The Z's lovely isn't it? I love riding the wave.
I used my splinter last night first time in wattage, excellent session! now I want a Z! my storz and bickle plenty is the strongest vape in my collection, it is a hand held but it is wall powered and much bigger, very powerful, she is a beast! this splinter is so close to it in power but its portable, I could not believe the vapor I was getting for the first time, much more than my plenty dynavap and mv1, and I think I got way more back to back hits, when I thought she was done I noticed that I had a little hot spot in the bowl, so I gave it a stir Bam! I got like 2 more good hits from her. I was done!

Hey kids, so my daily driver for a few years now has been the Zion. It's the best.
Would I gain any battery efficiency by checking out the Splinter Z? I guess I'm trying to justify it given that Zion is perfect.

I love my Zions. Just fantastic vapes.
The Z is a Zion heater on a boxmod. You get more versatility. You can tweak and change the experience dozens if not hundreds of diffrent ways. I would expect batteries to last longer, but hard to tell.
At the price point everyone should really own one as the vapor is top quality with mass power in a portable package that requires minimal maintenance. Shit did i mention it was cheap?
If you love the Zion you will also love your Z.

I wanted to order 2 sets to be safe but I got some weird message about "limited something" so was I was only able to order 1 set, I ordered the smoke stems. I just checked the site, It looks like I must have order the last set because its no longer there! I got lucky!
rasta should start selling mods and batteries, it would be the best one stop shop!
what batteries do you recommend and where do you order from? what type of case are we using to keep everything safe? I was using rx gen 3, it was very nice I liked it, but seems they are sold out a lot of places, what is another good mod I should look into that will mate well with the splinter z?

The rx gen3 dual is still my first choice for an affordable TC mod.

Is there an affordable 3 battery dna mod? I'm seeing some 1 and dual battery dna mods but I want one with 3. What do you recommend?

Lost Vape Triade is the only real option, imo, if you want customer support, but you might be able to find a Think Vape Finder for a few dollars cheaper if that's something you're into. I believe the pre-built 3D printed stuff like Rebel is even more expensive than Lost Vape. You could go the DIY route and build the box mod yourself, you can download files and get the case 3D printed and shipped to you, but after you buy parts and tools will you really have saved any money and are you really trying to go into business making these things? Idk if it's practical.

The Finder is the only dna250c mod I'm aware of. It's been a while since a Triade deal. The Finder is chunky but it does fit the Z well and it is a dna250c for a hundred bucks. It's not heavy like my Paranormal either.
73.5W is insane. I start at 20W, step up 2.5W at a time, and rarely reach 30W. Yes, packing tightly is a sure path to combustion even at low wattages.
