Can you use a whip with a Volcano?

Seems like someone would have made an adapter or mod for this at some point along the way... I've just gotten a great 2nd-hand 'cano and would love to puff on it sometimes instead of filling a bag.

You can get a Vapordome for $250, but there's really not much point to it. Whether you suck on a whip or right out of a bag, a bag filler still puts out diluted vapor compared to a real direct draw vape. If you want to use a bag filler, then it's best to just hit the bag. It's designed to force hot air through the bowl at a constant rate. A whip vape is a passive system. The hits vary, unlike sucking vapor from a bag, but the better whip hits are richer and stronger than bagged vapor. Most who enjoy the vapor experience end up using a whip vape at least part of the time. That's a big reason that nobody comes out with a bag only vape these days. It's direct draw or dual mode.

i've wondered the same thing quite a few times...
especially with the easy valve set, where it looks like you can easily just hook up a hose to it.
also wondered if it would work with or without the fan.


dunno bout that vapordome. ridiculous price and owners seem to hate it

You can attach a hose to an easy valve but it only works with the pump on, but it blows to hard to get a nice hit, I tried it but it is not as satisfying as the bag. I have not tried the vapor dome but in theory you could make something similar by attaching a hose to a whole in the bag for a whole lot cheaper, I have not tried this but I saw a video on Youtube and it seemed to work.

thanks stinkmeaner. that's exactly what i thought it would be like.
i'm curious.., were you at all able to get a hit with the fan turned off?

If I can add my 2 cents. I currently own an Extreme, but almost never use the fan with the whip. I find Direct draw much better. And less wastefull.

I couldn't imagine keeping up with the Volcano's bellows fans.

I am however going to get a Volcano soon.

That way I'l be covered for bags (and the V should be better for bags than the E) and hopefully soon will have the VapeXhale for direct draw.

Since giving up smoking last year I am dedicated to vaping and that may mean owning a few of the top models.

Hell the "fuel" costs way more than the car, so why not have several cars.

Look at the Zephyr, its cheaper and better (IMO) then the volcano
