. I have to factor in the facts that I haven't eaten a lot today & that this is a new strain to me, but I haven't been this high in weeks. Let alone of just 0,1gram. I got about 10 medium to large sized bong hits out of that 0,1 gram and it isn't even that dark yet. I'll probably get another 5 or 6 good hits from it with my Solo at this point. But I want to see how far I can take it with the Cane, if it can get it as dark as my ceramic Solo without coming to close to combustion I have a new daily driver here.

Some random first observations:

-Based on above mentioned experience the Vapocane seems extremely effective. At this point I'm at 12 medium sized dense hits & my AVB is now partly medium dark brown with lighter bits so I estimate I'm at about 2/3 of the bowl of where I usually like to take my weed. I did only try a bowl with top quality bud though, next one will have to be with a slightly lesser quality to see how long that lasts.

-Heating the glass for less then 10 seconds before you start drawing is enough to produce huge dense clouds if you place your screen so the top of the layer of your green is directly underneath the top/heater part of the Vapocane. Heating the entire outer service of the heater evenly with a large flame seems to work best.

-You basically get instant vapor with the other method with the flame pointed towards opening of the heater. Be careful with your flame distance, I lightly scorched my bowl almost instantly first time I tried.

-It looks really sweet with my 250ml Ehle with sandblasted logo :p

Last edit for now: I finally finished my first bowl after it was feeding time. I'm at 16 really good hits of 0,1 gram right now and my AVB is at a dark brown color but not quit black yet. I could stil get a few more visible vapor hits from it but it does take a little longer to heat it at this point & I'm getting impatience with all this weed to try out so I'm dumping it and proceeding :brow:

Conclusion so far:

Right now I choose this over the Vapo Bowl for it's cleaner, almost entirely glass air-path (except for the screen, which I like to eliminate at some point with a custom blown bowl with build in glass screen) when using it with induction-convection method. It's easier this way to maintain a constant temperature & my throat feels less hot than after a Vabo Bowl bowl. It's slightly harder to use and will require a little more technique with the torch then the Vapo Bowl or Vapostar, and one should really think about how to handle this vape beforehand to prevent burning yourself because the glass will get extremely hot, even though it cools down relatively fast as well. I already know I'm gonna burn myself at least once on it. Just like I always cut myself when using a new knife, or spill red wine over it when I wear a new shirt. I hope it'll be just once though, I still wear a mark from my glass Vapo Bowl (on my belly for crying out load). I don't like using the rubber gripper that came with the Cane by the way, I prefer to just let it sit & cool down for half a minute or so and then just gently pick it up by the base of the heater with two fingers. Don't insert it to tight & it'll come out easily, it doesn't need a tight twist for a good seal anyways. Talking about the seal of the GG, with my glass Vapo Bowl I often wished I had a tube with a carb hole because the GG fit is really poor on that one. It's not even at the right angle on mine, it only makes contact with the downstem of my tube at the bottom of the GG connection so you have to kinda jam it in there otherwise it wobbles. This made it so unpleasant to clear the tube by pulling out the slide that usually just took of the metal cap & clear the tube through the bowl because of that. It's nice to have a proper one now.

The case in shape of a marker is ridiculous in my opinion, it only fits half the vape, where do we put the bowl part? They should have provided another slightly larger one for the bowl as well. The Vapocane also came with a cleaning brush, some brass screens and a torch lighter. I threw away the screens & the brush is to large to fit in the heater part but I guess that won't need much cleaning anyway as long as you don't use a regular flame lighter, it's fine for the bowl part. The torch works ok right now although it doesn't seem to be of a too good quality. I didn't plan on using it anyway, I recommend using a either a soldering torch or a crme brle burner with the Vapocane, I use a Iroda PT-220 which I highly recommend because of it's easy one hand operation, which adds a lot towards safety in my experience.
