Did I mess up my Carta by using the iOS app?

It seems my temp 4 setting is at a low setting. I can never get it above 500 degrees F. My session counter shows 27 while my dab count shows 14 (which hasn't moved from 14).

I thought it was an issue with the atomizer so I got another one and it does the same, so I'm thinking it's the Carta. I wonder if I can factory reset the settings or something.

Your Carta/app is recognizing your atomizer as the dry herb atty.

That's what I thought. I called Focus V and they said to try to unscrew and screw back on the atomizer while on the temp screen but that doesn't seem to do anything. They did say the iOS app was coming within the next couple of days, so I'll wait to see if that fixes it.

Hey everyone sorry for the delayed posting. We have finally started to staff out and we will have a full customers service department soon as well as shipping etc..

But firstly I need to get you beta purchasers these rebuild kits and dry herb chambers! Im open for suggestions on the best means of collecting the correct info for the orders? i assume you all have accounts on our website right?

We are getting ready to get into Long Beach today. San Diego next week then Vegas and Denver on our road trip. If you guys are in the area shoot me a DM on IG and lets meet up for a sesh! I got some brand new focus 1's that need testing! and some ceramic buckets too.

Can I skip the warranty process and just have you swap my base out for me when you get to Vegas? Got plenty of nice fresh pressed rosin for when y'all arrive ;)

I wish I could find out which versions of iOS the app will support. Does anybody have any suggestions on who I could contact to find out this information?

I agree with the beta accounts, I can create a class for that. If you have not yet please register for an account now and I will get that process started tonight.

...i heard u r not rly into ruby on ur live IG story but for me its still No.1 tastewise (equal to sapphire, i wouldnt care for the color if the price would be better :)

Fingers crossed... I need iOS 10 support, I have three perfectly functioning devices on that platform that won't update any higher.

I'm not even opening my replacement Carta until I can verify it will be supported on my devices.
I'm not sure it's reasonable to expect a brand new app to work on that old of a mobile OS. 11 maybe, but 10 is a stretch. Just don't hold it against the company if it's not compatible!

I’m new here but have been following this thread for a while and finally pulled the trigger on a v2 when it appeared initial beta problems were getting worked out.

Got my carta. After 5 minutes of use on day 2 it will do nothing but flash white light. That’s ok. That’s the risk of buying a new product. But what is frustrating as others have expressed is the apparent lack of customer service experienced by some customers. I have filled out the warranty form twice. No response (been a week and a half). Posted on Instagram and was told all warranty claims had been processed (mine had not). Sent an email. No response.

So now I’ve got a $225 brick and no response from the company. Bad way to conduct business, growing pains or not

But thanks for the idea. I tried everything i can think of.

I’m not a newbie in general. It’s just so frustrating getting no customer service. Crap even had there been an automated email response that says something like be patient you won’t be forgotten that would be better than the present state of affairs
 
That is really strange. Whenever I have written customer service so far, I quickly got an answer. I hope you will still be helped!
