@Skevlin the current firmware should not prevent your device from connecting with the dashboard, but it will resolve the issues with the profiles and self clean modes if you are having issues with those.

If you cannot get your device linked currently, please try removing it from the dashboard and requesting a new link code.

So did the update go out?

My Firmware is still at "0.0.99" and when I scroll to "Check Update" and click the button it doesn't do anything on my unit.

I still don't see any "Community Profiles" and my "AutoTune" feature still has yet to work or activate since owning my unit.

I have replied and sent an email off to the support, but I have also been in discussions with you over DM's on IG and through here on the private messages.

I have been told units should update which mine hasn't and various other things, AutoTune should work after some data is collected etc... which on my first profile before I had to reset everything I was running it for weeks that still hasn't done anything.

There also needs to be a tutorial written up about what all the settings do for the coil profiles you can configure, for people who don't know what all the variables do once changed like myself.

Hi,

I placed an order on April 28. Order #227517 . It still has not shipped. I have emailed you to no response, as well as called and left a voice mail. Why has my order not shipped? I dont mean to call you out publicly but I know no where else to get ahold of you guys.

I also am still on .99 firmware, as well as can not see any heat profiles on the dashboard

Thank you for any help on this

@windshieldking we do not typically discuss customer service issues in public, but it appears that order was cancelled and refunded already due tightened fraud controls from our merchant provider. The shopping cart system should have sent you a notice when the order was refunded.

Due to the recent actions of a few other dishonest folks, we are currently not permitted to ship orders anywhere other than the billing address of the card.

Due to the mixup and you being a previous customer, I will make sure your items get sent as soon as I get to the office in the morning.

Regarding the firmware update, I located the issue with the update server late last night and should be resolved shortly.

I place a order waited 30 days and was sent a invalid tracking # then disputed the charge with my cc company and was issued a refund so glad I did not receive this pos.

I wouldn't go as far as to call it a POS... I have greatly enjoyed the use I have gotten out of mine the feature set is great.

The UpTemp feature when you get your temperatures set is GREAT and also being able to customize bootup sounds and the logo etc... it's a neat little piece of kit and way better than a basic china E-Nail kit.

Although support has been a bit spotty here and there but I expect that from a small company with not a lot of man power, I have gotten answers from everything I have sent whether it be immediate or take some time.

Things are acknowledged and said they'd be worked on so now all that the consumer can do is wait for the changes.

With that being said my unit still hasn't recieved the update, and I kept it on all day (with the heater off) hoping that it'd recieve it.

@Fkn0wned updates are only checked on boot, or if you manually select from the menu.

The update server should be fixed now, but you guys might have a few intermediate updates to get up to 0.1.2

Nice thanks I reset my E-Nail and recieved the update prompt!

The update only made it go up to 0.1.1 I know you said it might have a few updates to get to 0.1.2 but I cut my E-Nail on and off again after the first update and I am no longer getting anymore update prompts.

The "Check Update" menu option still doesn't do anything on a knob press either, but I am updated from 0.0.99 to 0.1.1 at least might just take some more time.

Reporting back still hasn't been able to reach 0.1.2 I'm still on 0.1.1 and shutting off and back on does nothing and "Check Update" still does nothing.

Same boat here. Still loving the device, just frustrated with not being able to take advantage of all its functionality. Stuck on 0.1.1...hopefully will get resolved soon.

The developers are currently finalizing 0.1.3 which addresses the remaining issues. We hope to roll it out very late this evening or tomorrow afternoon provided no issues are found in QC.

Any updates?

My E-Nail is getting the heart on it but the dashboard says 0 devices connected yet I can still start the "Uptemp Mode" so it's like it's connected but the dashboard isn't showing the current temperatures or anything in real time.

@Fkn0wned we are currently doing some late night database maintenance required for the new firmware release. We are still working out a few issues, but we hope to have it out by Friday at the latest.

The Dashboard should resume functionality shortly, it may be finished already but they have a few hours scheduled. Try rebooting your unit to see if it clears up.

The dashboard is working again but I am having another issue that started yesterday during uptemp mode while building up temperature my nail will reset like it was powered on and off.

I get to my stabilize temperature and then I hear my boot up sound I have set and uptemp mode and everything is off but my temperature of course is still high from building up the temperature.

But it sucks because sometimes it happens before it even reaches my end/stabilize temperature.

Any idea what is causing this?

I received my two portable solutions yesterday. Miracle S Atomizer and Maxvapor Eagle atomizer. I actually received a free eagle atomizer back when i ordered my enail. i liked it so much I had to order another.

The Eagle atomizer is a total game changer. I might like it more than the enail. There is no other method i know of that produces the flavor this thing does. The chamber is so small that you dont have to draw very hard. The modular bucket system is genius. I really like there are different options of titanium, even though they are out of stock on some options. It also helps with traveling, I dont have to throw away an entire piece, just toss the bucket and clean the rest. It also reclaims like none other, and the design of the cap makes it very easy to collect this. It heats up in a few seconds , just all around a very very good portable device. This makes smoking at events so much easier and better. Portable Enail in your hand basically. I have used the divine crossing and the quartz quest in the past and this is hands down my favorite portable device. It burns up dabs like none other, fair warning. Opposite of the maxvapor enail in that regard, but I still find myself reaching for this when I want max flavor. The price of this thing makes me want to buy one for all my friends. If you can get it, lazercat rosin lava is a concentrate that was seemingly made for this device, being a stable at room temp rosin (travel friendly)

The miracle S is another story. It looks like a really good idea. The loading chamber is huge. I mean massive. The potential to hit dabs like ejuice (without reloading) makes this thing have some serious potential. However... when I got mine, I had a very tough time removing the mouthpiece cap. This cap must be removed or there is no way to draw. Imo, an unnecessary obstacle. I ended up having to take a hammer to the just the mouth piece/top cap assembly to get the top cap off. This is after a wrench and channel locks were unsuccessful. Once i got access to the mouthpiece though, I felt it would be ok. I loaded about .3-.5g into the chamber, which is the biggest chamber ive ever seen on a portable device, hit the button, i see smoke coming out of the bottom side holes, battery detects the atomizer for sure, but the dabs dont melt, and I get no flavor other than burnt coil .I can feel the coil heating up, but watching the dabs not melt. I have no idea what went wrong here, but i would recommend the Eagle atomizer 10x over the the Mircle S.

The bitcoin pay function on their store works perfectly. It is very nice to see stores including the option. You are ahead of the curve on this.

Also, about the maxvapor enail. After having owned one and used it for a month, daily, its the best smoking investment ive ever made. It pays for itself in saved dabs and butane. i can load such a small amount and get like 3 or 4 big rips with this. I remember going through so much more dabs using nectar collector. That being said, enail nectar collector dabs are insane. Im not the biggest fan of titanium dabbing but wow you can get massive rips with an enail nectar collector!! No other enail comes close to the features of this. Regular firmware updates, boot sounds/screens, knob interface. No way is it a POS. They have really improved the responsiveness of the knob/button in the last few updates.

My unit just updated to 0.1.2 still no access to heat profiles or sound themes...

Regarding Sound Themes, there aren't really any shared ones and you will need to create your own if you want custom sounds. For legal / copyright reasons we had to remove the ability for users to share their custom sound themes with others.

My sound themes don't work on my unit. I can upload my clips, assign them to a custom theme, sync unit, but they never work. If I assign a power on sound it plays and the unit just boot looped. If I assign a clip to any of the uptemp modes it doesn't play at all.

@Skevlin Do you have the sound clips you are having issues with currently loaded into a theme?

Send us an email with the name of the theme and I will have one of the developers check it out, If they aren't playing it all its possible they are just too large and we might need to make some modifications.
