Never any hate, waste of energy. Some have legitimate complaints, not in anger, simply voicing their concerns. As consumers we invested in the Milaana 3 in August based on the information provided by the seller. When the delivery was delayed any and all refunds should have been processed promptly and hassle-free. Or at least explain why a fundamental problem with the heater was discovered post-production? You do not need to be Apple to honor a refund request. Pre-order sales should be initiated after all the R&D is completed and production is going to begin. After all, we are buying a product and not in the anticipated making of one. Marijuana Industry consumers need to become more pro-active in seeking to have a higher standard for the way businesses operate. Whether a one-man show or a corporate one. Not hating, not even passive-aggressively. Chucking deuces brothers and sisters.

you see this a lot in this industry, even the big companies like storz & bickle are stumbling and putting out devices that are half baked with band aid solutions later on. I think its the days of the internet, too many distractions, too much rushing, not enough careful, thoughtful and thorough testing. get it to market asap make that money worry about the problems later. we are the beta testers for everything now a days. it happens a lot in the gaming industries with constant updates, car industries recalls, look at that boeing max plane that had problems with software and cost peoples lives, you see this every where. I am still excited for the milaana 3 I have a funny feeling its going to be worth the wait and it will be an awesome vape!

That's part of the reason the Milaana (and others) appeal to me, there's beauty in their simplicity and little to go wrong (if you respect the batteries in the device).

1000% AGREE! the milanna 3 will be my first unregulated device, and I recently got a sticky bricks runt to play with butane style vape. I definitely want to try an elev8r in the future.
The Mi2 is one of my favorite vapes for a portable. I hope the 3 is even better. The Sticky Bricks are heavy hitters. I originally had a Runt, but have an OG now. The Mi2 and OG are my favorites in the portables category.

Fury 2, Solo 2, Mighty, Grasshopper, Mi 2, Runt, Flip Brick, Mistvape Imp, Splinter, Ghost MV1, Vapcaps. As in Desktops, Hybrid Volcano and Digit, E-Nano, and Woodscents.

I only have Mi2, OG, and Woodscents in my rotation. All others have been sold.

Wow you've kept the Mi2 over some nice vapes!

Thanks!

Of those I have the Mighty, Splinter, MV1, vapcap, E-nano (and Volcano Classic -...), and also in addition have the Tubo, Tera, Crafty, E-Nano and Lotus; but I could get by with just my E-Nano, VapCap and my Lotus (and maybe a Splinter or other 510). I do think the MV1 and Tubo are excellent vapes, but I could do without them. The Mighty is great at what it does, but it doesn't fit me and my use case very well. I've found my Tubo to be closest to a portable E-Nano in my collection.

I love the manual heating on the Lotus, so I'm hoping I'll like the Mi3, and feel the same about it!

Awesome!! Im wondering if they will respect the order of the invoices, what invoice numbre did you get?:hmm:

I'm #0164. When the initial preorder went live I tried to preorder within probably 5 minutes but I was having issues checking out (because I'm in Canada) and so I was sent a direct Paypal invoice. I don't think my order number reflects my place in line I mean.

Hey folks... thanks for your patience while we sorted out the high resistance problem on the Mi3. We wanted it to be better than Mi2 in nearly every way and early word is that it has hit the mark. There is a snap up on the IG and we will start hipping in 2-3 days. We are printing shipping labels and have asked that any issues with addresses be brought to our attention in the next 48 hours before the birds leave the nest.

We have a large number of units to get out so we will be checking in with folks in a few weeks to see who fell through the cracks so dont expect any answers to questions such as when will yours ship. We will be addressing only changes in address during shipping... shipping is printed and no additional adders will be accepted... sorry but we need to keep the chaos and added BS to minimum to be fair to all that are waiting patiently... squeaky wheels will NOT get greased. We expect that we will be through shipping the 200 units we have in 2-4 weeks and then the next shipment will arrive in 4 - ? weeks to complete the last 50 preorders.

There are a few videos on the YouTube of use and a tear down but the full on production units are much more polished than the beta shown in the vids. Hopefully a unit will find it's way to me in the dessert but shit sure you all will be getting yours soon.

Thanks for the support on what is the final Milaana revision that addresses some of the small things on the Mi3. Really feels good to drive this design to entitlement... new and exciting things on deck so check to IG for those that are interested.

Dude this is a vaping forum where do it yourself crafters do some peddling. You see it you want it you ante up your money and hope for the best. If you want legal agreements and disclaimers and lawyers and whatever else buy an apple product. And have fun with that. Or make your own vape. Too easy to hate!

Well said.

Between 2 and 4 weeks to ship 200 units seriously?

If you break the numbers down that’s between 10-20 a day, based on a five day week. That doesn’t sound too taxing if all that needs doing is boxing them up and sticking an address label on but maybe all they’ve got are piles of individual parts and each vape needs to be assembled first too? :hmm:

Oh man I can't wait. I've been patient for like 6 months and was kind of expecting the delivery date to be pushed back from New Years Eve but this is it. I was gone fond of the practicality of my MFLB so I already know I'm going to enjoy my first RBT vape.

There's a certain ironic hilarity to this.
After 6+ months of anticipation over this exciting new product to arrive from half way around the world, we wait for Cole to finish his homework.

Not that I'd want him to skip his homework, mind you...

Does he need help with his homework? Can we speed up delivery by doing this? What does he study?

Yeah, he mentioned it recently on IG.

I’m looking forward to finally getting the Mi3. Maybe it’ll help me fend off buying a Tinymight, though my only real reason not to, ironically enough, is the wait.

same here, I was looking at the tiny might, and the hype for that device is crazy I am not 100% convinced yet plus the price is high. I am little tired of buying newly released, super high priced devices that have problems in the beginning and waiting for fixes later, waiting to see over time how the tiny might does. I am more excited for designs like the grasshopper io and milaana that have been around for awhile and have been improved on. the milaana line is tried and true, many who have them love them. the milaana 3 is going to be a classic for sure! cant wait for it to be released! who ever gets it first please post some nice pics here we want to see!
