Do you find satiation only with high temperatures?

Is it just me or does the feeling of satiation only come with higher boiling compounds?

I've vaped many times, and I've witnessed that people can take bowl after bowl at 325*F (as indicated on the herbalaire).

but if we sit down for a single bowl above 360 *F, everyone calls it quits after a bag or two.

anyone else share in this experience.

I can say for sure that its not just you, I however am not always in the camp you're referencing.

It seems that in general you're voicing a preference for high-temperature vapor as opposed to the vapor achievable at the lower end of the temperature spectrum?

Personally I think both have their place; for whatever its worth, I can be properly 'satiated' after a low-temperature session. That is not to suggest that I always want or use lower-temps, nonetheless, I'm pretty sure there are plenty of low-temp lovers around (though I would, perhaps unsafely, assume that the high-temperature crowd outnumbers the former).

Unless I'm the only one, there's also a multi-temp crowd.

My brother notices a difference in effect from 375 vs. 365 F on the Volcano Digital. He came from a smoking background, so he says he prefers the effects of that 10 degree difference.

Your results may vary, and I can't comment on the effects as much in this small window, but I know that at 365 the bud still tastes great and at 375 it has lost most of its good taste qualities. I'm surprised at how much 10 degrees makes a noticeable difference.

I recently discovered how much just a few degrees difference can make on my PD

thats why i have the sock on my MZ. my apartment runs cool as it is. 13.5v plug was too much and didn't want to fry it. have yet to find a coozy in my neck of the woods, wonder if it works better.

so yes i like higher temps... :uhoh:

I tried the koozie, but I now use the high-tech wool sock method. I love it. I just took a huge pull after warming for a while. I mean it made me cough and everything. I love my PD, and I just used that wooden re-seat trick after noticing a little movement when I shook it. So awesome, really. :)

It all depends on my mood. Some days my Zap (naked) is more than enough to satiate me.
Usually on the weekends (when I dont have to get up early) the SSV comes out and puts me in lala land

I prefer the higher temp. range because it helps my pain and inflammation better. My MFLB is really good at getting the higher temp. ranges, moreso than my other vaporizers, or any other that I have tried.

I'll be more specific than in the original post.

I can be satisfied with lower temps, it's just that when I get into the higher temps, I feel satiated and feel that it's time to stop.

Hopefully this is more descriptive of what i'm trying to describe.

with higher temps i use less herb (by weight) but with lower temps (if im patient enough to keep it low) i sometimes find myself repacking or increasing the temp before im done for the night.

from my reading here and elsewhere different parts are vaporized at higher temps so i guess their effect in addition to the thc simply adds the full effect of what im after.

Well i mean who wants just THC. I want every chemical unique to the plant. There are chemicals unique to MJ that vaporize at well over 400 F, and below that of generic plant matter. Crawdadd I'll email you a chart that shows this if you PM me.

I think there is something to that. I have noticed that slightly higher temps than the standard log vape provides (using a sock or a 13.5 V transformer or another type of vape) produce that somewhat rank smelling vapor. And after a hit of that I usually slow down or stop, partially because my lungs react to it and I need to rest for a moment. But yeah, there also seems to be a bit of the sedative side of things happening just at that point of rank flavor. It's nice to be able to delay that final bit and get plenty of the lighter stuff first.

I only am satisfied with a fuller spectrum of cannabinoids. I cannot stand low temp, PD/MZ type highs. I feel anxious, and in some sort of clouded state of mind, everything is in a fog.

A couple days back I had a stem of high quality in the MZ, after I finished the stem I was left horribly anxious, sitting in my room with literally NO thoughts going on in my head. I snapped back into reality for a brief moment, and said, "I need higher CBD's!" So i took the stem and put it in my MFLB, and after about 10 minutes I was feeling so good and exactly where I needed to be.

Have you tried cutting the toe off an old sock, rolling it up like a sleeve and putting it on the MZ like a sweater? It takes a while and then settles at a slightly higher temp.
