The website is down, and their physical retail location has been cleaned out and vacated (confirmed yesterday). They had so many great vapes in there (of nearly ALL brands discussed on this forum)... upset I did not catch a sale before they closed.

There was no sale ......just holiday sale.....then it was get the hell out asap!

I’ve moved to the Ghost MV1 as well, and I’m really pleased with it. In fact, I bought 2 after using one for a while. It has a few quirks (it’s heavy, and some functions are a bit inconvenient to use), but wow does it perform. It’s become my main vape.

Hi everyone I'm just posting an update on my square. I was fortunately able to get a full refund for my unit(bought from Namaste vapes) once I had sent pics of the flaking paint in the airways and the swelling battery I explained that the vape was dangerous to use and they didn't argue. Hopefully anybody stuck with this unit can do the same.

On another note I have an unused coil and a deep cleaning tray that I no longer need so if anybody is stuck for a coil I will give it to you for free I'll even post it for free as well( preferably in the UK as the post can be tracked easily) . Same for the cleaning tray. But please don't take the coil if you already have a load of them stashed away it's for someone who couldn't get a replacement before they sold out and genuinely needs one

To any that still may follow.....haze is around.or at least someone trying.to.fight chargeback s....seems they. Are.trying to say they are available for issues....I asked what's the email they are using....of course they couldn't provide that.....why would I want unit or.accessories when the unit doesn't work and can never be serviced.as haze is out of business?!?!?!??!?

I spent over 700.00 and have 2 non working.non serviceable units and haze is trying to fight me wanting some money back???? Sorry company. Sorry indeed.

I managed to open mine up and somehow fix it. At this point I dont care. All I know is I will but any spare parts I can get still available. Take shit hands on and figure it out

I tried this too now my button doesn't press100% correctly (I'm not a fixer but want this damn brick working)

P.s. I'm hell bent on getting this vape to vaporize!

Just noticed that puffitup seems to have lowered price on Haze accessories. There's still some left.

I just grabbed an extra battery. Last time I looked they were 19.99 but now they're 7.99.

There's trays and shit too but no coils.

Figured it might help someone out

I'm still using mine a few times a week. Probably will for a couple of years before my coils are depleted

I didn't realize how lucky I was to have my unit work correctly until I watched wavy vaporizers review his unit. He pulses the button and shit to get vapor which I definitely do not need to do.

Mine has stopped heating. I have changed the coil a few times to rule that out. I've opened the unit up but have no idea what to check. Any tips?

You could start by checking the heating element connections. There was a video on that, not sure if it was posted here or if they sent it to me directly.

I never played with mine much, I was waiting for things to get worked out, so I don't have a lot of timetinkering with it.....

Lol. I was waiting for the fix as well.

just passed my 1 year anniversary (March 28th 2018) of "getting fucked by haze" .

If you do find the wiring video or anyone helpful videos please SHARE..

or if anyone can fix a square LET ME KNOW.
 
Hey guys, I am stuck with one of the units that had the fatal firmware error where the device just vibrated until it died and never worked. I was in the process long ago of sending this in for service and they said just an update was needed. I am wondering if there is anybody who is capable of fixing this bricked units still? As the customer service email for haze no longer exists, thanks

If nothing else, you could call your credit card company for a possible clawback if you bought within the last 6 months when haze knew they were going out of business. Look back in the last couple of pages of posts. I believe some people said they were successful in doing so.
