Just got this beauty, exotic wanut . She is a damn beauty. Really missed the nano since i gave my old one to my sister about a year ago. 2-3 hits and its fully extracted on 7. Ice stem and e-pick on the way. Really dark abv with this unit, unlike any other vape ive had. (Maybe the evo)
Cheers to the epic team

Very nice nano! and stand. You now have a solid home base to go with your portables.

Faaaaaaaak! I just made a big mistake

Was doing concentrates in bed and tipped my nano over and it touched my remote and mlted to the core!!!!

Plastic is all stuck in the mesh. Maybe a torch and something? IDK, I don't want to be breathing in plastic fumes.

Under that situation I would consider spending the money and sending it back to epicvape for a refurbish.

Yep....I would send it back to Epic and request a repair with installation of a new cartridge heater. I don't think you will ever get all of the plastic off of the one you have....but I may well be wrong.

Found an old Piece from way back from the combustion days...several rinses and cleaning and I got it pretty clean again! It's really cool, very little water needed and icecatcher as well haha

Tastes great but I think I probably won't use the ice cubes next time because they make the inhalation cold, or...colder than needed.
Happy weekend nanoites!:D
Look’s fun!

NANO = FUN

my edit window closed in my previous post. Is this a new feature?

Anyway, I love the Ice stem! Nice cool delicious vapor. Feels like it cools more than the spiky-indents style of cooling stem. Plus, I’m enjoying the marbles clinking back and forth (using it level).

Now I want a similar stem for my Solo II...

The edit option goes away after 4 hours, I believe.

So how does the ice stem work? Is it like those glycerin coils attachments you can buy where you just throw them in the freezer for awhile?

No, “ice” is metaphorical. It’s a borosilicate glass stem filled with 10 or 11 borosilicate marbles. These both add turbulence, which cools the vapor, and also maybe absorb heat themselves, which would be like them sucking heat from the vapor as it passes by. I don’t know for sure. But it works, and you don’t have to chill it before use.

We've had the limited edit window for many years actually. Way back in the day, you could edit your post no matter how old they were. We learned our lesson when a manufacturer decided to remove the content from each and every post they had ever made (paranoid lawyer's advice I'm sure) making the entire thread for their product essentially unreadable. After that we put in the limited time edit window.

It's six hours actually. ;)

So do y'all just learn to live with the crack?

The crack doesn't bother me, but I never really see my nano anyway (it stays tucked out of view). One day I'll send it in for an esthetic upgrade. Might be a few years yet before it finds its way into the light. I think I read several pages back that epcivape was about to implement a change of design to limit the expansion of the metal that can contribute to the cracking.

I've been using tinypic.com for images.

Howdy all, Im new here on FC. Had my e nano for well over a year now and its my go to daily driver when at my desk.

Seems that a few others also are diggin the matrix sidecar for glass and it hits nice with the e nano.

Here you are again, so first hello and welcome to the show and compliments for your tastes in vapes. For split wood there is always the DIY hose clamps and wood glue option but sending it back is a bit easier.

New to FC. So do y'all just learn to live with the crack? I've already sent it in for repair once for this

I've lived with the crack in mine for 5 years... I like it :brow:
Add's a bit of character imo

Can't see your pics though, so dunno how bad your crack is (one for the out of context thread). Mine runs from the top, all the way through the wood rim, and runs about 2/3 down the side (I'll try to snap a pic later).
Happened within a month or two of getting it.

It was a third party exotic blank though, so no blame lies with Epicvape for the crack...
