Purely in the name of science: do you have any of the stems @Aezhenn makes for the Tubo which hold S&B capsules? Also, the glass insert with the ss screw-like A-maze cooling insert might appease the anti-nut/bolters.

I'm having a hard time picturing how these would work? I have both but think you'd have to invert them like shown with the 18mm Mi shown as a wpa?

Today I did my first cleaning session, mostly because the (inside) chamber part of the tube got a little gunky so abv would stick to it a bit and also because I was curious to see how well it would work.

The cu itself didn't seem to be too gunked up, the draw was still free flowing. I would also like to point out that after ~25 sessions it was still surprisingly easy to adjust the chamber, even when increasing the chamber size (which also can be done while loading by gently pressing the herb inside the chamber). It might smear a little residue, but once the tube is inserted this part is invisible anyway, also the outside of the tube stays clean and lets you handle it hassle free.

As the o rings of the cu are silicone, they will have to be removed prior to soaking in iso. I find that to be a major disadvantage, simply because they can get lost easily. I hope future devices will have an extra set of them. I don't recommend peeling them off with fingernails or the like, that's bitchy. Much easier: squeeze them a bit to create a loop which lets you easily grab and pull them off.

The tube is clean in no time with the help of some hot water and handwash soap or the like.

I soaked the cooling unit minus the o rings in a shot glass with 99.9% iso, let it soak for 10 minutes, then rinsed it with mild soap water and some more hot water. It came out clean as a whistle, no weird taste or anything like that at all.

I also took the opportunity to disassemble the tube holder to take a look at the mesh right above the coil. All parts were still clean, I suppose I will have to check that every 3 months or so.

So cleaning is easy and hassle free.

Someone asked for or photo of the inside parts of the cooling unit, so here's some nuts and washer porn:

This is an unused cu, it is clean, doesn't smell oily or whatever. And it works really good.

Anyone who ordered and recently received willing to share their order number?

I ordered 11/15 in the evening, order #57.

Not gonna follow up on status since the site says preorder, just wondering where the company may be at in regards to filling orders. Also figure, company is prolly putting together the large order for kg.

Nuts n' bolts is fine by me too.
If the TM had specially machined parts instead of these, and by some miracle this extra work didn't add a single cent to the price of the TM, would the vapour even be any cooler, at all?
And even if it were, does it need to be any cooler?
And if I did need even cooler vapour, why not just add another CU?

In an ideal world I'd rather not have the silicone ring quite so close to the oven/vapour path, but it's not so close that I'd have much concern myself.

I wonder though if some sort of hemp ring/gasket could be fashioned to replace the silicone?
I doubt it's worth the trouble

BTW, I contacted TM via the website to clear up a minor issue I was having with signing up for updates, and I'm pleased to say that a response was quick, and very helpful.

Anyone tried the Milaana stem in a water-piece yet?
I bet the session mode must be perfect for this right?

Yeah I ordered just before you, late on the 14th / early am on the 15th in Finland. I think I am #53 with no word, not sure charge processed yet. It did take those initial orders over a week at least to receive it I believe... not sure on notification.

I bought through the European site. I added it to the cart maybe day 16/11 but just paid yesterday 19/11. Order in the very low 40's - says "order complete"

Anyone who has received it will want to share the number approx. of order?? please

Man this thread is moving fast. Barely read it.

The maker sent me one of the first production units. Damn nice vape. Great flavor, easy to use and maintain, quick and powerful.

This one is a lot like Milaana just not as much top end power, more regulation, and nice refinement. Really think this is already a top portable.

so they sit in the cooling chamber loose? the nuts look too big to thread on the screw ...

Correct, both the nuts and the washers do not fit on the screw; however, the cooling unit does not rattle, so I suppose all parts inside are tightly being squeezed when the cu is screwed together. They are not loose.

Cool, nice to hear – how long have you been using it now?

the metal piece on the right is upside down. The silicone isn’t that close to the heater.

Yeah, I just notice that my photo might be a bit deceiving; the mesh is the part the comes closest to the coil, on the photo it's turned around to better show which part it is, the other parts are shown with their correct orientation.

I'd have to check but i have had it almost a month already. It has found a quick place in the rotation.

From the early days of homemade bowls and plumbing fittings. Copper is NOT suitable to inhale heated anything thru. Brass is acceptable by general health standards (lead is sometimes a large component of
brass). I am solid with heated stainless steel. After all, the heating coils that vaporize my rosin are stainless steel and they get much hotter than the cooling unit.

I've been able to compare the tiny might to the ghost. I think I like the tinymight better for most applications. However, from these first impressions, its easier to get super baked on the ghost. So for that purpose, I choose the ghost. But as an on-demand one-hitter, I think I'd choose the tinymight.
