I’ll keep this short- I have never in my life experienced help and after purchase support on the level of what Underdog has offered me, truly amazing. If anyone reading this thread is on the fence about getting one or not, do it!!!!

Thanks man! Happy to be of service.

Hey all how does UD load size compare to enano?

I don't have actual numbers on me but in general our stems that fit inside the core are smaller than Nano bowls and ones that fit over the core are larger.

i can't wait for my fyt underdog!

We've been milling it and getting the slow drying process started but it'll be a while yet. It's looking pretty awesome so far though!

I believe my dog may need to visit the vet. Here recently when I have reached for my dog, she has been cold even though she is getting power. I can get her to heat up by playing with the barrel plug connection at the dog but, the issue seems to be happening more and more often.

I have noticed a small high pitched sound coming from the dog (if I hold it to my ear) when I plug it in. This sound seems to stop and start when I play with the barrel plug.

Is the power connection going bad? What are my options to heal my sick pup?

I think you'll want to send it in for us to take a look at if you can rule out a power supply or cord issue. There's not much you can do if the problem is actually in the vape itself.

Usually intermittent problems like what you're describing are a power supply that's failing or a cord that's fatigued and breaking internally (usually within 3" of the power connector). Once in a while a power plug will need replaced if it's spring gets smashed or deformed somehow.

Had my favorite cable break on me recently :( Thankfully I had replacement plugs on hand from another project and I'm back up and running.

I love the slightly thinner, extremely flexible cable. It's easy to manage and probably easier to fatigue. :\

Thank you for the feedback. I went ahead and ordered a replacement cable and I'll do a bit more troubleshooting to try and rule out internal or power plug issues. I did go for the thinner 22awg wire this time for same reasons you mentioned, plus its a short 3ft piece.

Our pleasure man, sounds like you're on the right track. If you want help troubleshooting send @underdogette a message and she can help you out.

Does anyone here vape kief through their dog? I have been really enjoying mine so far, it has been the best vaporizer I've ever used (bar maybe the crafty) and I have gone through a lot of weed recently! For the first time in many months I opened up my kief catch and found it basically full. Well, I can't go back to smoking again, so I want to start working through this kief, but I don't really have any herb left so it would have to be kief by itself. Any suggestions on what voltage I should use, or what stem I should use?

Glad to hear you're liking your Pup!

Maybe others with more experience will chime in but I like to press it into a little pellet and roll it up in a little bit of cotton or hemp fiber and use it like that. Voltage wise I'd say try starting with your regular voltage and see how it goes, raising as necessary. I like the glass stem for this kind of use but will also sometimes use the SS tipped ones as well.

I've had an underdog running on a timer (off at night, on during the day) for a couple years now. I'd like to just turn it on ahead of time when needed to conserve the life of the device & some electricity. how about long does it take to get fully heated? I never really took notice

Mine takes 40-45 minutes to get up to temp.

How big is your dog? Mine heats up in about 10 minutes.
