Yes I also will report back on how they are once I get them. Also, Focusvape looks like they are posting new products and revamping their website. Hopefully when they are back up we see some better attys :(

Has everyone on the beta team received their holy whites? I’ve emailed a couple times, dm on IG and FC with one response and no confirmation. The one response I received was from IG saying they are marketing and social media don’t deal with the beta team and I should email Focus V. My second Carta has stopped working and just frustrated with this device. Was hoping the holy white was a little more stable.

I can't speak for others, but I've had mine for about 2 weeks.

The atty that came in it runs hot, I've been at 442F and still chazzing a little. Was at 500F before that, or whatever the number is.

The vibration motor has pretty much failed, but I paired a phone for permanent use and that vibrates. No worries, I'll replace it someday.

I hate to hear about people getting unexpected CS from Focus V, I've been treated great and had minimal issues with units and atty's. That may help my attitude :razz:

Can't wait for the SiC dishes to start hitting, I never got great results with the quartz and have gotten comfortable with the Ti. But I feel there's more to be found.

Also noticed that if you end a session with the app before the timer is done it doesn't always get counted. Can't quite figure out the rules on what triggers it...

Loving my Carta and looking for some new glass now that I knocked over my Helix and broke off a good length of the top :doh:. I'll be cutting that off in my new Dremel glass chop saw this weekend. I'm hoping it still functions the same and you just lose the visual fun in the upper chamber.

Hey Guys!

Sorry I dont have the opportunities to get on here as often as I use to. Things have just sped up so rapidly lately.

a few updates for you guys.

New updates to the site will be bringing Live Chat, Rewards program for you guys! and the long awaited rep program... finally.

IOS UPDATES:
This has been a hellish process. and for future reference I would likely opt out of doing a controller style app vs an app that would allow preset updates. (apple doesnt like us "Promoting smoking" by controlling the device apparently..) but nonetheless we will continue to push on getting things updated asap! yes before any one says it again. the sideload method is total crap and we are working to get that situated as quick as we can (really just waiting on our 3rd redesign for apple now)

SIC INSERTS: $45 Retail | available at the end of this month.
EVERLAST ATTY: $45 Retail | available now. (Lifetime warranty)
Heat Plate 2 Pack: $ . Retail | available 1 week or so

we will be uploading combo kits (Everlast + tether + SiC etc..)
for a discounted rate.

Wow!! Thanks so much Randall. This whole beta program has really been an amazing experience. You've already went above and beyond in my opinion. I received the white carta kit and it had everything. Now hearing I'll get an Everlast and new sic and all the other perks, I'm just speechless.

Just going to continue this chorus a bit longer....

That is absolutely incredible! I already feel extremely fortunate for all that you've bestowed upon us, and now you up the ante again!

I do believe I'll have to order an everlast/Sic combo for one of the units, can't have one feeling slighted. (and then the temp profile will work with either)

I think I'll reward myself for this good news, with a Carta dab!

I still can't get the android app to load on any of my phones but otherwise I'm REALLY happy with my devices! and Realyl glad I signed up for teh beta, thanks again!

I’ve personally had nothing but problems with my Carta. Customer Service has been all right. I sent them a question they respond within a couple days I’ve tried calling but that never works out. I put in a warranty for atty that has not come.
And went through a bunch of hoops and I’m “” getting a new white Magna Carta i can see that it is in route. Even if it does come all the atty’s I had including the two that came for me to fix in the repair kit all crapped the bed. So I’m gonna bitch and moan so they hopefully fucking give me one of those sic atomizers . I’ve spent way too much money on this to only get 20 hits on puff count and those were horrible ones only about six of them were good. I’m just straight frustrated. I’m happy my Divine Crossing Version 4 Crucible Cup came in super fast.

3 Suggestions for anyone having issues.

1st if you have an atomizer issue try the following steps.
- clean the threading (both atomizer and body)
- pull the brass pin out of the bottom of the atomizer and clean that as well
(swab the inside of the bottom of the atomizer before securing the pin again)

If that doesn't work. always call our customer support line for the fastest warranty support.

2nd - If you haven't used your stock atty for more then 30 days then you should NOT buy a new one! we will replace your atty for free. IF you choose to buy a new one we can still replace your first one for you.

3rd - if you have used more then 2 atomizers in a row with no success. stop. call us immediately and let us walk you through general usage tips as well as a more detailed warranty process to help get you setup properly.

Finally, For those who have had or are having a negative experience please call in for proper support. our team is here to help and in my experience the best help is provided via video chat or over the phone. both options are available.

I don't understand this. Why if not used for more than 30 days does it qualify for replacement?

Is this better/different than the standard atty or are people just buying a lifetime warranty?
If it is different/better, will it become a standard item? It just seems weird that I would have to pay extra for something that should really be standard.:2c:

Like most things that are different from the original there are pluses and minuses to the everlast. 1 being longer heat up time. But better overall experience with the stock inserts.

Where as the stock atty has the ability to rebuild when needed. Has a rapid heat up time etc... so at this point in time it’s hard to say that the everlast should take over as the stock at the moment

Although I would lean towards that being the option as well. And yes it does cost more retail. As it cost us more to manufacture etc.. we try to make up for the price increase by supplying a life time warranty.
