oh yes very true, actually my wifey likes when we share the mighty the most, super easy for her to use, no crazy buttons to press, no special draw speed, she is a sipper, I am an in between sipper and ripper and its very light in her hand compared to my other devices, like the mv1 and splinter which are heavier I usually hold those for her.

Hard to beat speedballing a Plenty among a few people as it needs a fair bit of air flowing through it to shine, having helpers on it is great fun...see who drops out first.

Yeah I’m torn between the EVO and the Flowerpot for my next one. I’d like to get both eventually and I’ve heard the FP is better but I HATE the way it looks. It just screams DRUGS!

These two vapes are my daily drivers, the EVO I use first as the effects are really pure, clean and cerebral. I always use the Flowerpot later on the evening before bed as the effects are IMO much heavier like a KO type effect. The Flowerpot hits faster as well, the EVO can have a creeper effect to it.

I think they are two of the best vapes around at the moment but there definitely is differences in the way these vapes hit. As I couldn't use them the other way around as the EVO feels underwhelming to me after I have had some Flowerpot hits.

You have a sweet double set-up @habitat-fc  and it's always great to hear how others experience different vapes . FWIW, I find that feedback due to the temperature dependent effects of cannabinoid extraction and this simply occurs because you are not using the EVO equivalently to the Flowerpot. Up the temperature setting and heatsoak in the EVO if you want more similar effects. Full convection evapes, because of how they are designed and work, are very sensitive to changes in temps, methods and settings. That's what's driving the observed differences. I've spent a lot of time controlled variable testing and identified many interesting performance changes (with related characteristics) depending on temps, settings and methods. It's one of the great aspects of a premium desktop convection evape, they are very flexible and you can really tweak and dial in an optimal experience to personal preference. Enjoy!

I have the vapes I want. For me it is the perfect arsenal.

Omnivap XL ti - Everyone needs a vapcap in their collection. In fact I would say if I could only have one vaporizer it would be my Omnivap.

S&B Mighty - Everyone needs a session vaporizer in their collection. I especially love it because sometimes I don’t want to have to pull hard for my Omnivap, or pull long for my Ghost MV1. At the present time, as far as I know, for home portable usage there’s nothing better. There’s stuff as good as, but for me no better.

Ghost MV1 - Everyone needs an on-demand vaporizer in their collection. While my Omnivap is also on-demand there are times I prefer not to use it. I have a lap dog and I worry about dropping a hot torch and/or Omnivap on him. Additionally, when I use my Omnivap I kind of insist finishing it in one shot. The MV1 is perfect for just a quick hit or two. Exceptional weed conservation. It also has a lot going for it. I love my Ghost, but I really have no experience with any other on-demand stuff besides vapcaps.

While I don’t really VAS for any vaporizers other than a lightsaber MV1 and a custom made Captain Picard Flute Vapcap, I do have accessory access syndrome. Some of the stash cases are insane! I go on the Futo website and drool weekly. An induction heater would be great.

You are probably right, as there is so many variables at play with these vapes especially the Flowerpot. I find if use the carb cap the effect will be more "EVO" like. I am guessing the change in pressure effects the extraction and temperatures. The EVO AVB actually comes out darker than my Flowerpot AVB even though the effects are less sedated.

With the EVO I do heat soak it for about 20 minutes and I set the temperature to about 12:30 on the dial. So maybe I could go up a little but sometimes if I set the temperature too high some of the flower overheats, so I tend to stay around 12:30.

I love the effects of both vapes though :D

@flipturtle I was in your shoes a couple years ago after I retired. I hadn't smoked in about 28 years so this was all new to me. I was fortunate enough to be able to try a lot of vapes. Check out my signature and you can see what I consider good vapes for myself. I love custom made vapes especially wood ones. Keep in mind that some of these artisans may not always continue to make things so take advantage of their offerings even if you don't use them for a couple of years.

Here is some classics
Electric : with fan for those time you want to pass around a bag at parties and easy vape for beginner
Herbie
Volcano

Butane vapes : in case no electricity or batteries
Sticky Brick Labs OG hit like a bong rip
Dynavap however with custom bodies with no condenser or carb hole

Convection unregulated
Nomad
Zion
RBT

Convection regulated
Tubo Evic

Electric nail
Newvape FP, Dcup
CCA Liger
710 Coils

It's funny I have discovered that I enjoy concentrates more than flower now. I will be thinning the herd soon and only keeping the Unicorns and few others. Good luck with your choices!
