Roasted, salted, hemp seeds for just a few bucks in the bulk bins at our local health food store.

I thought they were pretty bad at first (swallowing everything), but I kind of like them now if I chew a whole mouthful (and remember to spit out the shells).

i thought at first they were over-roasted, but not anymore

here's a site (that I borrowed the pic from) that extols their virtues as a perfect food (all 20 amino acids):

I've been buying shelled hemp seeds lately. Healthier than roasted. They're delicious, nutritious, but rather expensive if you eat them too much

Kind of cooking with cannabis; We use them as fishing bait here- soaked and boiled till the shell splits. Fish in freshwater (ponds, lakes, slow rivers) love them- it's quite a killer bait for several species, especially carp, and is quite widely used. More sold for fish bait than human consumption, I would expect. http://www.amazon.co.uk/10kg-Carp-Fishing-Bait-Hemp/dp/B002M3OGD0

Some fish prefer chilli or aniseed flavour hemp seeds :brow:

Shelled hemp seed is amazing. I used to frequently add it to meals as a little healthy boost, but George is right about it getting some what expensive. Tastes great when tossed in with a bag of popcorn!
