I use it at 7.25 and it's usually still green when done to be honest. Some light brown, but lots of green. Toasty woasty tho, it's definitely dependent on strain tho too
I was wondering if the heater was damaged in my enano. I have read on here that some people noticed they started to get less clouds as there nano got older.
I also find that the enano does vape the load evenly. Like there could be a circle in the load that chars but the rest of the material outside the circle isnt even vaped properly.

Is the herb coming into contact with the heater? Sometimes I don't notice that the screen is too close to the heater or that the herb has slipped in the stem and is touching the heater, creating char spots. Can taste it in the vapor though.

I throw small, full nuggets in my stem, and take draws until there's no more vapor, then break the nug in 4 peices, do the same, break it down futher, etc. I get probably 6-8 nice draws before it's all broken down into basically powder, but usually get real nice clouds the whole time. There is the odd strain that I can't seem to get any vapor out of, but I can't seem to get vapor from any of my other convection vapes either. Conduction doesn't seem to have a problem with those strands.

No the herb isnt too close to the heater i think. If anything it could be too far as it doesnt always vape that well. I have the fixed glass stems.

Do you find the high off the enano disappointing ? I personally do. I feel like I am not getting full extraction out of it.

Not at all, the nano is the most efficient vape I have ever used. Something might be wrong with your setup. AVB usually comes out as dark as I want, although there is the odd strain that resists browning for whatever reason. I still get good clouds and satisfying effects from these strains, so I don't worry about the color.

Ah yes, I have no experience with that stem.

I am not disappointed with the effects in the least. I don't think I added that I use the Nano for microdosing, ~ 0.025 sized nugs. Works very well, if anything I feel like I should use it more!

I would bet it has more to do with making adjustments to your vape methods and herb. It takes some time to find a good distance from the heater, a good temp setting for your herb and the speed at which you draw off the stem. There are some slight adjustments that will be made based on the herb your using, such as moisure level and strength of the strain.

Try different temp settings. You should have some range between lightly roasting and dark roast to char. You just need to dial it in for your strain of herb.

Please know, if you are not in the US and are using a transformer to convert from 110V, then that arrangement is often a major culprit in a lack of function. You have to make sure your using a correct converter.

I'm not sure if you are trying to help me or @oreo47 , but I'm not having issues with my Nano.

hey everyone
I am not sure my enano is working properly. what kind of avb should one get from 7?
when I use my enano at 7 I dont very dark avb more light brown avb which seems wrong to me

Some units / cords use higher numbers then others. My old cord was much higher than my new one.

Check your screen depth

And like joner said its strain dependent. I have wedding cake that just wont brown.

Good point @Chaos47 about the cords and numbers. Reminded me the difference even in various plugs around my home.

I set 7.25 in my usual basement cave, but upstairs I only need it @ 6.75 for similar results.

My return to my nano has coincided with a recent tendency to vape through h20. Nothing new here but just got to agree with the commonly posted observation that using the nano through a bubbler is a sublime vaping experience. Mine tends to be on all the time so even when it's set to 6.19250 it's nice and heat-soaked and just pours vapor into my bubbler.

Is this one of the smoothest vapes on the market? Smoother than the mighty?

It can be.

It does depend on what you want. I got a Mighty before I got my E-Nano and thought the Mighty was alright for what it is. I can use stock it but it also required multiple puffs. A stock Mighty might be better than a stock Nano if you want smooth, however.

Add a bubbler and the Nano will blow the Mighty away. I never cared for my Mighty with water but in the nano one 4mg dose gives around 3 solid pulls of extremely smooth vapor. Thick and opaquely smooth vapor, or at least I think so. I can also never manage to take all 3 puffs either. I get two and then suck the last bit of vapor out. I also stay high for up to four hours off my single load so ymmv.

My ABV on 7 is very dark. It definitely looks finished.

I too love the Enano through water and my enjoyment of it became even greater when I started using a carb'd adapter.

E-nano is amazing thru water, agreed. However even running it @ 7 I do still combust occasionally which is annoying since my pieces have to be cleaned before reuse. Anyone have any tips on not combusting? I only sprinkle a tiny bit of herb into the stem and can usually only get one superb hit outta it.
@Baron23 does that solve the issue of the flying herb? If I don't take out the stem and e nano before clearing the chamber my herb will just fly everywhere. Pretty annoying as well lol

You could try moving your screen a little further from the heater, increasing your draw speed, or turning the heat intensity down.

Yes, that's exactly what its for.

Combust like in a red cherry that is actually lit on fire or Combust like you see a little bit of char on the very top of your load?

Two things to resolve it either way....lower your screen a bit in order to have a small amount of space (1/16th inch maybe???) between between the end of the cartridge heater and the load AND turn it down on the dial.

Right?

I agree with everything above and want to add: not only turn the temp down but let it heat soak for 10-15 mins first.

+1 on the carb adapters. I have one for each of my pieces of glass. BTW thank you @Baron23 and the others here that suggest them here as thats how I learned about them too!

@hafalump Yea if you grab the E-nano (upside down sitting on your GonG) with your first 3 fingers and thumb you can hold the GonG on with your pinky. I imagine this doesn't work for small hands tho. And the carb adapters are not that expensive from china so I just go with those now. But it is possible.

Your response was a little confusing. So you're saying it is drawing 15watts? If so, there is nothing wrong with the unit.

It draws 15 watts but only gets to ~120c, doesnt even brown the herb on highest setting. My package should have arrived to you by now. Still haven't heard anything back via email. Let me know how you go/what the problem is.

Just buy a stopper:

Better glass quality than dhgate:

dhgate also sells this in 2 packs for which I got a 14mm & an 18mm.

Probably the best quality:

The Cloud Buddy glass from dhgate I found to be very thin. Much prefer the Tag one. But if I had to buy again, I'd spend the big bucks & go with OGB now that I know what style I like.
