No worries brother, we think we know the issue, but we need to double check, and once confirmed we will let people know.

That was funny as hell what Xc was saying about your videos. All he does is tinker and vape and not go to sleep. Speaking of sleep. Few puffs off the Omi and I'm gone.

speaking of sleep, if you're having troubles make sure the blanket is over your head while using your vaporizer.....produces WAY better effects :D and dosent leave your blankets smelling like a bum smoked a resin ball in your bed, i love vapes.

Hey, as long as you're asking that question, perhaps you'll recall a day or so back when I reported getting a prefilled cart with no heater installed (a truly great leaker, made a mess inside it's little bag before I could use it)? You asked me to contact you so you could 'make it right'? Well I did so and promptly got a very condescending note to the effect that you don't normally support user damaged carts but you'd make a special case of me and kindly give me $10 credit in your store.

Hey, I didn't damage a thing. It leaked literally before I touched it. And no thanks on your kind gift of credit I can't be using (even if it included instructions on how to get this fantastic gift, which it did not.....). Even if I could use it to order a single cart to replace the leaker and refill with the oil I reclaimed I'd still be out shipping (as a guess the same $8.24 as on my 'free' filling fixture?). Not worth it to me, thanks anyway.

Mind, I'm not complaining, never was. Mistakes happen. But you asked me to make the effort to contact you in the matter. Frankly, I'd have thought sending me a replacement cart (that means you pay the shipping) was a more appropriate response. I'd have sent two or even 3 to cover the loss of oil and some of the hassle? I sure wouldn't have insulted my customer for reporting it like I'd asked him to. "we usually do not replace cartridges, due to user error, however I have made an exception and gave you 10.00 dollar credit in our online store".

"Thanks, but no thanks". Now if you want ignored messages, your reply to my response to your kind offer to that effect is still waiting for a reply??? Not that one is really needed, I guess, you made your position clear enough but you're the one concerned about ignored messages and all.

I know you're busy and all, but you asked me to contact you......

And hey, I'd like a front row seat when the dancing starts. Do you take reservations?

OF (AKA 'ticket 343411')

Edit: Looks like I didn't make myself clear. My objection to "due to user error" is not so much I didn't touch it, or that Elemental is your actual customer (and I should file any loss claim with them as they sold it....) but the idea that anyone but you might be responsible to the heater being flat out missing from the assembly. What happened, did someone carefully disassemble the cart then put it back together minus this part and fill it up to make you look bad and my life miserable? Could always be, I guess. But I'd have given the benefit of the doubt to that customer (the one who's 'always right'?) that neither Elemental or I wrecked your cart and are trying to pull a fast one.

I'd still like that seat for the dancing review......

Hey, not to worry, nobody expects you to do everything. FWIW I don't blame whoever it was for not signing his name.

I didn't realize I should bother you with 'I just did what you asked me to do' messages. I didn't think a 'wlico' was called for?

That's not really the point, is it? You asked about Customer Support issues, I gave you mine FWIW. I think I made it very clear:

"I'm the fellow that got lucky enough to get a prefilled cart with no heater (a great leaker, btw). I have the messy pieces, but don't think they'd be of any use to you?

At this point, no big deal. I got a bad cart and lost some (mid grade) oil...... No complaints, just reporting."

I did not say 'G told me to'. Perhaps that makes a difference.

BTW, the offer of the messy pieces is still open (although I don't see how it would tell you anything?)....I'll to pay the postage....

Again, no need for any personal attention. But since you offer it, thank you very much.

Na I don't need the pieces as I don't think your trying to get free carts. Stuf happens in mass production sometimes crap goes wrong and is not caught during production. I responded to your request please feel free to let me know. Maybe we can get DubC if he's in your area to drop of a few cartridges and let you try the Persei. I think he has the adapters and you can use your rev with it also if he has the 18350 batteries.

Let me know te answer to my question and well go from their.

Also I don't mind doing one on one as I like to make time for the people who have made it possible for me to advance our research in the next generation of vapes and attachments.

All everyone has to do is ask for my help and I'm there.

Thanks very much, although I didn't request anything. I just tried to report the problem so you'd know it happened. You offered to 'make it right' and asked me to contact you (which I did).

It's reassuring to know you stand ready if called.

I answered your question re location, but didn't know what you had in mind. FWIW I don't think such a errand would be a good use of Dubc's valuable time. Your call, of course. Thanks for the offer.

Where do you live OF? I'm headed down to SJ/SC today. I'll even be cruising through Oakland.

Regarding your ticket- I would return it to elemental. It's their vendors mistake for not checking the cart befor filling his oil. That oil is also ISO extracted, hence the cheap price for a filled cart. If we end up crossing paths today I'm sure you will leave happy.

I live in the East Bay as I said. Thank you for your kind offer, but I've a full day scheduled that won't allow for taking a few hours off to drive down to the South Bay. Even for a replacement cart and a chance to try your new product (nice as that might be for some, not my 'cup of tea' as I'm not a recreational user).

I don't seem to be making myself clear, perhaps I should just give it up. I am not making a claim with you or Elemental. I understand that mistakes like this can happen (let's be honest here, the MAJOR screw up is no heater, not putting oil in without quality checking each cart), I will mention it to them next time I'm down for the same 'heads up' reason I've been trying for here. I'm betting I get thanked for the information.........

I offered the information (NO complaints), your guy asked me to pull the ticket number so he 'could make it right'. His call, not mine. I just found the making it right part lame and insulting. The follow up is not without lessons if someone there was really interested. I'm not at all sure what is accomplished by criticism of the oil they used. In fact I'm glad it leaked $25 a gram oil, not $50 which would have leaked just the same. I bought and tested a cart, and when I found it worked well I bought a couple of spares, one now turns out to be defective. I think that the oil really has little to do with the lack of the resistor in there, do you?

Thanks again for your kind offer. A free stone on the latest vape isn't what I was looking for.
Please give it to someone who will be more appreciative, and perhaps generate a sale or two. Like I said above, I don't see this as a good use of your valuable time.

Yeah but I think the CS guy just said that because of the attitude of "it's an unavoidable side-effect of mass production" that's the rel problem. Apple is made in China so why don't they have terrible products? Quality control.

I could test at least 60 carts an hour, how much would it really raise the price if they had the carts pre-checked for a glow?

BTW: SoCal Peeps the Medical Cannabis Cup 2012 is this weekend in LA.

http://medcancup.com/

I missed last years event in San Francisco but I know dubCrider and some other folks went and everyone had a blast. Huge smoking area. Lots of free samples and overall cool event. Dunno what the scene in LA will be like....

G you entering the omicron or the persei or some of your killer OG?

Does THC have a booth at this event?

Even apple has DOA units. All cartridges are tested prior to being packaged. When you have mass production less then 0.1% DOA is a good number.

I would like it to be 100% but human error is always a factor.
