Underdog Log Vapes

Wow, seeing all those beautiful dogs makes me want to buy another one... I guess this is the vape acquisition syndrome you guys are always talking about.

I brought my dog to a friends house yesterday, and one of my friends there was a hardcore smoker. Took one hit from the dog and started coughing for a full minute! Needless to say, he was impressed. I'm really starting to like this vape now, it takes a few trys to get the screen placement, warmup time, and packing just right but after you learn it it's the perfect vape. I'm trying to save up the money right now to get an Aqua Vape to complete the setup.
Also, do you guys know if it's even possible to combust with the Underdog? I got some really dark ABV yesterday, but I don't think it was burnt.

What's that thing you use as a stem holder originally for Elluzion?

I am actually not sure exactly what the thing that I use is. I found it at my house laying around and it looked perfect for the job. My guess would be some kind of a pin cushion or some hair gizmo? lol

I used some 200% alcohol solvent with acetone to clean my aqua vape today. I seriously had to use chemicals from a LAB to clean this thing :lol:

Now I'm trying to figure out how to make it safe to use again. Lesson learned, it is far better to clean it often than one horrible time. Definitely never let water sit in it either haha. This is fucking GROSS

Glass is insanely easier to maintain and clean if you stop using tap water, purified tap water, or even bottled water.

All of this water is loaded with minerals that cause nasty scale buildup on glass (especially leaving water in there).
Resins easily comes off with alcohol but hard water stains are much more resilient.

The solution is to use distilled water.
The 3 gallon distilled water dispensers are nice because it has a little pouring mechanism, but you can get a gallon of distilled water for pocket change and it'll last a long time with pieces that use little water.

So the glass is easier to clean and the vapor taste cleaner, win win!

Sounds interesting. Until I can get some distilled water I'm going to have to clean more often. I'm a bit horrified of the stuff used to clean this lol. It should be totally safe and clean now though.

It sounds like a good idea, but I still have to get used to it a little. I've been poring it in so many batteries that I find it kinda hard not to associate it with battery acid I guess.

Elluzion, one of those hair thingies sounds plausible, hadn't thought of those yet. I thought it was perhaps an egg-holder at first :lol:

Distilled water is very beneficial for kidney and liver cleansing and other cleansings.. Don't do that more than 2-3 days cuz you may get deficient on minerals or vitamins if you don't supply over the daily dose.

There are many glass pieces that are attractive to me .. but first thing i ask myself is ,. WTF,,. how do you clean that.. AV is one of those.. Well at least it is not expensive

I wanted to comment quickly on the ability of the UD vaporizer to be used as an EXCELLENT one hitter.

I don't have many vapes to compare to, but I have used a friend's box, an EQ, the MFLB, a dome vape (old 90's vape that looks awesome), and the SSS aromazap.

All other vapes I have ever used I never feel fully satisfied after the first hit, and am always seeking more hits to reach the desired high I want. With the aromazap, it takes me maybe 4 hits and I feel pretty good, but not where I really want to be. This is NOT true with the UD. It delivers a massive first and second hit and gets me right where I want to be with the first one. This is using similar amounts of bud that I would use for my MFLB and Aromazap (both of which haven't even seen the light of day since the UD). I am still amazed by this little guy!

I just can't wait to mate the UD with glass because the first 2 hits can be,,, SPICY! I can handle it but I have to say it is tough to hold in the massive clouds this thing produces. I have decided on the RX labs 12'' glass once I get the funds in. Can't wait!!

I use it just the same way

. I pack as little as possible and get all extracted in 1 fat rip + (maybe)1 less dense. This how i reduced my tolerance and use from 10-15g to 0.3-0.5g daily..
5-10 g were like 15-25 blackouts on my MW and 0.3-0.5 are 10-15 pleasurable technical K.O's .

0.05 is enought to fill my 63 cm piece with thick vapor.

It is admittedly difficult to clean...the first time. I can't imagine it being too bad from now on though. Having an air compressor helps for sure. I still think it's worth it.

Nice! That is great. I find it amazing how you can go from using 10-15g daily to only 0.3-0.5. I am truly impressed!

My wallet is impressed too. That's why always the heavy hitter over the big hitter. There are some vapes that make thick clouds but use... 0.2-0.5g or in other words their bowl size starts where the log vape's ends.

So my UD arrived today!

it cost an additional 40 bucks to bring it into the country, but it was worth it! lol

Even though I knew the dimensions, it`s bigger than i imagined it would be!

I will not do a real full review as I only got to have a first impression with it. But this thing gave me an amazing hoot right off the bat! it only takes 2-3 hauls off it to pooch what is loaded into a stem, and it's really obvious when it has reached it's endpoint. You can feel and taste the difference! I also bought a glass stem, and it's a lot nicer than the picture lead me to believe it was

I really like it!

I gotta say this thing may not be the most conservative but holy shit it gets you ripped, and very quickly too! I'm sad my SSV got confiscated

but this things makes up for my big hitter withdrawal! WOW

I wasn't willing to drive with it in the car so I left it there! (I'm all scared and paranoid to drive with anything in my car now) haha more to follow later

It's always is hot enough and not too hot. Temp is definetly dependent on draw and environmental temp. but somehow it always gets in the right range for vaping sooner or later... UD magic i guess

+ I feel for you paying taxes.. I know what it is to pay extra taxes and to get dirty fingers on my stuff.. Here it is even worst.. because you have to give money under the table at customs so they can proceed faster , once i was in a position that one of the employees tried to blackmail me and telling i would never see my package because he is returning it to sender cyz there is a little mistake in the name.. (o instead of a nvm ) Costed me 20 $...
Also although my first dog was a prize and even shipment was free,, they held it again.. Which helped me in a weird way to discover that i know a stoner - an employee there. So my Dog was brought with a full trench Magic Flight...
Anyway my second dog should be here anytime soon .. can't wait. :lol:

Mine is getting filthy and I'm using distilled water (except 1 time not at my home) already. So far I love Aqua Vape ~ Underdog combo, although i can see cleaning this a little bit of a problem. Most times after emptying there will always be water hanging around in it that I can't get out. I cleaned my solo and UD stem with that exact solvent and it did the trick, but I wouldn't risk putting that on AV just because I wouldn't be able to get all of it out. Also pretty sure the cleaner will make the logo come off :/

Well If you can get all of the water out of the aqua vape.. I consider this not the very sanitary although it is all borosilicate .. What happens if some of my saliva gets inside.. and starts to rot.. and stuck to the resin building colonies of fear..
That means that you have to wash AV before and after use or boiling it occasionally .. to ensure no contamination of the inner parts..

I forgot to say thank for all the little extras included too! The aromatherapy kit, the jars, wood polish, and screen replacement kit! you also used all paper to protect my items, and I liked that there was hardly any plastic to throw away! Kudos to you for being kind to the environment.

my buddy is actually gonna use the perforated cardboard as cammo netting for his warhammer 40 000 characters. (We are nerds... haha)

I was like how the FUCK could he know which solvent I used...then I saw it was you :lol:

I got it all out and its clean (air compressor and MANY full cycles with fresh water). I won't let it get dirty enough to need that shit again but its all good now for sure. You know I'm extra cautious. The logo held up just fine, though I wouldn't mind if it was gone either. Might even like it better, but I'm not going to actively try to remove it because its cool either way.

It takes some work to clean but you CAN clean it to be as good as new. Normally I'd boil once in a while or use regular iso and it shouldn't be an issue. With an air compressor around it is SOOOO much easier and I lucked out there. Not as easy to clean as a bong, but a hell of a lot easier to fit in a desk drawer

I have not been able to wrap my head around a log vape that can produce huge clouds. I have said in other threads that I need a hard hitting vape for the bedroom. I used to have a PD and I love the look for my bedroom, but it just didn't hit hot and heavy enough for sleep medicating.

I almost am almost sold on this, but of course, now I would have to wait until next month, lol. Can it actualy hit as heavy as an EQ or a LSV?
