I'm guessing you might have a physical setup problem. If you can upload pics of everything or explain it here, it might help.
For all the options on this thing, there isn't a lot of clear guidance for beginners IMO. When I first set mine up I had the bottom vents open (Sai TAF=TOP Air Flow
) and the wrong tip (for lack of better name) in the top. Wasn't getting anything from it and felt like you sound.Flash forward to finding a pic somewhere online and realizing I had the flat cap in lieu of nub in the top and fixing the vents, and I'm a happy camper. I don't use it enough to really dial it in, but I get very flavorful, very potent hits from her now.

...I just tried that number by mistake and got a big smooth cloud...
...I will be careful not to scratch my bucket...LoL…
...maybe a Dremel tool would buff it out...
..how long can we expect the bucket/coil to last...???...

The higher you go, the harder you drive the heater, and the sooner it will fail...assuming all else is constant. Find the lowest settings you consider satisfying, and go with those. Have fun searching!

You could have a look on the Wismec Mods like the RX3 Dual or if you want a tiny Mod The RXmini. Lots of options. 
About cleaning the titanium bucket: I scratched the black carbon out with a knife and the bucket is scratched all over. That should be no problem though I guess?
Couldn't I take it out and torch it glowing red? That should burn everything to dust. Is that healthwise recommendable with titanium?

Was just thinking th same thing, which mod for the Sia. I'm getting a mod box for the Longmada crystal so would be good to have one for both (if I end up getting a Sia, one day soon).
Most I've seen run at 200w with two 18650s.

For what it's worth, the way I get it, it's not important how much watts your Mod can go. In fact, you want to downsize that power. I ran it at 40 Watts and went down to 30. Probably I could go lower. The way I set it up it will power up with the wattage I told it to be max and when it reaches the temperature the wattage will drop down to protect the temperature setting. From the few days I'm with this I'd say get any mod that supports Arctic Fox. Or the expensice DNA option. Max Watts doesn't count here. Correct me, if I'm wrong.

Depends on how your going to use it. If you think you'll use buckets I'd get a 2-3 battery mod. And a heat sink.
If your just using ceramic donuts like me a pico is fine.

On my pico when I had it all out if whack, I turned it off, and restarted it, and it went back to normal.
IDK if that works for you, but it won't hurt to try.

Does anyone make a long stem to replace the mouthpiece for these? Not a bubbler, just something to get your mouth further away from the coil.
Anywhere that you can buy a Sai usually sells them, mainly for use with buckets(Ti and quartz) as they need a lot of heat/power to vaporize your material.
I had a 2-hour sesh on the ceramic donut last night without having to reload, I did as @shredder suggested and kept adding and just melting more rosin until the donut looked like it was floating, probably 10 small to medium-sized dabs worth.
I set the mod to Ni TC 130c (266f) power at 30w locked on 0.70 ohms, as @shredder suggested as a starting point and was getting pretty good clouds but was making me cough a bit.
I then consulted the Sai chart on Planet of the Vapes site and set the temperature to 150c (302f) and the power to 20w and was getting a much better experience. Slightly fuller vapor and a whole lot less coughing, very happy with those figures.
The Sai was still tasting pretty good when I gave up and went to bed, could barely feel my legs, very toastie, slept like a log.
Still getting a few hits off it today, getting whispy but not tasting bad like an empty coil would as it nears empty!
Probably not the most efficient way to use the Sai but it is better than continually loading, over and over.
