Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Ramahs

Fucking Combustion (mostly) Since February 2017
@Ramahs, SOL percs are always a bit dearer than the eggs with the percs you listed.

I know, I know...the standard perks just aren't as stylish as the SOL. It is what it is.
Sometimes though, I like to let price rule over pizazz.

What I don't like is the fucking logos on the ones I posted.
Unless the company is paying me for it, I don't like me or my stuff to be a billboard advertisement.

I agree most logos should be scarped off :D

SoL on the "side" of the perc on my fab egg is really nice, but im guessing the great pull is coming from the "shape" of the over all piece and not the perc holes alone.

Another topic :

Is it possible to get the real Blazer torches off dhgate or a replica?

Im only able to find this style:

My FC-710 order from the seller Ebizcn just got here. Now this piece really falls under the "Cheap High Quality Bubblier" category which is the title of this thread. The piece itself is almost flawless with just a few almost imperceptible bubbles present... All for US$ 20! Cheaper than the exact same piece sold by Stevenlmz79 (Popular Glass) which is currently selling for US$ 36.96 with already includes a 25% discount.

It was smaller than I thought it would be. I haven't used it with herb yet as I still need to get a female to female adapter but I tested it with water and it worked just fine... The ball produced a consistent rattle which becomes more pronounced the more the air flow is restricted... such as in actual use with a vaporizer.

Can't wait to try this out and compare it with my current favorite for flavor and smoothness which is the 8" CCG Straight Fab. I will be updating this thread after I get to use it with my vapcaps.

Ebizcn FC-710 Diffusion Pump side by side with the 8" CCG Straight Fab:

I was able to source F - F adapters today so I got the chance to break-in the FC-710. I chose the most flavorful strain in my collection (Aurora Temple high CBD low THC) to test this rig. What I can say is that the diffusion pump does indeed preserve flavor, better than the bigger rigs in my collection. However, I would say the CCG Straight Fab is just as flavorful and is smoother. I used the straight 14mm F to 14mm F adapter to test the rig. I also have an F - F drop down but have not used it yet. I suspect there could be a slight improvement in smoothness with the drop down.

Overall I highly recommend the FC-710 from seller Ebizcn especially if you are after flavor. The $20 price with free shipping is icing on the cake.

Thanks for the review @MasonJar. I'm spending way too much time looking at glass, deciding where to start, and you add another to consider. The diffusion pumps have caught my eye but now I'm looking into the CCG straight fab. The small size looks easy to handle.

I know what you mean... there are many excellent options out there including the CCG Straight Fab. Why not get both? :)

I've never been a huge fan of glass, probably because I've only used big pieces and always had trouble clearing them. I'm hoping a small piece is more of a draw-through instead of a fill it and clear it which should work better for me. I'm hoping to pick one piece that I'll be happy with, at least for awhile. Lots of other gear on my wants-list--gotta spread the love!

Ya'll might want to start your own lighter thread...

Im sure most people in here wouldnt mind a few links for troches, since they are so very closely related to this glass we are discussing (i for 1 am dealing with chronic pain and only use this glass for dabs)

if u looked back in this thread a few years you will see that various accessories have been posted in this thread before.

Was that all you wanted to say or do you have something to contribute?

:p

You said it yourself. Please take torch discussions to an appropriate thread. Thanks for your cooperation.

Both the FC-710 and Straight Fab are relatively small... I find them both easy to clean... Come to think of it all the pieces in my collection are easy to clean. I usually clean my bongs the day after I use them. I just pour dish washing soap / hot water in a 50-50 mix filling the bong reservoir about 1/3 full. I cover the openings of the bong with saran wrap and secure these with rubber bands. I then tilt the bong end to end to let the solution flow from one end to the other without generating too much bubbles... rotating the piece as I tilt it so the solution "paints" all the insides of the bong. After about 1 to 2 minutes of this I start shaking the bong for a couple of seconds. I remove the saran wrap and rinse the bong with hot water and finally cold water so the condensation will not form inside when drying it. Bongs come out clean as new. The key for me is to wash after every use.

I am a little OCD in keeping my bongs clean... The upside is that the vapor tastes great when I use them.

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.

@MasonJar
How tall is the smallest rig in your picture? (left-center with the yellow-orange vapcap band) Can I ask the source? I'm looking for another small rig like that.

The mouthpiece on that FC-710 looks thin enough to slice you, I also noted @MasonJar D020-d has the latest style thinner mouthpiece as well. My old d020-d had a nice fat mouthpiece end...not anymore. I would share my picture showing the difference but that is too hard...we need an UPLOAD FILE button ffs it's nearly 2020:cuss:

Has anyone used the piece that PIU sells? It's hard to tell what the perc looks like from their pic so any pics would be great.

Go to their website & contact them, asking for a pic. They'll happily oblige.

I find Randy's integrity, genuineness & humility/respectfullness very attractive. I really like the person he is. I enjoy watching his streams.
Three thumbs up for PIU.

(Just wanted you, @PuffItUp, to know that all your hard work & efforts on behalf of our community are appreciated & valued. :)
