My experience is different so I'll post it up. YMMV :).

No VAS here. I built a two vape collection with "best for me" in mind and am not interested in any more vapes. I have too many other hobbies  :). Over time, I went with two premium products that best fit my needs and were complimentary to each other. I've owned a Crafty for over three years now, which met my priorities of a premium ultraportable evape with excellent vapor. Ultraportable or smaller is a must for me when looking at a "portable" vape. It was my first vape too. And the other vape is a desktop VapeXhale Cloud EVO with some nice gear; it's so flexible and end-game. Both these vapes also have a large product support ecosystem around them; and that too has been great for developing a fulsome rich ownership experience.

In the end, I simply want to cover portable and home use, and all I need to do that are two quality vapes :luv:. I did a bunch of research and reading to select what I went with and it has worked out... as it always does that way. If I need to replace a vape in the future, I'll see if the market has changed and look at other/new vapes with similar performance and capabilities. I'm more interested in the best fit than the new sexy. YMMV. And I have no problem paying more to get the right vape for what I want overall. In my experience, I find premium vapes worth the extra cost. YMMV.

Cheers :peace::leaf:

I don’t know a lot of these. I made this thread because I have to quit medicating for about 2 years (hopefully less) and when I am able to come back I want to assemble a badass collection. So I’m just kind of daydreaming right now. I currently have a Mighty and a Dynavap M. I know next I want a killer desktop and I was thinking of getting a Cloud Evo with one of the Hydratubes and the Lynx whip set.

@FlyingLow, I'm not 100% sure. Shortly after the Rio was released, Stache did an IG stream wherein he showed off the mini, but I missed that stream. He mentioned that he showed it In the following stream. I did ask in 2 subsequent streams if he would show it again, but he never responded. So, logically, I just assumed it was a smaller Rio that may be introduced down the line. I'm hoping so since the Rio is too big in terms of bulk for my taste. & being a microdoser, a smaller version would be right up my alley. So, like I'm hoping the Vapexhale future portable will be a mini Evo, I'm hoping a Rio mini materializes.

I love a killer desktop @flipturtle ; it's the vape I use the most by far. Love the EVO :luv:. I can think of ~5 killer desktop vapes that are all worth consideration and they're just different flavors of awesomeness :). The EVO is often forgotten among the new sexy stuff; it's great and popular with both the hydratube and lynx whip setups. There's some of that flexibility ;).

That does sound excellent  :leaf:.

I think ya'll are underestimating the need for underwater microdosing. None of the vapes mentioned will fulfill that essential need. I can't wait for that new vape that handles it.

Then again, what if I need a vape for when...

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.
WTF?, only Aqua Man could use it.

Well, Aquaman would be the one who would have the most time to vape. In the Hall of Justice, whenever anything bad went down, Aquaman would be like "What happened? Is it in the water? No? Ok, well I'll be here when you guys get back."

Sorry to hear you have to take a long break. The vape world changes quickly, in 2 years I'll guess they'll be a whole array of new vapes to try and others will be moth-balled. This list will be somewhat outdated. No matter, a big part of VAS is the search and the hunt.

Right now, if I were to pick, I'd keep my e-nano, Terp pen, and Fury 2.

I'd like to have a enail, with a 710 heater and a quartz banger. I'd also like to try out a Dynacoil and an induction heater (@Pipes and @710Coils the quartz monger are top notch).

I'd love to see them offer a Terp Pen with more temp control, and I'd also like to see safe cartridges that can be loaded with rosin straight from the press.

I love to daydream....

Vapes I would keep:
Fury Edge
VapCap XL with Flux Deluxe IH
Pax 3
Nomad (haven’t gotten yet, but should have by end of year-ish)

Would also get:
Flowerpot
Carta
Woodscents
Volcano Hybrid
Omnivap (with a custom stem from PP)
More custom stems from PP and SS and Andy Capp and probably many others.

Would hold out for:
Ghost 2
Crafty/Mighty 2
That water-proof vape, ‘cause, why not?

I would also get a rosin press with all the accoutrements.
And a room just for my vape stuff - a display case and a spot for all of the plugs and chargers.

That was fun!

Yeah I’m torn between the EVO and the Flowerpot for my next one. I’d like to get both eventually and I’ve heard the FP is better but I HATE the way it looks. It just screams DRUGS!

Decisions decisions @flipturtle... good luck and I recommend picking whichever one suits 'you' best  . The EVO and Flowerpot are both top rated premium end-game vapes that I'd be happy to own, especially if I was a collector. Both can do concentrates well too . I find there's no 'best' vape because everyone has different wants and preferences and every vape out there has its own advantages and disadvantages :2c:. You see that even from owners of both with split 'which is best' feedback. It's why I like to use the phrase "different flavors of awesomeness" :).

For me I really didn't want to have the burn hazard of the Flowerpot. I enjoy big cannabis experiences and the safer the better for me . YMMV.

I too like and prefer discrete designs , it's part of what drew me to the EVO (and Crafty). I use my vapes in the family room while relaxing with TV and music, and during my breaks I store it nearby in plain sight in a bedroom... the EVO is quite discrete. Still, other's don't care or mind enough and enjoy the Flowerpot :). It's great to have different great premium vape options and I celebrate such diversity. They are very different from each other in so many ways... and both are still top notch and very very impressive in use :luv:.
Cheers :peace: :leaf:.

You cant go wrong with a Evo. Get that, try a flower pot next. Honesty, the Evo hits super hard and tastes amazing. Maintenance is minimal. I'm not sure what exactly is "just better" about the flowerpot, but whatever it is it isn't much or a lot.

If I had to have one vaporizer it's the Evo, more than likely. Flexible, simple, hard hitting, crowd pleaser, and relatively discreet/acceptable have around the house. The right glass or water piece can be discrete or small enough to store out of sight.

Well I’d say the benefit of the Flowerpot over the EVO would be the stacked hits, but I’m honestly not sure if that’s actually worth it or just a gimmick.

Yup, there is the stacked Flowerpot hits @flipturtle. With the EVO they can be done back to back with no delay, and in the same draw if one wants. But, for someone who really wants to most easily and simply do a lot of combo draws, the Flowerpot has that covered nicely.

The EVO has a very big, powerful and responsive heater that has been measured at 100 watts output; that output is the same wattage as the rating of the Auber RDK300A Controller and the heater was upgraded from the first Cloud units. The EVO can cache/rip a bowl as a one-hitter very well and quickly... a number of owners in the EVO thread happily post about impressive one-hit rip performance and settings.
