I really don't feel like shelling out 50 bucks for brand name. Or is the cheap whip junk and the "real deal" is necessary? I also have ton of Vapor Brothers brand screens. Would they fit this cheap whip? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Don't think it will. Agreed that $50 is high. IMO you do not need the new "EZ Change" whip; it's not necessary and I actually prefer their older regular hands free whips. I searched around a little and I'm hard pressed to find what I think you're looking for - a hands free wand that fits the VB for about $25. Possibly someone else can provide a link for you but definitely email vapeworld directly to find out if that whip will or not fit - my guess is that it will not. The "real deal" is not necessary by the way as long as the fit is there.

If you're really stuck or just on principle down the line you may consider this -

This is a VERY good box vape - just about equivalent to the VB with a lifetime warranty and inexpensive replacement glass is readily available.
I actually scored one, a used unit, a few weeks ago on Ebay for $25 as backup; I was the only bidder as these are overlooked in the high quality vape realm.

In the past, VB has been the 'odd vape out' when it comes to other brands or generic wands fitting. Hands free is worse. As you can see, this affordable wand works with several different models, but no VB. HF wandEspecially since the recent price rise, VB stuff is no bargain. :/

Wow Jeff! What a steal. A brand name box for 25 bucks.

Thanks for the help guys. I guess I'll have to buy the name brand if I plan on getting the box back in action. The MFLB is working great for my needs, but I need to get the Vapor Brothers back in action for those times when I have company. The next time I end up breaking the whip, I'll probably take a 12 gauge to the box and buy a couple cheap vapes.

hatecraft, just keep your eyes open. there are good deals out there if you search around and Ebay is not the end all. There's this Firefox add on called Craigslist Search and I picked up a SSV with the hemp case for $110 from out of state, in excellent condition. That is as good of a price as you'll find on a SSV. Of course there is a degree of risk but if you use paypal there is some buyer protection. Send an email to the seller of a vape you want and most of the time you'll be ignored since it seems weird but not always and this opens you up to a much wider range of possibilities than shopping local. As you now know, it's good to have backup.

Personally regarding the whip for the Vapor Bros I'd wait it out. Eventually you'll find exactly what you're willing to pay and it doesn't have to be the "EZ Change" whip.

does anybody know the unusual size of the GonG piece that the hands free vapor bros uses? a store down the street sells vapor bros brand whips for like 20 bucks but id rather order the gong piece and have one made just because of their choice to use a non-standard size. they more than earned my money for the vaporizer itself, but i find the strange whip size moderately offensive.
