Any suggestions how to do something quick, and easy, no smell recipe for my avb? I know this has been discussed here a lot, I am reading now, its a lot of information. I wanted to know what is the latest recipes for 2019? i am thinking something with coconut oil because I have some. i heard some are adding lechtin or something like that to help with extraction. i am total noob to this stuff, so please baby language, lol. priorty is easy, quick and i dont want to smell up the house.

I would not mind making a tincture either.

firecrackers. very simple w none or very slight smell.
spread a gob of creamy peanut butter on two graham crackers.
apply as much ABV as you wish to both on top of the peanut butter.
swirl the ABV into the peanut butter with a toothpick.
then top it off with coconut oil on top of each cracker.
then gently join both crackers and seal the newly made sandwich with aluminum foil.
seal it good so vapor doesn't escape.
your oven or toaster oven should be preheated to between 305 to 310.
USE AN OVEN THERMOMETER and allow time for the warmup. It's good to start the warmup
before preparing a firecracker.
Bake for 23 minutes.
I use my phone timer figuring that the toaster oven timer won't be as accurate.
when time is up, shut off oven and OPEN DOOR so further baking is halted.
When cool, throw in freezer.

Thank you, sounds good. I did make some butter recently using a pressure cooker, I did not smell bad at all.

It really depends on the person. For example, those firecrackers wouldn't have any effect on me, and some people would shoot to the moon off of one.

For me, I have to eat something like 12-14 grams of ABV for it to be worth my time and not a waste. I often powder my ABV and blend it into a milkshake.

The priority being easy without smell, I think this is the OP's best option.
However, there is another good option: cold infusion brownies. It goes like this.
Take a half cup of ABV and run it through a coffee bean grinder so it's powder and put it in a mason jar.

Add a half cup of grapeseed oil or coconut oil (coconut oil will solidify in cooler temperatures so it's better to use grapeseed oil for this) and a capful of apple cider vinegar. Shake it up good and seal it. Store the jar away from light and heat for 7 days. Once a day give it a good shake. After the week you have infused ABV oil.

Get a box of brownies mix that requires oil, not butter.
Use that oil for the brownies being careful to stir it vigorously so the oil is very evenly distributed.
Add some mint leaves for a nice added flavor.

Bake the brownies at 325 even if the recipe calls for 350. You should use an oven thermometer. This is very important. Use the toothpick method to determine if the brownies are sufficiently baked.

This works and there's no smell. It will be effective. Store in freezer.

I prefer firecrackers for a few reasons. First, I happen to like Graham crackers. Another being that a batch of brownies takes up a lot of room in the freezer. When I make firecrackers I mix ABV with fresh bud decarbed in the Nova. They are incredible. I can make them as strong or as light as I wish, and with a Sharpie I can label who gets what.
