Well Nuwanda broke my NewVape 12.5” Stereo Matrix this morning. I had her cleaning it which is the Friday morning routine so everything is fresh for the weekend. Thank fully I have back ups, but will definitely be looking to replace that piece as it was my favorite. RIP.

Sorry for your loss.

I have recently taking to flinging my FC Rattle Can on to the floor accidentally multiple times a day. I should probably get a back up!

Back up your systems, folks! :)

I find smaller glass, the smaller cans, better for the FP too, which is why I settled on the piece linked in my sig.

The SiC dish is def a step up from Ti. Should you get further into dabbing, the newvape DCup with obsidian dish takes the flavour up to yet another level :)

Ah yes the fc-rattlecan I've been so tempted to buy it. It's supposed to have amazing flavour, I just don't like the angle of the mouthpiece, the fc-710 is also really tempting but then you loose the thick base.

I found this version which ticks both boxes for me, the thick base and the high mouthpiece but they fucked up the perc by adding slits where the ball should go. https://m.dhgate.com/product/dab-rig-rigs-glass-water-pipes-with-blue/410093137.html?

Rattle can is way too short, but at least its small enough to be easy to pick up and use. I'd love one with a taller mouthpiece.

Yeah, that one you linked too seems to miss the point! :) Thats a shame

One is none and two is one!

I've been very careful with my pieces lately, since I've started spending on expensive ones. Fortunate to not have any of my clumsy moments yet! *knock on wood*

although my cheapy walmart light stand fell over on it's own when it's bulb popped and almost crashed onto my glass collection. I was watching tv, light went off and I heard a loud crash...missed my stuff by half a foot. Never seen that before!

Any idea/ intrest in a smaller bowl and /or drop in for panhead or shovelhead to make bowl smaller. Noticing I'm killing more bowls than my Evo lol amd in doing low 6s. Just want somthing for cutdown days or microdosing for breakfast before work. Just curious if its just me. Like Tsusan for short! Lmao

I haven’t heard anyone talk about it in a long time, but some people used to use small basket screens instead of the 0.78” or 0.75” screens for micro-dosing. They’d put them down into the stem part of the bowl which does leave them a larger distance from the heater (so you might need to use a higher temp) but does allow you to pile a smaller dose up instead of spreading it thinly across the screen if that’s what you want.

Some people did it with the current bowls, but it was more common with some of the old ones. I think the 14mm stubby bowl (still available for $20 in the Clearance section) was a popular one for this. Remember though, it doesn’t have a handle and it may expand and stick in your glass if you get it too hot!

I remember some people were using baskets from DDave, but I forget exactly which other ones fit. There was a bit of confusion about it, but you can search back through the thread if you want to read it all.

I hope that helps, but personally I just spread a thin layer out over the standard screen. :)

How much more of a microdose can you get than a light coating on the shovelhead screen? Are you using like a single speck?

You should prob just use concentrates at that point as they are way easier to dose.

Forgive me, I forgot about the baskets. I went thru a whole phase of using them.

Failing baskets, any old screen you can fit in further down the air path will decrease the bowl size. Especially if ya using a 14mm connector under the bowl.

I've had my VROD for just over a week now and I certainly have done lots of testing;) I'm in love with this thing! I have several glass pieces and it's fun to switch them out depending on my mood. It's funny, I think I like the glass piece I received from New Vape the best, at least with the Flowerpot. I figured I would start with that one and probably gravitate to a few pieces that I've had for years. I really like the big hit aspect with the straight tube piece from New Vape. It knocks me back just a bit more than the other pieces I own.

Anyway, just a great vaporizer! It can be a one hitter, even small doses, or a session vape if you load a big bowl. Easy to clean, no fuss, no muss.

Extremely happy with my purchase!:)

My Vrod has gone to its new home, and its new owners controller gets delivered next week. He's a lucky bastard, I can tell you :)

My Showerhead goes to its new owner next week, and its a pleasure to be able to pass items on to those in need.

My 6 hole Showerhead carb cap goes to a new home next week. I hope it helps someone else as much as it did me! :)

I'm fully DCup only these days and it seems silly to have so many vapes just sitting in a drawer, unused.

Using every iteration of the FP has been an amazing couple of years tho, and its only my lungs not liking flower any more that has made me go concentrates only.

It been... fun! :)

I have offered my old school wrap-around to three households here in the 702, and they're all too cheap to buy the required coil and controller. I'm even offering a decent rig to go with it. My focus is not to get rid of it, but to share it's joy! Even with only the five airflow holes, that wrap-around is still good for flower (just a bit more mixing, or put a basket stuffed with flower just underneath those five holes) and SiC for dabs!

So I was able to get two friends to buy the Vrod and Dcup, the other three won't even buy a coil and controller.

Are we all hailing Susan or Tsusan? Let's start a Tsusanami up in this joint!
