After vaping the last few days with the Mighty it really does live up to the hype. Native mode dry might work better than using a water piece but I might try to get a small bubbler instead of a bong.

It takes about a day to wrap your head around this thing and learning via youtube video instructions (Troy/ Puffed up) drastically cut down the learning curve time.

I might try to micro dose with it by filling 1/2 the chamber and covering it with the concentrate pad to try to get a session to be only 2 hits and not let everything roast up as it seems each bowl is a one time use since it takes a decent amount of time to cool down and the material is still hot in the chamber and basically baked out and I don't want to force my self to take 5 tokes per chamber or however many it takes in quick succession which I also dislike. I'd like to get it down to a two toke per chamber session......less is definitely more is my philosophy with the flower and starting it at 410 was a great tip....less inhalations to reach the destination.

As much as I like Troys reviews, there really isn't any wrong way to use a mighty. My wife and I have 2, we use them with water, and dry. And you don't have to have lungs like his to enjoy it. Troy's a beast, lol.

And for some sort of loosely defined micro dose I loose pack a capsule for a light airy convection style session that I can finish in roughly 5 hits. It's more than a micro dose, but I don't always want a fully packed bowl/capsule that tamped in well can give 15+ hits.

And there's the liquid pads with concentrates. Oh boy!

Plus it's a good vape to pass around. Decent sized bowl, and lots of energy in two batteries. Many times in groups I've dropped out a hot used cap, and popped in another for an extended session with friends. The capsules make it so convenient. A good investment IMHO.

I'm no expert but I think you should get the dosing capsules, I use this with my mighty and plenty. Its super convenient keeps your device super clean and you dont use alot of product. I use it at lower temps around 370f, I get about 4 to 6 good hits, I'm thinking you can get it done in half that at higher temps.

Storz & bickle also has a nice Dosing capsule filling kit that works really awesome, in 10 mins I can load up 40 capsules! Easy peezy...

The mighty would have the lowest learning curve of any vape I have tried, some people advise noobs to get a Vapcap for starting vaping, I think this is wrong, same with a Fury2, cheap is not the best into to vaping. The Mighty now being a reasonable price would be my first choice for a new vaper as you can not really have a bad sesh with it, mouth-pulls, straight lung busters or stick it on a bong and it just works.

Edit, the caps are great for convenience, I have near 50 of them and use them all the time in my Mighty, never in my Plenty, like putting a lawnmower motor in a Ferrari!

I have to agree with you 100% the mighty has got to be the easiest vape to use, its so simple, I don't think you can mess up with that vape if you tried, no special technique, just load it up and go. the best thing about it is you get great effect, vapor, flavor and consistency with perfectly exhausted avb every time.

you are also right about the plenty, that thing is just totally awesome. I am a light weight when it comes to vaping so the capsules are more than enough for my needs through the plenty. the mighty and plenty are extremely flexible vapes. you can pack them full, you can half pack them with a liquid pad In the bowl, and if you want to you can even do a super mircro dose using a liquid pad inside a dosing capsule! its crazy how versatile this system is, so many options and I love options.

another thing when using capsules, if your capsule is full and you don't want to use it all in one sesh, you can take a couple of draws and pull capsule out and it wont continue cooking, the capsules cool down super quick.

I think the mighty and plenty is such a good combo to have, you might not need anything else in
your rotation.

people whining about cleaning the mighty, I am a light user so mine doesn't get too dirty, plus I use capsules, I still clean mine after 3 to 4 uses to keep good flavors. I am thinking if your a heavy user you should at least clean once a week and you should be good. we need to stop being so lazy, we take showers everyday, why cant we clean our vapes at least once a week???

Not that I whine; I love Mighty, but I do have several vapes and they're all easier to clean.

And I don't think it's all laziness, it can be priorities. For example, you could stay home and clean your Mighty while I go out and play ball with my grand kids.
Heck I'd even skip a shower if it meant I could take them for a walk through the woods.

Its takes me 5 to10 mins in a big zip lock bag of iso, then a quick rinse in warm water I'm done, and I clean all my vapes in one shot. What is so hard about that?

Hi. I bought Mighty about month ago and i love it. I dont need to much so one bowl sometimes half a bowl toped with concentrate pad is enough. I fill it with original S&B filling tool and Thats The question.
If i would like to vape two or free bowls in a row, can i fill it with filling tool straight away or i need to cool The chamber off. Does The temperature have influance to The plastic used in filling tool?

I've never had any issue filling it with the plastic tool while the bowl is warm. Make sure you turn The Mighty off, though, before you start filling it. (You're more likely to burn yourself on the hot ceramic ring than you are to harm the plastic on the filling tool.)

This is a good time to use dosing capsules, you can hot-swap them easily.

Got my mighty did some burnboffs and first vape session using a dosing capsule , the vape and cooling unit did have a not good plastic smell . But this didnt come through to taint the vapor at all , and i can see that the smell will get less and less over time .

I took apart the cooling unit after , there were a few bits of herb particals that made it through the holes in the capsule and through the screen all the wayvto the mouth piece .

I changed the installed stalk screen on the cooling unit for the finer screen that came with it to stop the particals from getting through .

I vaped at 185 c or 365 f i was surprised how light the abv was but i guess this is lower temp then what im used to .

The vapor prodused at this temp was still a pretty good amount and taste was very good .

I can see that im really gonna like this

Love the Mighty- Been vaping a few yrs here - Initially bought a Mighty & EVO- both are great- love em- The tools that come with Mighty are so well thought- cool- Also bought a Ghost MV1 a bit later- Not as consistent but i find myself using Ghost the most at home by myself. Their cust svc has been fabulous!

those dosing caps are very hot right out of Mighty - I dump em out w/o touching now & let em cool down few minutes after burning my finger few times after touching it immediately. Nice being able to use Mighty as on demand vape with the dose caps.

Last few months I started collecting the ABV from the Ghost & filling up the Mighty chamber & fire it up to 410. I get another 2-4 nice hits from the ABV that i used in my Ghost.

I just tried my first dosing capsule that came wit the unit, it works nice but taking the top of is difficult and I ended up bending the capsule and due to it's material it's basically bent aluminum and not too unusable unless I try to keep bending it back into shape which seems not a good idea?

How do you use capsules without bending them up?

It takes a lot of technique you have to gently hold the top and gently hold the bottom and rock back-and-forth softly.

They get looser with use. New ones can be tight. I use my thumb nail to pop the tops off. Herb in the seal can make it stick as well.

It might help to wash them in iso first. I noticed that it helps.

Us geeeetar players don't keep thumbnails :)

I do like the concept and was able to bend in back to shape but boy these things are delicate after first use, they probably harden with time and heat exposure.

Definitely a must have for a Mighty enthusiast! They are just darn pretty.

I thought maybe taking the top off prior to use might not be a bad idea as performance probably won't be hindered. Do they need extra heating time due to the material being encapsulated?

My trick....give em a couple minutes to cool off from hot to WARM. They’ll open easily when warm-ish. Just make sure to let them cool for three minutes minimum first because you will get burned if you grab them while they’re hot. :2c:

I'm pretty much 410F start to finish most often. I like to get in and get done. I don't have an issue with heat with the Mighty native.

I'm very similar. Start on 385, then boost to 410 when vapor starts to tail and finish there. I also like it quick and to the point.

I do top loads in the native bowl with a liquid pad...adds some extra conduction and ensures full extraction.

Ok so i have had a bunch more bowls in the mighty still using the dosing capsules and loving them .

This may sound like a silly question and i think i know the answer but will ask anyway .

Ok so if your going to use the concentrate pad in oreder to do a smaller amount you put the pad on top of the flower in the herb chamber right ?

I mean since its a convection vape it would work the other way around wouldnt it ? With the pad in first and the herb on top inbetween the screen of the cooling unit and pad in the oven ?

Also does the dosing capsules make the abv lighter ? Mine is coming out much lighter then what im used to say with my solo 2 on 400 f

I have to say though the flavor from the mighty is the best i have had comparing to my solo 1 and 2 and a pax2 and a few dyna vapes and my eq . The mighty really has nice flavor i like it alot

Don’t have any portable convection only vapes...and don’t use the dosing capsules. I do, however, use the liquid pad to reduce chamber capacity. IMHO, either directional orientation would work, however, I’ve always chosen to put the pad on top; keeps the abc from getting into the top screen, overall a cleaner experience for me.

@Truth Seeker , think it's more of a "seasoning" concept

The important message is, it gets easier opening with time

Some get so loose after a year or two, I toss 'em. Funny, S&B never ship the capsules with the lids on. Imagine folks screaming how they can't open the capsules to load their weed

Here's my two cents: Run new caps though an empty session to warm them first, let cool, gently pinch caps and lids out of round, then reshape

To open capsules: Left forefinger curling around cap base with left thumb stabilizing, like a vise, then right thumbnail as a straight-up pry -- rotate & change pry spots when stuck. Guitar players without nails could use a thumbpick as a pry perhaps

Denting happens frequently when new. oops, reshape. Intentionally denting stuck capsules is one of my favorite things, accompanied by cursing, but denting gets results

Capsules are ingenious, so neat for us OCD types. Waiting for Canopy and Markus to market a safe dosage oriented trate vape
