TinyMight / TM 2

This morning I received my tinymight! It has arrived in a short time and although I am starting it looks very good. As soon as I try it well I will make a more complete assessment. One thing I have noticed is that my device makes a slight, very soft noise when the heater is activated, does it happen to you too?

Nice! Btw, I asked earlier, but what do you think of the TM vs the Timber Elite?

Yup, it has a little hum, which also changes when you push the button.

Yes it's normal. It's written their website, but apparently there is a silent mode or something.

Here ya go!

The heater of tinymight has nearly inaudible hum, but the haptic feedback is slightly audible when active. In case you wish to make it silent, there is a setting to turn it off.

The silent mode only applies to the vibration noise I think. I've seen the hum being mentioned in the FAQs, but I'm hearing impaired, my hearing aid doesn't pick it up (will listen more closely at my next session, but I don't think it's a big issue).

The little hum is definitely not a problem. I'm still experimenting but I think I'm going to have to park my crafty.
First of all because the on-demand functionality is better suited to my mode of use, then because I believe that glass with wood is much healthier than the plastic of S&B portables.
My congratulations to its creators I am very happy with my new vape

Since it's Friday and the weekend allows for more... testing... would anyone mind doing a standard sized load at 6/7 with before and after pics of the bud? I'm getting my turn with the TM tomorrow and I'd love to compare results (will post pics of my results as well).
Ok

How come this is still in the unreleased thread?

True, I think the Tinymight should be considered released and in the wild.

Just a little info – I have just messaged with the maker because I've found a little gap in the orange o ring of the tube holder (about a third of a millimeter, very hard to see). This is intentional in order to make the tube slide easier. The actual seal happens inside the tube by a metal ring right above the oven / the screen, and in fact it didn't seem to harm the seal or performance at all. The main purpose of the o ring is to provide friction and make the tube sit nicely. So if you see that gap, don't panic, it's all good.

Also interesting I guess: the battery is discharged down to 3.2V, the device will shut down at that level.

Still happily tinymighting...

I'm confused, is this just a beta then? If there is a retail website + orders are arriving, what's the issue?

Seems like you want to wait until YOUR order for distribution arrives?

I just know that refinements are still being made and that the first round of orders are more early adopters.

I have already had communication with the maker in regards to the US shipment and am perfectly satisfied with where the order status is at. I would much rather him not rush things, and have everything exactly right.

But there is no mention of this on the website...were all the recent buyers aware of these refinements being made? Sorry i'm a bit late to the party, but I have glanced through the thread, was the creator of this vape here and then left or something? Are you the official spokesperson for this vape as I saw you post a usage video. Is the creator too busy I assume? Are you aware of what refinements are being made? Seems almost like a bit of a beta test for early adopters, which is fine as long as they are aware.

A Newvapr double weave Ti screen cut to fit might help with diffusing hot spots too as well as performing better after it gets a little contaminated.:)

Well from the usage vid the ABV looks way too "roasty" as it was described, and uneven, but that's perhaps because 7 was too hot. But i'm fussy about taste, as if I detect burning starches/sugars/chlorophyll it ruins the experience for me.

Hi. Thread newbie here. Heard about this vape and it’s piqued my interest. Are you handling stateside orders made on the retail website? I do understand the vape is in its infancy and not widely available yet, and it’s still going through some refinements as you said. If I were to order one would it go through you?

Looking forward to learning and hearing more about this intriguing vape! :peace:

It has been available for sale for over a month (the seller was not marketing in the US for some reason), the mouthpiece tweak was done to make the CU look better and look less thrown together? (even though the original cooled better) I would probably ditch the CU for glass beads for better taste anyway (did the same with my Mighty):myday:

Yeah bro, just browse through page 12, she's waiting on a delivery from Finland and you can buy from here for the same price. You can also buy direct on the website, they ship DHL but customs. Also Vgoodiez is going to stock them. That's all I know. Have you seen the usage video?

Thanks. Does she have her own site though? I didn’t see that on Page 12. No, I haven’t seen a video of this, only pics on https://tinymightvape.com/ and here. Is this site hers or the direct manufacturer’s? This could be a perfectly wonderful and awesome vape for me. :peace:

I honestly don't know, never even seen her on the forum before I stumbled on this thread. I'm not sure how she's related to the creator, but there has been some talk about some things on various forums that I can't really dig up here. I'm definitely not adopting early, or for a while.

She makes wooden stems and vapcap stuff, going to be handling warranty repairs for RBT, she ordered a bunch so people in the US could get from her directly because she was a fan of an early version and spoke with creator.

Tweaks will probably be minor and have been mentioned here previously (cooling unit tbd)... re: your previous post, all of us recent buyers are well aware what we are getting into but thanks!

Also vgoodiez will NOT be stocking them, y'all gotta improve your reading comprehension! He said he will be providing a link to the retail site.

I do have my own site. Someone else actually listed it because I was afraid of violating rules. Since it's already on an earlier page, the website is KGWoodcrafts.com. I am the owner of KGWoodcrafts and a craftswoman who makes and designs exotic wood accessories for various vapes. I will be providing the US with an option to be able to purchase the TinyMight from a US company. How I'm related is mentioned in previous posts. I'll let you read back through those if you'd like

from the little I've seen as far as video, this thing can deliver huge hits. combine that with the fact that in on-demand it's all convection, it'd be pretty impressive if the ABV wasn't dark and at least somewhat uneven, esp. w/out stirring. I'll be curious to hear reviews that talk about the different temperature settings - it seems like most of the early adopters are opting for big hits/high temps, finishing loads in 2-3 hits. I don't think I've seen anyone reporting back on starting low, working up.

or did I miss something?

Wow i'm so sorry!!

I'm going to list this on the site as well, with a link direct to his store. No commission, just want to help. Hopefully can add them to the store one day after he goes through the initial high demand.
