It's probably a topic for a different thread- I don't want to derail this one but...
PAY-PAL has locked our account and we can no longer accept Pay-(NOT-MY) pal for orders going forward. If you paid for your order by Pay-Pal this weekend, your order is still going out today, even though they are withholding all our funds for 180 days with no appeal process available. Apparently selling vaporizers is against their terms of service. We also cannot promote on Facebook or Instagram for the same reason. I just wanted to mention it here as a heads up that our war against weed is far but over, and to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Fortunately, we can still accept card payments from our alternate merchant service co.

People forget that PayPal is not a regulated company and they can basically do anything they want with your account. Really sux. Back in my hacking days, I had almost 30k in my Paypal account from selling hacked DTV cards and they seized my account at the simple request of News Corporation. No warrant, no nothing. In the end when News Corp sued us for 16 million dollars and won, I never got the money back.

There is an option for Paypal users who don't have a credit card and want to buy a vape. As I recall, you can buy a Visa/MC gift card with Paypal and then use the gift card on the EpicVape (or wherever) site. PayPal also offers a debit card that could be used.

@ACE OF VAPE you might want to look into accepting crypto currency. I see some of the seed banks went that way.

That's awful and makes me rethink if I want to continue to use Paypal and Ebay...their owner.

I’m following 3 or 4 EpicVape IG accounts as well as loads of cannabis related businesses and products, are they not considered promotional? I hate losing the PP option and the way their policies are enforced seems rather arbitrary to me.

If I owned Paypal, all those involved would be sacked.

Hey everybody sorry off topic but just got my first maple burl e-nano and just had a question if someone could help me out. When I turn it on and let it heat at like 9 then down to 5.5-6 I have like zero heat and there is no light at all I can grab the heater core and its barely warm. Thanks

Contact support, they’ll take care of you. I know, disappointing. It sounds like a bad power cord. Be sure you have a good tight connection.

Ya I will for sure I ordered it from a shop in Ontario It does get hot but only starts at like 8 then it's really hot I am very new to log vapes tho but think I'm doing everything right

It will be quite awhile for the 220V version but we're excited to start the process.

As for stems, I expect they will be available sometime after April.

Hey how is everyone i ha e a question.I just had my new e-nano come in last week broken cord so got the company that I ordered it from to send me a replacement Monday still no chord today is there anything I could use to use this thing in the mean time like a cord with a inline dimmer or anything it's just sitting there looking pretty lol

A printer cord or a inline with The same power specs and plug will also work.

A printer cord will allow it to turn on, however it will not be adjustable. This will cause it to combust unless you push the screen rather far into the stem and even then it's not guaranteed. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the original cord. Please let us know if you don't receive your cord by Monday.

Just curious. If you plugged a printer cord or the regular cord turned up to max into a Variac, such as this:

could you effectively control your nano's temp setting? I think I have a Variac in the basement and it might be cool to run the nano off that monster for a while.
