can i eat my abv straight after a vape session?

So I've been reading around about decarboxylation and was wondering if you could eat your left over bud after a good vaping. I figure because of the heat from the vape the tuck is already active, so instead of soaking it in oil for two weeks can't you just eat it for the same effect? Or does it not work that way?

there was just a recent topic on this, yes, you can simply eat it.
someone made toast n pb + abv.

i'd just be worried about those "slightly" overcooked bowls that may borderline combustion...those would taste nasty straight up.

i'll stick to the firecracker recipe for something simple..and yet tastey.

I've been mixing my abv in with organic peanut butter and/or nutella. Simple enough to lather on crackers and it DOESN'T taste like ass.

Well do you have to mix it with fats? I can stomach anything. I mean take it straight out of the bowl and swallowing it for an extra bit of dimension to it lol

I just fill my mouth halfway with whatever beverage is handy, then dump a tablespoon or so in with the liquid (your dosage may very...so, go easy at first) and gulp it down. It helps if it is finely ground. It does work. Figured it out recently when I accidentally dumped the MFLB in my beverage cup instead of the ABV storage container (I was pretty far gone at the time) and said, "Fuck it!"...Gulp.

Great Scott!
My question is how little bud could you use with this method. I know that's subjective, but how much do YOU use? Will eating a vaped mflb trench even be enough to do anything or would you need far more?

I would think you would need at least a g of abv to get a decent effect. So a LB trench might not be enough.

I eat my trench at night and I absolutely gain effect from it. One trench treats me ok, not crazy spuriously, many amount of edible stoned but good for me. Obviously, a number of factors such as type of product, tolerance, bodyweight, desired effect, etc....depends on what you want, but I know for a fact I sleep better and have that edible-dry-mouth when I wake up.

How long does it take to feel the effects? Let's say after 2 hours of no food?
I toke a lot, but i have never tried edibles. Is it safe for me to eat 0,5 gram or would that be too much?

Thanks a lot guys :peace:

A 0,5 af abv should treat you fine, absolutely not an "hazardous" dosage for a toke-a-lot person :)

What about gulping down abv with some milk or a nice beverage a few hours after a vape session?

Well i still don't feel anything..I waited 1,5 hour for the first effects and was a little pre-cautious.
I took 0,3 gram first and 1,5 hour later 0,3 extra.. Still nothing.

Is it safe to assume that a guy with a tolerance like me could use about a gram or a little more than a gram?

My friends that combust a lot have made spacecakes before and said it was way more intense than combusting..

Eat at least an ounce or two of some type of nut or seeds about 30min-1hour before puffing/ingesting and this should help you feel it more.

If you are looking for the heavy ingested mj effect it's better to make cannabutter>edibles. Eating straight abv it's less potent cause you need quite a bit. With butter you can concentrate thc way more.

I agree, you can eat ABV straight, but you will need to get down at least a g to realy feel something I noticed. I would rather dose with 3-4 g but there is no way I can eat that, so I go the cannabutter route.

Bout to make a batch of brownies in a couple days with 30g of AVB, 10g stem, 7g bud. All this in one stick of butter, should be niiiiiice

Sour Deez,
or you can mix in alcohol or other tincture extract method and ingest that. Some methods are more potent then others.

does the ABV still need to be hot before you eat it or can you store it and then eat it the next day?

Heywilson,
If you eat the vaped stuff straight up, do you lose potency in comparison to cooking it into a firecracker?

I eat ABV daily. Sometimes cooked sometimes straight. Vaping herb has already "toasted" your weed, and it has been made ready to eat.
It does not need to be cooked, or hot, although many believe that cooking it or even mixing it in Butter or other product containing fats (even though it is already activated) helps it absorb into the body better.
My average dose is 3 grams.. I recommend 2.5 for most people.
I often dump an MFLB trench directly into my mouth.
ABV toasted has a chewable texture that dissolves easily enough.
The taste is not bad at all if you like the various flavors and essences associated with herb.
If I have no ABV container handy.. I do always eat my herb.. right from the trench.. chamber... wand.. etc.., rather than waste it and throw it away!
