You could say that about reading this thread in general. I can't believe I keep doing it. I am totally grossed out. Great way to make sure I stick to my diet today!

sadly, when my brain is torched enough...it all looks good, or at least something i would eat if thats all i had.

lwien - sorry to have been unclear. I would never eat monkey brains It's bad enough to have to work with animals for a living (mice, rats, guinea pigs, dogs, cats, sheep, cows, pigs and chickens is what I've worked with).

the boiled baby thing is pretty gross, but not too shocking since they use aborted fetuses, and we're all well aware how common abortions are already. its not too surprising that someone out there would eat the leftovers. although someone who conceives specifically for the intent of doing this for $ is the most fucked up type of person i could think of... well, them along with the ppl who eat it, let alone paying for it too.

the monkey brain thing i find more unsettling because you know the monkeys were alive and specifically killed to be eaten, and im sorry but monkeys, dogs and certain other mammals just have too human of a personality/soul for me to feel right about them being eaten, as opposed to fish, birds and livestock even, although i try not to think about the last too much when i'm enjoying my cheeseburger-bratwurst, bacon-wrapped pizza.

and i have nothing to contribute, theres no way to top the things mentioned here lol so many of the foods that i grew up hating i now like, or can at least tolerate, nowdays anyway. so, if its not disgusting body parts or excrement that may or may not be taken from a cute animal, i would probably try it.
