The Way of Cannabis

ClearBlueLou

unbearably light in the being....
I’m one who believes that consciousness is omnipresent - that things are alive by one understanding or another. I’m more or less forced by the experiences of my life to accept this as a truth...having trained as a shaman in Mexico...but I’ve always drawn a line at fairies and stuff.

Fairies - *pot* fairies specifically - have somehow got past it.

My living situation is ‘fraught’, things tend to be precarious around here. As one side-effect, I tend to drop bits of herb. It used to annoy me, ‘cause frugal. It was pretty amazing that I could see how much I dropped, see exactly *where* it dropped...but rarely finding anything, even at close range with a bright flashlight on an otherwise clear surface. At some point, I said to myself, ‘fine, the pot fairies can have it’.

Since then, I don’t go looking for what I drop...and every time I run out, I find bits and buds I didn’t know I had, a full grinder I was sure had been checked thoroughly more than once, a blunt that got lost in the tubes, a storage tube with a few grams hiding in the recesses. My chain of supply broke more than a month ago, and when I’d finally run out, I washed the grinders, the tools, everything, including the inside of my bubbler. Once the alcohol had all evaporated, I was left with 2, maybe 3 grams of the usual think black gunk...but this gunk smells and tastes and hits like concentrate.

I’ve been vaping it off screens in a glass spoon pipe for the last month. It definitely gets me buzzed. I still have 2 grams left. At this point I no longer care if they’re ‘real’ or not, treating them as if they’re real seems to be paying off....

This has only partially to do with ritual, but I do think it syncs with the way of cannabis

Combining the "way of tea" with the "Way of Cannabis" can be a very pleasant, grounding experience. Especially, with teas that induce relaxation and focus, like matcha/green tea.

I haven't studied the combined effects enough to confidently comment on the medical side of things here, but the following things all seem to work really well with each other, in clearing up the mind and entering a state of simultaneous calmness and focus*:
-Being in a fasted state (>12 hours, preferably 14+ hours)
-Drinking matcha/green tea (matcha is stronger)
-Contrast showers (2+ ideally 4 hot/cold cycles) or ending a normal shower with cold water
-Breathing exercises
-Meditation
-Cannabis consumption

*Make sure you have done your research, and have gotten clearnace from a medical professional before trying the things listed above. Some of them can be pretty shocking to the body, like fasting and cold showers, and all of them can affect your heart rate, so they aren't for everybody.

I felt like buying a tea set like the one in the picture. It's relaxing just watching it! :)

I don't know if it's part of the Cannabis Way or the Way of Humanity but I thought I really like water ...

See it streaming like a countryside's brook..
now placidly, now a little more luxuriantly

See it fall like a small waterfall ...

To see it flowing in mills and wooden labyrinths, big and small, glorifying the intelligence of men ...

The crash of the sea waves…

Listen to its sweet noise, which speaks deeply to the soul ...

We ourselves are water

Thank you for your suggestion. I'll take a look.

Returning to the water, listening to its incessant noise, of the sea or of a stream, has always made me a beneficial effect.

It seems to me that even thoughts are being taken away.

Regenerates me.

Going back to talking more closely about the way we use vaporizers, I'll explain how I do it.
I load the vaporizer (swift pro) and do a single uninterrupted session of about 50 minutes.
That is the whole battery life.
Then I put the device back and later on I briefly clean it up. Every 3 sessions I do a more thorough cleaning with isopropyl alcohol, removing the various parts.
And you? What are your sessions like? :leaf::myday::leaf:

A ~20mg QWET shatter dab atop a flattened e-cig coil in the AVS Molecule RD(ab)A. After being centered over the hottest part of the coil, it will be gently warmed and pressed in, covered with a glass-tipped, vortex atomizer top and vaped in a single 9-second hit at 18W with no irritation and minimal waste.

These brief daily ceremonies are a year in the making. Each fall, a single plant is cultivated indoors, cured, freeze-dried, QWET extracted and purged, and cut into measured doses. A fresh coil is wrapped every other day. It's not difficult, but skill develops with practice. Start with pre-built AVS spooled clapton wire. Wrap, gently heat and squeeze to temper the stainless steel, flatten in a vice, trim, mount, heat and squeeze again to ensure the broadest heated surface for vaporization. In effect, producing a semi-disposable e-nail. The process colors the stainless steel, most of which burns out by this point. Care must be taken to avoid oxidizing the metal by overheating.
