dankd, I am trying to isolate LA area clubs wax/budder/gold selections and it's not working well, mostly NorCal clubs. Would appreciate any help on how to use your search tool or a version that searches LA area.dankd420 said:

It's a new one but very very fast/streamlined with much more searching options than weedmaps

Making progress guys, we might have a winner on the new cartridges, still working out some kinks. We are early late stage of finalizing the final drawing for the final prototype. I hope that makes sense.
We have to get prototype, test, file patent paperwork, so on and so forth. Will be Around March along with herb attachment we think before it is introduced to everyone.
But im hoping we will get to see videos by mid to late Feb

Hey THC,
My battery broke after the first charge. I've sent it back (at my own cost) and provided proof of posting, but on customer services you guys say you won't send me a replacement until the old one arrives. I've sent you a proof of posting and offered to pay a refundable deposit, but still no joy.
I ordered it back in mid November, used it for much less than a week, and now you want me to wait for double transatlantic and customs shipping delays before I can use my Omicron again- it will be mid February at least!
Come on guys, you've got to help me out here!

Apparently I was having the same issue! My 2nd PG cart was working fine and started leaking out of no where. I waited more than 30 seconds between hits and inhaled very slowly. Cleaned up the cart with a Q-Tip and ISO and started hitting it again much harder and boom, large clouds and not a single leak since.THC SCIENTIFIC said:

To be fair Delta9 did ask for full tracking on the return package. However, it wasn't so simple- I'm an hour away from the post office so got my partner to post on her next shopping trip. Full tracking was mega expensive, far more than she had on her, so she went with the next service down with proof/receipts. Upon her return, although she was doing me a favor, we had to have a big argument about her ability to follow simple instructions (during which I was told in no uncertain terms that I cared to much about my vaporizers). But in fairness the international tracking rate was more than I would reasonably want to pay for a warranty replacement so soon after purchase, and almost the value of a new battery. I don't know what else could be a solution though, except providing proof of posting or paying a deposit.

For sure we're blessed with the trust many of our makers afford us. It's rare indeed that replacements are so quickly sent out, and I'm also quite sure that they get the occasional rock shipped to them (rather than the claimed defective unit) by crooks this way.
In a way it funny (and a bit sad) when you think this is a kind of marginal business for many to be in. We want personal service and trust but we'd rather use assumed names and that nobody know what's going on in many cases. It's not like you're gonna go to the cops or BBB and gripe. And yet we get service so much better than guys buying more mundane products. More so, since I think in many cases nothing is really wrong with the unit....it's the loose nut on the sucking end.....

Im really looking forward to the herb cartridge being added to the mix. I've been looking at this for a while now. I make my own oil but dont make it all the time. So a herb cartridge would really make me more likely to buy. Keep us up to date SCIENTIFIC. Cant wait.

I just received my omicron 2X package a few days ago. First, I have to say that this is really a very nice product and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I purchased some Pure Gold and some Blue Dream Super Melt for the first go (thanks to folks who recommended where to go). Both are smooth hitting and taste good but surprisingly to me, I'd give preference to the Blue Dream Super Melt for taste/smoothness. The PG loaded incredibly easily and the Blue Dream was definitely more trouble but really not difficult either. I'm giving some consideration to heading back to SJ and getting some more Blue Dream and maybe try one of their other super melts. I guess it's good that I bought a package of cartridges.

Hey guys, i have to say lately you have seen less and less of me.
sorry about that many many many projects on the table and many many issues.
But today we fixed a lot of issues that where happening. Phantom issues that our tech guys and web guys, and janitors where all trying to figure out.
This had me on the ropes because i hate issues. Ok so website is up and working 100% no more manual shipping, all tracking numbers will be emailed now once we fix this issue tomorrow, and no more phantom issues.
The exorcism was successful.

Any plans for a "reuseable" oil cart that would last much longer and can be cleaned/maintained, with a more durable quartz/ceramic element ?
I have been trying to get a lot of my friends to buy this wonder stick, and while all of em loved it, the fact that they will have to buy a cart each time to fill it was a major turn off for them, especially since most of these guys don't wanna deal with online shipping etc.. and there are no retailers here in europe like in the states..

Their is a euro distributor, send FLSkwat a message. The carts are refillable at the users risk. I have a guy who has run 15 PureGold capsules through one cart and it's still going. It is just annoying when a cart finally does die right after you fill it, that's all.

Taste pretty good but was expecting kinda more with all the hype about pure gold in omicron

Shenk, the device has a learning curve. Took me a day or two to adjust the draw speed. I think it varies with the extract too.
Also, any vaporizer will make you cough, no matter how pure the extract and how good the vaporization process. In the end, the resin itself is an irritant, and having it vaporized and hot won't help it be any more gentle on the respiratory tract and lungs.
You can perhaps try some makeshift bubbler/bong connection to cool down the vapor with water first ?
Also guys, I was talking about physical retail stores in europe rather than the online distributor. What I meant was that not many people are willing to deal with the online business much, and deal with the shipping matters etc. This probably makes the market smaller for the omicron here... I bet more durable carts would be more attractive to people who don't wanna deal with online shop.
I'm only stating this because I've had this told to me by friends I was trying to convince to buy the omicron... They didn't want to deal with constantly going online had having to buy carts every now and then.
