Nobody will out a "dealer" to you here (or most any other canna forum), so I suppose you'll have to hang out at a few bars, local corners, etc to try and hook up.

Sucks its your BD and all (Happy BD btw), but good luck in your search/find.

Eh, bad attempt at humour but I know where you are coming from. I have always thought about trying to find connects via cannaforums but I would prolly be just as sketched out as the guy I contacted.
