...I hate it when I'm talking about my vapcap and then toolbags come along and blow my high, it's quite irritating.

It’s pronounced “sum-tool”:goon:

Would love to have been around to see some of the early DV’s. Thanks all for showing them. Speaking of this, in one of the videos (think it’s was SP’s tour) George has this box of early ones. That one with the lighter strapped to the DV...:whoa:

Urban Dictionary carries it back to Original Gangster, yes. Then it got attached to half of everything cannabis left coast. Ocean Grown was born as the new legend. So that had me asking the etymology of the OG glass DV thingy. Maybe I should just ask the backstory behind the OG stark posted.

Well that's OK, I can explain it to you: the vapcap is an amazing vaporization device, which attracts lots of amazing vapor enthusiasts (such as myself), who like to share their ideas (such as the ones you have deleted) and such with other vapor enthusiasts. For sure, everything in my post was related to the vapcap and my personal experience. I hate it when I'm talking about my vapcap and then toolbags come along and blow my high, it's quite irritating.
If you have a question about a moderator action, take it up privately as forum rules prohibit public discussion of mod actions. A warning point has been added to your account.

FWIW your post was edited to remove the OT portion that had NOTHING to do with the vapcap. We're just trying to keep the thread on topic.

Sincerely,

Your favorite toolbag.

I thought I saw posts of flashlight storage cases last year, can anyone point me in the right direction?
Who was selling these, and are there any more available?

All kidding aside, @FlyingLow, they are telescoping magnetic
pen size pick-up lights.

Take the telescoping segments off, and you can store a VapCap
(with a magnet to take a hot ‘Cap off, to boot).

Plus, the screw-on light will still function.

Amazon has them. Many car supply stores stock them. :)

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.
I'm disheartened to see people on our FC posting insulting comments about the mods. If people don't like rules, I would suggest rollitup.org as a better forum for disrespectful postings. I appreciate having them here to monitor and keep this forum civilized and orderly.

What changed about your technique that has made such positive a difference?

Good question as I'm not quite sure it was any one thing for me. I do know that not having patience always ended badly for me. Every time I tried to hurry a session along by getting heavy with the torch, I ended up with hot and non-tasty hits.

I've learned to take my time and work the cap slowly with a single flame torch. It might mean going through a few extra heat cycles, but the flavor is better for longer and the hits are cooler. I have learned to accept the beginning flavor hits as what they are, and not try to force large clouds of vapor from the get-go. Finally, I learned to only take a bowl of herb so far before declaring it spent. Too many times I continued to heat well-roasted herb, trying to get one more big hit. This often ended with a burnt throat.

That is close to what I remember... but I thought there was one available through Dynavap? Perhaps not.

There was. But sales were flat on those, I believe.

They were a whim in the wind, but totally functional. You can easily repurpose one.

In a legal state, I can flaunt my VapCap in the face of a donut muncher, and he wouldn’t bat
An eye (or stop eating his cider donuts).

So no need to pretend to be 007, anymore.

1992 - walked the Redlight district at night and recovered in the coffee shops during the day (and sightseeing of course) The menus were the best, weed on one side hash on the other. It would’ve been nice to have my “m”, but made due with local glass and papers. Times were much different then.
Last night I had a restaurant dinner with family.
“M” for dessert!
