I used to use my supreme at night for big sleepy-time hits, and its only been used once since I got my UD.

Its just less efficient and less simple to use.
It retired and make me sell my MW too.. I had a party with 8 guys .. and the UD served us all in under 15 mins.. :D.. 4 stems and we were out :).
Also to add that my gnome gong vape gives similar and even more powerful and dense hit.. but is only fraction less efficient than the UD.. Cuz i usually hit high temp ..
Usually i hit the Gnome when i wait for the Dog to heat up.. I can get thick clouds in 15-45 secs with the GC and GG. :)

Cool to know. I've never used the UD in a party or large group situation. Glad to hear it lives up to that if I suddenly become more social haha :p

I put an UD out when I host some kind of shindig along with an herbal salad-bar like spread and stem for each person.. the piece can be passed around to a whole group of people and still be ready to go when the very last one puts it down. :brow:

Tried my car adapter in my car today while parked and it never fully heated up, I mean like an hour and it still wouldn't push the bud past green. Did the same thing in my friends car while we were driving and had similar results.

Any ideas as to what is going wrong guys? Screen is closest to heater as possible. I thought having the engine running would produce over 12 volts and result in a faster heatup time?

Is the piece working normally at home still? If so then there must be an issue with the charger or the cigarette lighter ports.. though I don't know how likely it is for both cars to have issues. Are they newer cars? I don't know much about real new cars, they might have some kind of power regulation or something that is lowering the power. Normally a running car puts out anywhere from 12.2v to 13.5v which quickly gets an UD piping hot, more so and more quickly so than when used at home with the wall plug.

The only thing in my arsenal that gives a bigger hit is my Ex Q Tower, but it uses 3-4x the flower.
My UD is a 1/4 in. core and Dave lend me a 3/8 frequently. My 1/4 hits like a champ but the 3/8 hit was like rocket exhaust. Pleasantly devastated!
No need to hesitate. If you're looking for a desktop vape that delivers a colossal hit with a small amount of flowers, backed by some of the best customer service you'll find anywhere, buy your UD with confidence.
You will not be sorry, you'll just become Dave's latest lifelong fan!

I noticed this thread's been a little slow since Dave left for his trip, so I thought I'd ask a question I've been thinking about for a while: Do you guys use the oil diffuser? If so, what oils?
So far, I have only tried tea tree oil. It's okay, but the smell wasn't that great. From what I've read online, eucalyptus and sage seem like good options.

Hey dude :). You put directly on the core and use the hook to pick it up when it is hot to handle with hands. My fav oils are clary sage, elemi oil, blue lotus, sweet basil, camomile, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace leaf oil.. Wormwood oil (this one is damn strong) .. Lemon, orange, corriander .. I don't think the thread is going slow.. If you wanna brighten up the field.. Share a video and pics of your dogs.. and you in fog mode..

I just bought my first essential oil for diffusing and am really digging it.

Got some organic sweet orange essential oil from a local health food co-op.
The citrus oils are quite pleasant and are really affordable compared to a lot of the others.

I like buying them in a real store because you can smell it beforehand and saves on shipping, but I'm trying to find a real aromatherapy place with fresher stuff.
Dont want to know how long this orange oil has been sitting on the shelves losing its aroma :/

Essential oils do not degrade rapidly.. There are some preserved from B.C times in Egypt ;).
I think it was a Pink Lotus oil as far as i rember.. It is one of the best i tried.. The pink and the blue lotus.. have pleasant light narcotic effect.. that can get you rid off you headache in minutes if more ingested like 3-4 fresh flowers ot 10 g soaked in wine or just 2ml of essential oil i a cap.. .. i can swear it resembles a MDMA like trip but just lighter, more controlable whitout the adverse effects which are ruining the beauty of the experience . :).
Anyway i got carried away.. What i wanted to say .. is that most essential oils have effect on you consciousness .
Also they benefit a lot in masking the smell of weed.. expecially the citrus ones.

Hey UDs hope you're all having fun and keeping foggy. Just about a third of the way done with this trip and for the most part not much exciting has happened. I did however get away for a while today and visit a nice lumber importer I've never visited before and picked up some wood too.

For all those of you into such things this is what I picked up today (and just how little wood $500 gets you haha)

In no particular order I picked up and Underdog is guarding: Hard Maple, Red Oak, Mahogany, Teak, Redwood burl, Lignum vitae and Red Palm.

I've got a couple more places to visit before this trip is over so hopefully I'll return home with even more goodies... :p

Haha.. I think I'm contested out for the time being.. nice try though.

It's 15-BF Hard Maple, 15-BF Red Oak, 9-BF Mahogany, 3-BF Teak and small miscellaneous pieces that make up the rest. I reclaim wood when I can but end up having to buy lot of wood too (from FSC places) and it's amazing how much prices have went up on wood in the last 5-10 years. I think I'm going to start looking to the future and fill up a few warehouses haha.

@ Everyone - I'll be gone 15 more days so you'll all have to window-shop until then. Maybe your pain will be eased by imagining all the thousands of board-feet of lumber I'm sifting through to find future UDs for us all to enjoy!

Dave, that's a lot of future UDs in your trunk!
Abysmal and haze, thanks for the suggestions, I think I'll go to Trader Joe's tomorrow and smell all the oils in the aisle, find what's best for me. I'm just looking for something that would make my room smell better, but not have a really girly smell. I don't think the smell of weed is that much of an issue for me, I find that as long as I have the window open there is little to no smell.

I see a Lignum Vitae UberTwig in my future :D Still no luck with the Sumac? :( Hopefully you come across a little at the next stop. The Original Underdog looks real happy with the new stock pile.

@ Gonzo - still looking for some Sumac but no luck yet. I'll probably have to find a specialty shop to find some since most lumberyards aren't interested in carrying it. I'll keep looking though no worries..

@ darkrom - yeah that's his 'intensely' 'this is stupid' look. He was happy to go to the lumberyard and happy to drive around the city but less than happy to have to sit in the back of the car. I think he's concerned I was going to leave him there like a 'dog' hahaha. He's my cowardly little Honey Badger lol.

@ Marcellus - yep, great dogs! I might need to pick up a Lab or something to keep this little wiseguy out of trouble though.. sigh. haha.

Of course not, you're completely right SirElton.. NO Honey Badger is cowardly.

More proof that my little guy isn't a HB but simply a wannabe, from a distance haha. He'll see the neighbor's 100lb bad-attitude dog and be like "What you lookin at?! You wanna piece of me?!" and acting all 'I don't give a shit!' until the other dog comes walking over then it's "oh god we're all gonna die! run run run!" and tries to drag me back to the house or car. Then once safely back behind the door/window it's back to 'I don't give a shit!'.. lol. I'll get a video one of these days...

I would love to see a video of that. Reminds me of those club going jersey shore kinda guys "you wanna go bro, huh bro come on bro" its like a shouting match of idiots, only when dogs do it it is funny and adorable. When roided up goons do it it is frustrating.

In short, Dogs > People.
