Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Consistent quality. I want to receive the item as it is shown in the seller's pictures.

That's what I'M talkin' about!!!

I would need an idea of price before I could commit to anything, and I suspect it will be too high for me. I'm a China glass kind of guy...

The other name for that is cheap like the beginning of this thread title...

Like @Stu said above, I'm pretty sure that TAG's stuff is still chinaglass...but it's reasonably thick and consistent.
The pieces all look like the pictures.

TAG just appears to have much higher QC standards than most of these DHGate sellers. The average price is a little higher than much of the wiggly/wobbly DHGate stuff, but not much higher. So, overall you're getting more bang for your buck.

^^ Pretty much this. IME the quality of TAG pieces are definitely on the high end of anything coming from China. Love the super-thick bases. While they are a bit more expensive than DH Gate glass, they are a good value IMO.

I'd be in if the mouthpiece were a bit higher, and provided a better view above an enail.

TAG have replied essentially saying they're going to make a rattle can, but not for a long time, unless they hear from us asking them to make it sooner.

Email em, folks! :)
TAG is only Chinaglass marked up to cover their QC and business costs, all fair I say.
CCC QC is the best I have seen on DHGate, that is why they are a bit more expensive too.
I still like my new Yingmin5 VA Rattle Can better than my 2x Stevenimz jobs, cheaper too;

See...both the GonG connections on those in the two pics are crooked. The one in the upper pic is tilted in toward the main chamber, and the one in the lower pic tilts out away from the main chamber.

Either of those two defects would drive me nuts.

@LesPlenty I've come across that and something about it is just not aesthetic to me.

Not sure if it is due to the wonkyness ramha eludes to, or if it is the curves of the neck, or the [imo] unproportionally small base .... I can't put my finger on it.

I love scientific pieces, but this one does not get me going. I'd really love an original Bates Worm pump, but I hate male joints...

Wonk, curves, more stable base... Noted.

Open question... in the long necked version that is posted in thread already, should the 45 degree cut bit be taller? It looks too low to me but I dont know if thats a preferred aspect to you fine folk? I only have one rattle can myself, I dont have another yet to compare it with.

Yeah I'm not sure how much if any Steven will listen to our concerns but perhaps if a lot of people contact at the same time then they will be more likely to acknowledge.

TAG is good glass for china made/US ship, as I have stated many times in this thread. But since they closed shop in PA and moved to CO their prices are listed at a bit higher and they were already getting pricy for china, although hard to beat the quality in that price range. So if they make the rattle can and the perc is correct I'm sure it will rock!

Most definitely, that pipe should be as low and long as possible, especially on the new gooseneck model as it looks like a dab orientated rig so needs a bit longer cooling path.:2c:

Nice one, thanks.

Im going to try and draw up a crude 'technical' drawing of what it 'should' look like, to send to TAG and anyone else I can get interested in doing this properly for a decent low enough price, so I wanna make sure I'm correcting things correctly :)

while you're at it do you mind asking TAG if they can make it without that big ugly logo? I'd be much more partial to buying their stuff if it was unlabeled

A lot of their stuff is unlabeled when I've looked before.

But I'm focusing on getting the thing made correctly, not trying to destroy the conversation with talk of their 'big ugly logo'! :D

There is nothing stopping you contacting them tho :)

Yeah, like @emmdeemo said, most of TAG's stuff has a non-lable option available. Though they are out of stock on a lot of models at the moment, so you may see a lot of limited color and label options of many of their pieces at the moment.

Goose necked rattle can in the house.

It does indeed have all the problems noted in this thread from the picture we had. Certainly feels less sturdy than the one in my sig. The 45 degree cut is too low. And things are a little wonky, but not off center. The mouthpiece feels too small but that could just be because its smaller than I'm used to. The base is a little wobbly but only a tiny bit.

It functions perfectly tho, and its a great comparison device to go along with the rattle can I already have. I can easier make a drawing and see who I can get to make it now :D

I can see whats happening in the DCup dish a hell of a lot easier.

I mean, it'll replace my other rattle can as a daily driver but I wouldnt recommend it necessarily :)

EDIT: I think a side effect of the 45 degree cut being too low, is that I've filled it to my usual can size meaning the cut tube is now submerged, and now it has more chug than I'm used too. Does that sound like an accurate conclusion? The extra chug is adding airflow to the dcup dish so I can now get more terp pearls spinning, just wanna make sure I'm attributing the chug to the correct cause.
