A little more praise.
When I started vaping one of my concerns had been that I wanted an edc setup that is very discrete. Discrete both in smell while carrying and using it.With the addition of the Silo from ID I know of nothing that even comes close to Dynavap. It's perfect minimalism. It doesn't get enough praise for that fact, really.
That is with the addition of the Silo. It's strange that Dynavap has nothing like the Silo in their line-up. The plastic doesn't count. :)

I hear ya. I’ve had zero interest in storing my vaporizers in some dinky plastic tube.

But I don’t go anywhere away from home with my Dynavap vaporizer(s) without a Dynastash. I see no reason to store my Dynavap vaporizer and my herb in two seperate containers.

When they said that they were getting rid of the herb-storage compartment in the new Silos, that ended my interest in the new Silos.

They should give the option at least for a similar solution. Being a microdoser I carry 2 small titanium tubes with 2 daily strains and have some pure CDB in the silo. It doesn't take much space and it's very lightweight. I wonder if the steel silo is too heavy. Have to wait for reviews. It looks ok! A bit too shiny for my taste, but sturdy. Should be cool. You probably can knock down a thief with it.
Edit: Not that I would.

So, my goodies came yesterday, and I can't express how cool it is of George and crew to do this KarmaVap thing. And I have to say mine is especially cool because it was a shadow stem and the engraving really stands out and looks great. I am a little jealous of whoever gets this because it is just so pretty. I might have to swap out the cap for another first...

My Dynacoil came with the order, of course, and it looks just as cool as I thought it would. Now I need only find something to put in it. I did notice that it fits easier in the steel tips because they lack the scoring, but if you turn it as you put it in it goes in to the Ti tips easier.

Incredibly pleased with this purchase and, of course, the great generosity of George and his company. Really make one want to help make Dynavap become as universally known as Kleenex.

I couldn't agree with you more. This aspect of the vapcap gets buried in all of the noise from the battle of the vapes, it seems. Pure minimalism.

Interesting that you found some resistance putting the coil in the Ti tip, for me it fell right in.
How tight the coil is coiled probably varies a bit. I imagine I could make it tighter, but will just leave it as it is until/unless I find an adjustment necessary. I have zero idea whether I will want to use a steel or Ti tip when I actually get to use this thing... Ha.

If Dynavap is selling the 2019 SS tips by 4/20 I may grab one to use with the Dynacoil. I think the fact it retains heat longer would be beneficial for loading bowls, since you want a little heat for the concentrate to melt onto the coil.

That is what I did with the M18 (before the shadow). I didn't think I needed the body so I just got the tip when it became available. The M19 is another kettle of fish, IMO, and I needed that body. And of course I got the M18 body when I had to have the Shadow...

This is so true. When I'm going somewhere and plan on using herb it's the VC that goes with me. It's an easy question to answer as far as what vape to take on the go. Huge factor being in an illegal state too. Minimalist is the only way to go.

When I gave my karma vap to a friend of mine there was another guy there looking at it, like what's that? I gave a brief explanation and the guy seemed intrigued for sure. It's funny because around here nobody seems to know about any of this stuff. Everyone that I come across that uses herb is still combusting.

We are still largely in the minority. ECigs are helping folk become familiar with vaping but that doesn't necessarily lead to transitioning. I know at least 2 people who are using ecigs but still combusting cannabis. I asked one the other day why and his answer was "Because that is what I have always done." He may be the one who gets my KarmaVap, but I hate to give it to an idiot...

I love my DynaStash and I really do like combining storage of my Vapcap with my goods. But I use the storage side less than I used to because it is awkward to get the VC out without spilling some herb, and I hate that.
I keep meaning to get one of those bicycle springs we talked about a while back to cause the VC to jump out like my dugout did...

Added: I think these were them (they?) but 10 is 9 more than I need...

Vaping is still largely an unknown. Strange but true. It irritates me when I read articles on consuming cannabis whether recreational or medical and the reference is almost always about it being smoked.

I've gifted several Ms to friends and every single one of them was a smoker that became interested in the Vapcap and vaping once I introduced it to them.

Vaporizing weed should be the standard, not smoking and Vapcaps should be a household name. We, the vapor enthusiasts are ahead of our time and the Vapcap classes us stoners up a notch.

That's odd. I use mine all the time, and I've never spilt herb.

When I turn the top piece/lid to be perpendicular with the body it's already covering half the herb hole:

And my thumb is covering the rest, and I can just tip it over and the vaporizer slides right out into my other hand without a crumb of herb spilled. It really doesn't require a large thumb either:

Does any one happen to know the 2019 M's tip outer diameter? I'm wondering if I can use one of these (https://www.gusmade.com/products/gus-made-trekker-pill-fob) as a stash/digger. It's out diameter is 19 mm.

I don't like that the lid threads are on the inside of the container with that one. I would think you'd be constantly having to clean the threads as kief naturally finds it's way straight into the grooves.

I would want something where the threads are on the outside of the container part.

This is what I mean by threads on the outside of the container part:

Interesting thought. It had not occurred to me, a vapcap noob.
