I wish this thing came with a brush, though. How often do you guys change your screens? It only took me 2 days before the screen was too caked and I had to toss it...I'm guessing it would've lasted longer if I were brushing it out each time.

Hi !No need to toss the screen!Just torch it and it will be as good as new!
The crafty brush is great, get an extra for the sbj. :2c:

hello, I received my sbj what happiness !! good the first tests was difficult but I begin to understand the operation. But what advise you like flame rather small flame or large flame you use?
Thanks !!
Congrats on your new toy!
I have found both styles work .Imagine the torch as the gas pedal and the speed of inhaling the "clutch".
When using a smaller flame, you have to draw slower than with a bigger one.
I generally prefer medium-large flame, suits me better. In the beggining I felt safer with a smaller flame, less combustion hazard.
I haven't tried it yet with the restrictor disc though and I should give it a go...

Hi, I'm currently thinking about buying a brick junior. But I have a tremor (my hands are constantly slightly shaking) and I'm worried if this will make the brick hard to use for me. How important is a steady hand for getting a good hit with the junior?

Something that hit me while i was vaping with my elev8R, my question is for Sticky Brick's crew:
have you ever tried to make a glass bowl to replace the metal mesh?
A little bowl made of glass that we would put in the hole, with more or less the same bottom as the elev8R, to allow a good airflow and 100% pure flavour.
Something like that to slide into position, surely a difference in taste (and we could change and put the metallic mesh if we get bored) and easier to reload and clean (i admit that right now it's not that hard to clean though).
Diversity is dope ;)

^ A very good alternative and a potential game changer. A good idea, if it can be done.
I'm sure it can be done.
On instagram (86400xday) i hit StickyBricksLabs some months ago about a mini bubbler and some weeks after they had it on the market, not saying i was at the initiative but it's a great coincidence and that means they have the same curiosity as ours when it comes to StickyBricks' line evolution! And if they had the idea of the mini bubbler, and managed to achieve it (way more complex than a glass bowl to slide into a hole) i'm sure that they could try that solution very easily ;)

Honestly it's pretty important. You may have difficulty getting consistent vapor if you are not aiming at the right spot.

@Megaton I have to put in a new screen each day. Sometimes even twice a day depending on the dank I'm putting in there. It can be a pain in the ass.

I have the S+B capsules but I never use them in my JR because I can't see or stir the load unless I pry off the hot lid which I'm not doing, and so I feel like I don't get an even extraction.

@Megaton Do you leave the bowl screen in, or take it out? I've only tried with the bowl screen left in. Maybe the screen is in the way and restricting airflow for me.
I haven't yet tried the capsules with the restrictor disc. That may also help.

On a side note: normally with the restrictor disc in, the disc appears to block the carb hole? Yet, when I cover the carb, it doesn't feel like it's choking. Like I can still breathe through it quite easily, almost with a whistle. It's weird

@Evilevile nope, took the screen out, and now the capsule sits nicely in the gap, you can even store an extra capsule in there apparentely.

I wouldn't bother with the restrictor disk in conjunction with the capsule (not that i have one), as I think the capsule does much the same job.

I'm looking to get a 14mm hydrotube (probs from dhgate cos money) and I was wondering if anyone had tried this already, I guess using a 14mm Male to Male adapter perhaps?

Waiting for them aftermarket bowls to show up

Also, how do you guys stop the mouthpiece from getting peppered with bits of scooby snacks? I'm using two screens in the bowl and another screen under the mouthpiece since last night.
