A few pages back I said I had the firmware update. I do have it and found the USB that it is on. Should anyone require the firmware update please let me know. I’m also going to try and save the .exe file for the square pro app as well.

Here is the link for the latest firmware:

Is this the battery update?

They tried to fix the software but ended up resetting it to the original release bugs and all

This is the lasted firmware. The one Haze released to fix our issues. I’ve only updated once the firmware and it’s with that file that was shared via Dropbox.

Can you describe when you say fix our problems because I know they were working on the combustion issue t-coil setting in temperature issue a few pages back they showed the releases and what they were updating until they ended up clearing it all and reverting back to the original minus the battery charging

It is the firmware update that jade released. The newest one to address the common battery issue. This was discussed several pages back and people were trying to find the update. I advised I had it but couldn’t locate it. Until a few days ago and posted it.

I recommend checking your firmware version. If it’s older. Update it.

Howdy, long time lurker and long time vaporizer fan. Just wondering if anyone needs parts for the Haze Square vaporizer? Bought one as an early adopter, along with a crap-ton of accessories, and seeing as though the manufacturer has gone out of business, figured I’d do my good deed for the day!! Only caveat, I’m in Melbourne, Australia and would prefer to keep postage local. Hope this helps someone out!!

Anyone know how to save an app that was installed from the windows store? I can’t seem to find the .exe file anywhere in my explorer. I want to make a copy of the app for when it’s removed from the windows store.

I think I might have it with the unit updates. I'll look later and let you know or post a link.

Thank you. I have the firmware update but I want the app too just in case for when the app is removed. Might as well have it stored for safe keeping.

I spoke too soon. I don't have the exe much less the app installed any more, but I don't remember uninstalling it?

It's still available on the store, but I'm not sure how to extract an installed app?

Yeah I have it installed on my computer. Looking to extract it so I can stash the .exe file away just in case

I’ve shelfed my unit. I used it for about a year. It was inconsistent. Never worked the same back to back. Flavour was unreal on it though. I moved onto better things that giver better sessions and highs. More consistant sessions after I moved on from the Square.

A year seems good. But never got a good session from it

I'm still getting great sessions every time with my square using the rimmed basket screens to keep it clean and cut the bowl size down.

The only thing I added to my technique other than what haze suggested to do is watching the coil through the window/air inlet.

Pay attention as it heats and cools. You can see it clearly. You cannot rely on the green light or vibration for the proper time to hit it. It sometimes is off by a few seconds. You'll notice if you watch.

Using this as my guide I've had excellent sessions, flavor and effects.

Hopefully it helps anyone still trying with the square.

I remember phase one I hadn't in combustion now with my current phase 3 it's the polar opposite no vaporization

Can anyone with a newer square do me a favor? I have a used square that when split apart and has the power button held still heats up. I can see the coil glow and if I were to touch it I would get burnt. I purchased a new one last month and upon delivery tried the same test and it did not glow. I didn't try to load it or try to pull it to see if the air was hot. Sent it back for repair, got a call today saying it arrived in working condition and that this is a safety feature. When put together, the guy said he was able to see the coil glow. I did not test this so I can't confirm, but my older Square doesn't work like this. Can anyone with a newer haze confirm if this is correct? That is, see if the coil heats up when split in half/open. Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This is correct, it's a safety feature.

My Pro just seized. Red flashes. Replaced the batt and same. Somewhat expect this to happen. Not messing with it. Had a good run - 1.5 yrs?
