Hello there ! I can across Quartz cell cartridges. There is at least one more company that makes those, but i am familiar with Airistech also they offer more info about their product so that is why i decided to start with them.
They have a few atomizers with a coil encapsulated in a quartz fritt.
Here is a video of one so you can get better idea of the construction of a qcell :).
There is also this site which i suspect might be the originators of this product but also posible just that they did a rebrand ,cause i know for sure that airistech are a Factory with their own line of vapes.
https://qcelltechnologies.com/ Anyway..those look like they are US stock and also very affordable
https://qcelltechnologies.com/products/g6-qcell-cartridge $2.75
Also there seems to be a CBD version of each one.
We design and manufacture premium vape cartridges. Specially designed for high viscosity oils. Our QCELL™ vape cartridges are the newest 510 cartridge improvement via a fritted Quartz atomizer. The quartz coil is made by sintering high purity fused quartz grains of a controlled size distribution to form a porous solid structure. The pore size is also controlled to a precise distribution. It’s heating element is fused directly into the Quartz for perfect heat distribution. We put our patented QCELL™ coil into our own perfectly designed 510 cartridges. We build masterpieces! Our goal is to provide the industry with a better option. Our coil soaks up more oil, heats faster and hotter with better airflow and a cleaner taste. We are here with the ultimate 510 cartridge!

They sound great, I like the flavour from average ccells but if it can be heightened even more with better air flow and more useable with rosin oils for example I'm all in.

:)) Let me know how it goes if you try them,.. That technology seems really cool. Might be good also for a convection vaporizer if sized right. Imagine a large coil encapsulated in a quartz fritt :).
I wonder what is the difference between the regular and the CBD version.. Is the CBD version meant for thicker oils ?
I dont really imagine rosin working well in that kind of carts but i know some you make it super filtered ,so that one is probably ok.

According to the chart the CBD version has a different resistance which will affect the temperature range. The inlets may also be a different size.

If rosin worked well in these they would absolutely be worth the price of entry.

IMO rosin does not work well on ccells due to the cotton pre filter. Can't quite tell if these have that or not?

Maybe the CBD cells are more intended for thicker oils? Might well be worth asking so we know for sure. As for CCELL and rosin I've had little issue using them so far, albeit with a liquidiser agent included to keep it stable.

Using high end fresh frozen bubble too, so again that might well be a defining factor in them working ok for me.

Even the LAYG q-tip one could be really useful if it's priced well, it's tiny so it'd make a good travel pen and who cares if you toss a $10-15 pen. Also as much as I love my sai and want to buy a molecule, I hate carrying around a box mod, they're big and even the tiny ones are heavy. This thing could be really good for concerts/hiking/festivals/etc. I'm really curious about the LAG carts too

How much diluent are you adding?

Lol yes fresh frozen bubble certainly helps! :p I never have enough of any one strain to do that. :(

I'm doing 0.3-4g of bubble rosin to 0.8-9ml of liquidizer, filing a 1ml cart to the brim. Seems to work pretty well, better than my earlier attempts. I have a friend who runs a small ecig shop, he sells them under the counter so to speak ;).

Decided to grab a qcell to try, very impressed this evening with it. Doesn't seem to clog like a typical ccell does half the time, even with rosin oil. Unit cost was £6.25 so about $8 give or take for the guys stateside. Around 4x the cost of a ccell but still reasonable for personal use and I will always refill until the atomiser breaks (if It does).

The oil used was a strain I've dubbed white tangerine, very clearly from the visual quality it's got little to no wax in it as I pressed it lighter and with less heat, about 130c on a ten ton dabpress setup @psychonaut :). The oil came out nice and runny, perfect for blending.

I mixed 0.4 WT with 0.5ml of sunset sherbet terps to liquify it for the cart. Flavour is fantastic from both the oil and Quartz combining. Much more so than my run-of-the-mill ccell.

Jury is out on how long it will perform but it's flawless so far and I need to mix more oil!

Are they pure terpenes or terps suspended in a carrier/diluent? The terp ratio seems really high if pure terps, that would be vaping almost straight essential oils.

I'm not sure tbh, if memory serves it was a terp/carrier combo using 80% terps to 20% PG but I only got a single ml just to test it out. Flavour was and is amazing in that cell it's blown me away in more ways than one. The airflow is so much greater as are the clouds you can make from such a small tank.

I'm going to be buying some pure terps from a uk supplier soon to try with my WT oil and Qcell. These are pure terp profiles, each are 0.5ml each so plenty of scope to experiment further.

I like rosin vapes,

The Headbanger Q2 Dab Coil is also used in this,

I just ordered one of these that use the same tech but a bit smaller form?,
US$15 for a full kit with 5x coils and an oil tank, good value,

Howdy Les!
I’ve been eyeing the quaser and qtip as well, since I’ve been so happy with the headbanger! Thanks for starting that thread that made me aware!
Please share your thoughts after you put it through it’s paces.
I really dig the dabber mouthpiece of the quaser being all in one.

I’m thinking the qtip will mirror the headbangers performance, using the same coils, just with less battery life. Not sure the quaser will hit the same with different coils.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

in the video and on the pictures are different carts... one of the carts is useable with rosin (Airistech)... but I would say it is not really a cart...
the cart in video is also used in the headbanger from Airistech
This is Edward from Airistech, thanks for your attention at our product, QCELL actually means our patented Quartz heating element, apply to our wax vaporizer and cartridge. Compare to ceramic heating element, our quartz heating element can heat faster and provide bigger airflow and more pure tast, we got lots of positive feedback from Producer, distributor and end user. If you got any detail questions, wellcome to ask me. My email is edward@airistech.com, whatsapp:86-15019492741

Edward @Airistech could you tell me what the clear part of the Quaser coil is made from (surrounding the fritted quartz coil, not the oil tank), is it plastic or glass?

If you mean the white part that surrounding the quartz heating element, it is ceramic
